This 3 bedroom/2 bath beach home has a large wrap around deck, an unobstructed view of the beach, and a wonderful crow's nest that lets you see for miles. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms, a twin bed in the small bedroom, and a full size futon in the crow's nest. Plenty of covered parking, a washing machine and dryer, a small grill downstairs, an outside eating area, and all the beautiful sunrises you would want.

There are back stairs that go directly into a fenced back yard.

Pets will be considered, prior approval is required.

We have very nice neighbors who are full time residence. We do not want to receive complaints about constantly barking dogs.

Clean up after your pet, this includes the fenced and unfenced yard.

We want to remain a pet friendly rental. In the past, some pet owners have not respected our home or our neighbors. We hope that the Pet Rules help you to decide if you and your pet would be comfortable in our home.

The Barefoot Bungalow is located on the Colorado River in Matagorda Texas. The house features a large open living area and kitchen. There is a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds , twin on top and full on bottom, and a small sleeping area with a full bed, as well as a full sized sleeper sofa. Bath towels and all linens are provided, just bring towels for the beach.
Cold a/c will keep you nice and cool between fishing trips.

You can enjoy fishing day and night on the private lighted pier. For boaters, there is easy access to both East and West Matagorda bays. We are located on a private road, so you don't have to worry about cars speeding by like the busy main beach road. Beautiful Matagorda beach is just a short 5 minute drive away. The public boat ramp at Riverbend is only about half a mile away.
The patio area below the house is concreted and always cool and breezy. Perfect for family gatherings, grilling, or a good crawfish, shrimp or crab boil. Be sure to bring string and chicken necks, the crabs are always biting off the pier.
For nature lovers, the birds are always enjoyable! Many species can be seen from the deck, including pelicans, herons, gulls, pipers and if you're lucky maybe even a Bald Eagle!
The house faces West bay, and in the evening the sunsets are beautiful. Bring your kayak and paddle out through St Mary's bayou , you can follow the marked kayak trails to East Bay. There is something for every one in Matagorda!

The next to the last house on the Colorado River, and very close to the beach and jetty pier. Enjoy fishing on our pier, and a night spot light provides good fishing at night, especially sand trout during the summer. It is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, and linens and towels are provided. We have free high speed Starlink satellite internet access (new for 2022), Dish network, and a washer and dryer is available for your convenience. In front of the house is a creek which runs out to East Matgorda, and is perfect for kayakers, and a great place to do some crabbing, also.

You and your guests will enjoy a memorable vacation in our family's renovated (2015) and fully furnished Matagorda Beach ocean-view condo on the Matagorda Peninsula. Our vacation rental property is located in the private, gated enclave of Bahia de Matagorda - adjacent to the Matagorda Nature Preserve and right across the Matagorda Dunes from the Matagorda Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you are visiting Matagorda to enjoy the beach, sight-see, bird-watch, surf, kayak, paddle board, hike/bike, hunt/fish or just relax - you've found the perfect spot from which to do it all!

The resort community of Bahia de Matagorda is located 1 mile off of Beach Road along FM2031 - across the bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway 7 miles south of the city of Matagorda. Matagorda Peninsula is located along the Gulf of Mexico between Galveston and Corpus Christi/Padre Island.

There is a ground floor covered, crushed granite patio with charcoal grill (with accessories, charcoal not provided) and DynaTrap mosquito system (helps reduce but does NOT eliminate mosquitos - we still recommend insect repellent). Adjacent to the driveway is a wide stairwell with solar lighting that leads to a large outdoor deck providing both living and dining options and beautiful views of the Matagorda Nature Preserve, Bahia de Matagorda catch-and-release lagoon, Matagorda Beach, Jetty Park and the Gulf of Mexico.

Upon entering our beach themed condo through the double French doors there is a dining area that seats four comfortably (additional granite breakfast bar seating for three). The main floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and chest of drawers with flat screen with Amazon Fire Stick with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video access should you have accounts with them (remember to log off after use). The main floor bathroom opens off the living area. A separate vanity and water closet area offer privacy. The water closet also features a shower/tub combination.

The granite-countered kitchen is fully equipped with electric range/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, ice maker and full size refrigerator. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans and all necessary utensils are there for your use. The breakfast bar offers additional bar stool seating for three.

