The Nest on W Madison is wonderful for small families or solo guests. Stay cozy inside with internet, comfy beds, and great AC! Take advantage of morning coffee on the patio and nap in the hammock. It was cute, clean and well stocked. The owner had great communication and left some special touches in the home for us. The only negative is the size of the beds if you have more than 2 adults. I bought a $30 air mattress and took sheets from home. That worked fine for us. I recommend this house if you are going to be visiting Lamar which is about 15 min down the road."

- "very " - "My crew enjoyed the location and their overall stay at this location, which I am very thankful for. However, their communication could use a little work. I believe the host is in a different time zone, but we did not receive the lock code until almost an hour after arriving that evening and I had to reach out to customer service in order to get a hold of him." - "Short exposure to the Beaumont area " - "The host is unresponsive. He did call back after I called him for details on how to get into the house. The house was not cleaned from the previous guests. Was unable to check in about 8pm vs 3pm. Carpet in master bedroom was wet from, I suppose, a leak in the restroom. The baseboards in the master restroom are severely water logged. The master restroom shower is extremely tiny, but gets the job done. This location sleeps 4, not 6. To fit 6, your guests will need to sleep on the couch and loveseat. I had to go to the Target down the street to purchase towels, washcloths and hand towels for our stay. I also had to purchase toilet paper. Gnats will get into your food. There is a dead animal outside the side door. It is already just bones and fur. Looks like someone tried to cover with a blanket, but it was partially uncovered. In all fairness, the AC unit works really well, and the house is cute. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I didn’t know I had to spend additional money on towel purchases and toilet paper. "

The housing complex is furnished and perfect for working professional or graduate students coming to Beaumont for at least 30 days or longer.

It's basic accommodations with everything you need, including a shared kitchen with full-sized appliances, full sized washer and dryer free to use and fast wifi.

We also have dedicated off-street parking, security lights and security cameras. The house has a locked gate surrounding the entire property. It's a safe place to call home during your visit.

The space
Guests will have their own private room, while sharing the bathroom and kitchen facilities with other residents. Everything you need to wash clothes and prepare meals is provided, ensuring a comfortable and functional living space. This is a serious and secure place to stay during your time away from home.

We kindly ask that no extra guests be allowed on the property. All guests stay and park their vehicles at their own risk.

For added security, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras, which cover the parking area. Additionally, security lights are placed around the fenced property to maintain a safe environment.

6. You agree to return all keys (otherwise you understand that you will be charged for new locks and new keys for the entire complex.
7. You agree to leave pets (except service animals) at home.
8. You agree that the owners are authorized to pursue compensation for negligent or willful violations of the house rules.
9. You understand you are responsible for all contents in the unit from check-in until check out. The guest will be responsible for any damage to any contents that occurs during their stay.
10. The Owners are not responsible for any personal effects of The Guest that may disappear from the suite. The Guest is responsible for insurance on all of Guest’s personal items. The Guest will be fully responsible for all damage to the suite or contents during their stay. The Guest agrees to indemnify The Owners and hold it harmless from any injury or damage resulting to The Guest, their invites, or other persons, their personal property, the suite, its contents, or the property, occurring in the suite itself or in any common areas including, but not limited to, stairways, parking lots, recreational areas, that may be used by The Guest.
11. We have a strict policy with reservations so please make sure of your dates before you book because we provide an affordable room with no contract which means you reserve your space for 30 days and no refunds are provided.