The living room offers a memory-foam sleeper-sofa with coffee table (perfect for playing games/cards - several are on site for your pleasure) and two additional comfortable, over-sized rocker/swivel chairs. There is a flat screen tv loaded with streaming apps to stream should you have accounts with them (remember to log off after use).

A real (not spiral like most Bahia units) staircase leads you upstairs to a very large second bedroom overlooking the living area with 2 queen size beds, large built-in chest of drawers, breakfast bar, closet, reading nook with refrigerator, flat screen Vizio HDTV with apps for your streaming pleasure, should you have accounts with them (remember to log off after use).

If the beautiful scenery and abundance of outdoor activities don't suit (or it's raining) we have plenty of entertainment options available. Games, cards and dominoes are available for your use. Should you choose to stay connected to the rest of the world; internet with WiFi is provided. Cell service is very good on the peninsula.

PLEASE NOTE: You and your guests safety and security is of the utmost importance to us! Bahia de Matagorda is a gated community and this unit was stripped to the studs in 2015 and professionally re-wired and updated. Additionally there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors located in the unit, a fire extinguisher and a fire escape ladder available in the third floor closet for emergency exit from the unit should they ever be needed. The unit also features state-of-the-art WiFi thermostats with humidity control to ensure you and your guests comfort. Although our unit is NOT handicapped accessible we do provide grab bars and anti-slip mats for the bathtub/shower.

Please note that effective June 24, 2020 the management company of the complex has banned all smoking in the island/pool area, no exceptions.

No damage from Hurricane Beryl, we are ready for you to book by the beach.
This cozy one bedroom house is just across the street from the dune path to the beach. Come enjoy a peaceful get away as you sit on the deck and watch the sunrise or the ocean while listening to the waves crash on the beach. This entire home features a basic kitchen with a vintage oven. The home also features a picnic table under the house for shaded eating. Enjoy the hammock and the porch swing under the house as well. Two sleeper sofas offer the ability for 2 more queen beds.

The house is charming in its simplicity and far enough down the road that gave us an exclusivity feeling, too. There were literally nobody near by - an absolute blessing - after following the path over the dune, the beach appeared and was surprisingly wide with only a handful of people around - we felt we had a mile of beach front ownership for a mile both east and west. We found our perfect getaway spot that is close enough yet far enough from the daily grind in Houston. The house offers exactly what one;one needs tor a few days of rest and solitude. During our stay, my wife thinks we should sell everything and move based on the Casa de la Costa home and atmosphere, It is not a bad idea. The porch morning coffee with a view of the beach was perfect. In addition, Jim is an amazing host - he actually responds in a timely manner. Thank you Jim - thank you for a wonderful stay."

You can't beat the view of the Gulf waves from this 2 br - 2 bath second row beach property . This rental is for the entire upstairs unit, which includes a huge deck and enclosed sun porch. You won't believe the gorgeous sunrises as you take in your morning coffee on the sun porch or deck as you prepare to start your day. The sunsets from the deck are awe-inspiring too as is the view of the area surrounding the east bay from the rear of the deck.

Matagorda is THE get away from everyone and everything place! It's a laid-back beach community offering both the Colorado River and the Gulf of Mexico with two large bays to play in also. This is a fisherman's paradise. And, also a beach combers dream with 27 miles of beach to check out - you can drive on the beach and take your pets - you just need to purchase a beach pass first.

The house is brightly painted inside just as a beach rental should be and has a large deck and a shared fenced-in yard for pets. Sitting on two lots, there is plenty of space for you, your family and friends and all your water toys.

The items that set this rental apart from others in the area are it offers two bathrooms, 1,100 square feet, an enclosed sun porch, a huge deck and a fenced back yard. Think of the back yard as a dog park as it is a shared space with the downstairs unit where I live.

There is a picnic table, and small grill downstairs. You will need to provide charcoal. The front porch is a shared space.

Upstairs Bedroom #2: One twin-size bunk bed and a single twin bed (Sleeps 3)

We have beds for 5 people. The fee for additional guests is $30 person per night. The house has a septic system so we do not like to host more than 7 people. Larger groups and events must be specifically approved. Adding additional guests or having an event at the property without prior approval are grounds for termination of the rental agreement.

The whole home is two units -one upstairs and one downstairs. This rental is for the upstairs unit. The entry, parking and backyard are shared spaces.

The upstairs unit has two parking spaces in front of the house - in front of the third and fourth bays to the east.

Immediately upon entering the home, you will be in a foyer - the light for the entry is just past the door on your right and, the light for the top portion of the stairs is to your left on the first landing of the stairs.

I provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for each kitchen. There is one trash bag provided for each trash can. Please plan to bring enough of these staples for your stay.

There is a traditional Mr. Coffee-style coffeemaker. There is also a Keurig. You will need to provide your own coffee and filters. I have left a small amount of basic spices and there are kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, cookware and some small appliances - all pretty basic. If you are planning on gourmet cooking, I recommend bringing your special gear.

Event note: An event is defined as having more than 5 guests in the home for ANY length of time. Additional guests strains the septic system and adds to the utility costs. I do not allow events in my rental space. Bringing additional guests beyond 5 is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement. Please communicate your plans in advance to avoid these types of issues.

There are two cameras on the property. One is the smart doorbell. There is another downstairs on the porch that covers the front porch, front door and parking areas.

There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. You’ll need to bring laundry supplies - liquid HE detergent ONLY.It is shared with the downstairs unit where I live. I ask that guests limit laundry use to one load per day and please leave the laundry basket by the machine as I don’t mind switching it out for you in case you get distracted having fun 🤩.

Please note: small dogs will be able to find their way out of the fenced in yard. Large dogs who like to dig will have no trouble creating a hole in this sandy soil. Please keep an eye on your pets. The dog yard is shared so please do not leave pets unattended in the yard. Think of it as a dog park. There is an extra fee for more than one dog of $15 per night. There is no fee for one pet.

We offer high-speed WiFi and Netflix. We do not have cable, a dishwasher or central air and heat. We do have window units that work really well. Step back from your every day life and enjoy some simpler days.

I work hard to keep my rental rates affordable. Please do not leave doors or windows open with heaters or ACs running. The home is cooled and heated by window HVAC units. If you are going in and out frequently, this will impact the home’s heating and cooling efficiency. Please see the note on the fridge for detailed instructions on keeping the upstairs heated/cooled. If you are someone who like a super cold environment, this is not the right space for you. Window units suck a lot of electricity! In the afternoon in the hottest part of the summer, the kitchen/living room temperature will not get below about 74. This is the time of day, I like to be on the beach or take a nap in one of the bedrooms. I ask that guests do not set the AC units below 70 degrees . I also ask that guests raise the temperature on the bedroom units to 76 when you are out of the home. This helps keep the rental rates low for everyone.

No bait or fish in refrigerators or freezers, please.

M is for Matagorda and Mosquitoes. Those pests can be viscous here when there is not a breeze. We do spray the property regularly but you should plan to bring your bug spray and use it liberally. Matagorda is a rural, undeveloped area. Expect to see some bugs. Scorpions also occasionally make their way into the home - be alert for them.

Any problems, such as repairs needed or missing items, must be relayed to the owner upon arrival.

This beachside bungalow is nothing fancy, but sure to amaze you with its fabulous views and sounds of the ocean waves. The bedroom has a king sized bed, and in the common area there is a queen and a full size bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and 2 separate patios - one patio is screened in.

There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, a charcoal grill for guests to use and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and all linens are provided. Wifi is also provided.

Only recommendation to make this home 10/10 would be to do away with the colored lights on the balcony that come on at night- they can be quite distracting when looking at stars. And the chairs sit too low to where the balcony completely blocks the view from the amazing vantage point you have with this patio! 2 small changes to elevate this stay from great to perfect :)"

Quiet area and easy to get in and out." - "Love coming to Matagorda and finding a beach house right on Beach Front Drive or Dunes Drive. This one backs to the beach so you have beach views from the porch or from inside the living room/kitchen area with the blinds open. Spacious living areas inside, though the bedrooms are sort of small...but you should be out at the beach most of the time when staying here. The mosquitos are quite fierce, especially this time of year, so bring bug spray. Also, the charcoal grill worked perfectly so make sure you bring charcoal and lighter fluid. The owner checked in on us via the app during our stay but we were all set. We didn't have any problems whatsoever. The water out of the kitchen sink did have a bit of a bad taste to it, but I've never stayed at a beach house in Matagorda with good tasting water so this was not a problem either...just make sure you're stocked up on plenty of bottled water. Can't recommend a Matagorda beach stay enough and this house was definitely on the upper end of the places we have stayed in the last 15 summers of visits."

The house comfortably sleeps 8 persons with two private bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is furnished except your personal items. Upstairs has a great porch overlooking the river and lighted fishing pier. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, this fishing cabin is comfy.

- "Great location on the river. Ad. states 2 bedroom, 2 bath but one bathroom in downstairs which means that everyone upstairs has to share one bathroom. A good portion of the dock had been demolished by recent storms I presume but still enough area to fish. Did not do so well on the sand trout but did catch a lot of crabs and a couple of flounder. Overall....OK." - "I never received an email with property details and code for the door, so when we arrived I had to call the property manager and after an hour went by called again. When she finally returned the call and gave us the door code it still didnt work. We sent my 11 yr old through an unlocked window to get the door open. We quickly found out there is only 1 working bathroom and one of the beds had an ant infestation. There was vomit in the second bathroom downstairs and junk in the washing room so it was diificult to get to. My daughter pointed out a bullet hole through her window and we had to replace the green light on the dock and buy an extension cord for the outside lights. The cutlery and pots and pans were greasy and some were rusted and not a sharp knife in the place. One of the bedrooms was still under construction and the outside porch pillars were rotted. We ended up having to leave a window unlocked because the door lock never unlocked with the code and thats when my dad noticed the door was hung crooked. Thankfully we didnt spen alot of time there and spent most of it on the beach or outside fishing or in bay city. If this property was mine I would not have rented it out at all."

Once the sun goes down, do some night fishing or crabbing from the private dock the grill them on the BBQ. Night fishing is made more plentiful with the green LED night fishing light. The cleaning station is located right on the dock making cleaning super easy.

After walking up the steps to the first deck, walk into the newly furnished living room with a 55'' smart TV, comfortable sleeper sofa and swivel chairs. Relax with a drink (complimentary coffee and water) while watching tons of wildlife (birds, deer, dolphins). Enjoy the views or access Wi-Fi TV while preparing a homecooked meal or enjoying great take out from the local eateries.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to have a great stay including Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, etc. Washer and dryer is available for stays of 4+ nights or longer.

Newly furnished master bedroom has queen bed with plush bedding covering a new memory foam mattress. Our goal is to provide the best night of sleep possible. Enjoy your comfy bed, new 48'' TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and private access to the deck.

The second bedroom also has new furnishings, a double bed with new memory foam mattress, and it's own new 48" smart TV. It also has a private full bathroom with tub.

For extra sleeping, the downstairs loveseat is a pullout with very comfortable mattress, giving big or little ones a place to sleep or relax while watching their favorite shows on Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc.

Matagorda is a hidden gem on the Gulf Coast - a laid-back community offering the Colorado River, the Gulf and two large bays - a fisherman's paradise and beachcombers dream with 27 miles of beach

The space
Enjoy the huge deck overlooking the Gulf or take in the sunrise with your morning coffee on the enclosed sun porch as you look out over the Gulf.

Please note, this listing is for the upstairs unit. This home has two seperate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs. I live in the downstairs unit. I am very chill and want my guests to have the very best vacation. I enjoy sharing my home with others. I love music and hearing my guests enjoy themselves.

Immediately upon entering the home through the front door, you will be in a foyer with the staircase to access the upstairs just to your left -the light for the entry is just past the door on your right and, the light for the top portion of the stairs is to your left on the first landing of the stairs. The door to the right as you enter the foyer is to the downstairs unit where I live.

When you enter the upstairs, you will be on the sun porch. Access to the living room is through a heavy sliding glass door to your left and access to the deck is at the other end of the sun porch.

Note: the light and fan switches for the kitchen upstairs are located INSIDE the built in bookshelf. Don't ask me why. It took me two weeks to locate them and was only discovered when we started painting. LOL

The house is brightly painted inside just as a beach rental should be and has a large deck and a shared fenced in yard for pets. Sitting on two lots, there is plenty of space for you, your family and friends and all your water toys.

The house is not fancy but we find it to be comfortable.

I provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. There is one trash bag provided for each trash can. Please plan to bring enough of these staples for your stay.

There is a 12-cup Mr. Coffee unit and a Keurig. You will need to provide your own coffee and filters. I have left a small amount of basic spices and there are kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, cookware and some small appliances - all pretty basic. If you are planning on gourmet cooking, I recommend bringing your special gear.

Again, the home consists of two units - one upstairs and one downstairs - the entryway, laundry, parking and yard are shared spaces. For parking, the upstairs unit has two spaces available - the third and fourth bays.

Event/Party Note: an event is defined as having more than five guests in the home for ANY length of time. I am on a septic system. More people puts too much of a strain on that system. More people also means more utilities. I do not allow events in my rental space. Bringing additional guests beyond five for ANY length of time is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement. Please communicate your plans in advance to avoid these types of issues.

There is a washer and dryer available for guest use. Please bring HE LIQUID detergent if you plan to use the washer and dryer. They are shared with the downstairs area, where I live. I ask that guests limit laundry to one load per day and to be sure to quickly remove laundry when finished. Please leave the laundry basket (to be found upstairs in the laundry hamper) near the washer as I don't mind switching it out for you in case you get distracted. :o)

I rent the home in an effort to make ends meet and try to keep the rental rates affordable so updates are made as the budget allows.

I live here in the downstairs unit. I am very laid back and don't get in my guest's way. You all are here on vacation to have fun. Please play your music and dance if you want. Have a great time. Not much phases me as long as guests aren’t destructive. I am social if you wish to interact. I write from home to make a living so you probably won't see me very much but I am available should you need anything at all.

This is a pet-friendly rental and smoking is allowed OUTSIDE only. This means it is not a completely smoke or pet hair free rental environment. Guests who smoke are responsible for ensuring their butts are disposed of in trash bags before departure.

Each of the upstairs bedrooms offers its own bathroom.

We have beds for 5 people. Rental rates are for up to five guests. Additional charges apply for more than 5 guests and must be approved in advance by owner.

Pets: One pet is allowed at no additional charge. There is a $15 fee per night per additional pets. Please communicate with me in advance the number of pets in your party. Pets must be fully housebroken, meaning no potty pads, and must not bark continuously if left alone in the space.

No bait or fish in refrigerators or freezers, please.

There is a fenced back yard for use with your pets. Think of it as a dog park. You will need to clean up your pet feces as you would in a dog park. Please check that gates are closed and secured prior to releasing your pets in this area. And, be sure to latch gate back when exiting the back yard. Please do not leave pets unattended in the back yard as this is a shared space where my dogs also utilize this space. Very small dogs may be able to find a way to escape the yard so use caution with small pets.

Please do not leave doors and windows open with the AC running so we can keep the rates affordable. The home is cooled by window HVAC units. If you are going in and out frequently, this will impact the home’s cooling efficiency. If you are someone who likes a super cold environment, this is probably not the right rental for you. In the afternoons, the upstairs living room and kitchen stay at about 76. This is the time of day, I like to be on the beach, take an afternoon nap in the bedroom or hang out outside. Please do be mindful of the energy usage so that I can keep the rental rates low.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire upstairs area, including the huge deck where you can see the Gulf and hear the waves. Upstairs guests have two parking spaces - the 3rd and fourth parking bays in the front of the house (The two spots to the east.)

Other things to note
In comparison to other rentals in the area, I offer two bathrooms, an enclosed sun porch and a very large deck. Pets are allowed and there is a shared back yard area.

The nearest large grocery store is in Bay City. Plan to stop and do your grocery shopping on your way in as it is about 30 miles north.

Please note - we are on the beach. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay. With that said, we do allow pets and the Gulf breeze is steady - you know what they say about sand, right? It gets in everything!

We offer high-speed WiFi and Netflix. We do not have cable, a dishwasher or central air and heat. We do have window units that work really well. Step back from your everyday life and enjoy some simpler days.

I, personally, painted the home and hope you enjoy the bright, beachy colors. I hope you can see the love and care taken with this home and will take sweet care of it while you are here.

You can drive on the beach and take your pets - you just need to purchase a beach pass first. Be careful though. It’s easy to get stuck in the sand without 4-wheel drive.

More updates are planned for the future and I am always open for suggestions. So, please do let me know anything I can do to improve future visits.

M is for Matagorda and Mosquitoes. Those pests can be viscous here when there is not a breeze. We do spray the property regularly but you should plan to bring your bug spray and use it liberally. This is a rural environment. Expect bugs. Although we do spray consistently and regularly, palmetto bugs, marsh bugs, and spiders make their way inside. They generally die shortly after entering. Scorpions also do occasionally make their way inside the house - be alert for them. I wish I could keep all pests out but it is just not possible in this environment.

Leaving the doors or windows open will quickly result in a house full of bugs, and also will mean the house is not able to cool itself well.

Leaving the refrigerator open for an extended period and loading it with semi-cooled items will mean the fridges need some time to catch up. Give it overnight to cool everything down completely.

Caution
Use particular caution in the sand dunes. The mosquitoes are in full attack mode in the dunes. The dunes are also home to rattlesnakes so be on the alert when crossing through them.

If your pets shed a lot, please do your best to remove their hair. If there is excessive hair, my housekeeper charges an additional fee that I will have to pass along to you.

Remove all trash from house and place in outside garbage bins. Guests are limited to two bags of trash every 2-3 days. Haul away any excess trash and large bulky trash items. Trash pick up is on Wednesday.

Matagorda beach is awesome for shell and sea glass hunting! If you have a 4x4 you can drive 23 miles down the beach! Matagorda is well known for its wonderful fishing! You can surf fish, hire a fishing guide for the bays, or bring your own boat. There are public boat ramps by Matagorda harbor, Rawlings bait camp & Wayne’s bait camp. If you’re a bird watcher, Matagorda has been listed number one multiple times in the national birding count for a variety of species! Go Fishing right outside the front door and down a few stairs. We also have a fish station for you to clean everything you catch. You can sit on the deck and see dolphins right in front of the house most morning. We also have swings downstairs were you can sit and just enjoy the view.
There is great views of East Bay out the front windows as well. You can watch lots and lots of wild life birds, deer, wild hogs all front the deck or from the dock.

The twin bedroom has two twin beds, tv stand, and tv, and is great for kids or adults. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and a oversized walk-in shower. Lastly, the living room has a queen bed in the sectional couch.

There is plenty of parking directly under the house. Take a very short stroll down the street to the jetty park and beach or walk across the street to the Colorado River.

This is a great property with a lighted fishing pier. A great porch overlooking the intercoastal with seating. Also a nice firepit down by the water with bench seating around it. The incredible beach view is front and center in this home, which features a full wall of windows and two-story high ceilings in the main living area. The open floor plan allows for plenty of space. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with granite counter tops and bar seating. There is a seating area around the television, a dining table for four with additional bench seating, and an additional bar area. Off the living area is a half bath.

On the main level, the primary bedroom with queen bed has two-story high ceilings, a television, ample closet space and direct access to the full bathroom.

The second bedroom, with a queen bed and large closet, is also on the main level. A roll-away bed is tucked into this closet and could be used in the living area.

The loft space has a queen bed and a small seating area. The loft is accessible via ladder stairs.

The property has extensive outdoor living space. The main level has a large deck looking over the beach and dunes. A large screened porch below the home adds even more space. Just off the screened porch is an outdoor shower and additional patio space. There is a large yard for games and a path through the dunes to the beach.

Guests must use stairs to enter the home.

The property has a large driveway which fits several cars and even a boat trailer.

The home accommodates up to 6 guests, with a King-sized bed and two Queen-sized beds in the additional bedrooms. The master suite features a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, while the two Queen rooms share a full bathroom.

The space
The home has enough space for the whole family (up to 6, plus a toddler in a provided crib), as well as for your furry mid-size friend (a Dog crate is provided for mid-size dogs up to approximately 30 lbs).

Please note the dog you are bringing and pay the appropriate pet fee during the reservation as listed, which is the charge for the required additional cleaning for the next guest.

Sleeping in 3 different bedrooms with one King master suite, including a walk-in shower and closet, and 2 queen-size bedrooms with a shared restroom and walk-in shower.
