Super convenient location as we like to stay towards Texas/University area. Super clean, spacious and comfy. Tucked away in the back of a home with plenty of parking. Washer/dryer were a bonus since I was coming in from a work trip and game day was a hot/sweaty mess!! The Urban Cottage was built in 2024 and has 2 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs as well as a half bath and bonus pull out queen sleeper sofa downstairs. The primary bedroom features a King size bed while the secondary has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.

The main area has an open concept where the living room flows into the kitchen making this the perfect hangout spot to interact with each other.

There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)

Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.

Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.
There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving please turn OFF the thermostat.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood and parks.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property at overhang at pavilion for cover. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom) and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e tooth paste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: Place trash in bin on porch, please recycle – use container on porch.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added, there is a pavilion available but must be rented direct from the (EMAIL HIDDEN)

16. Property: Guest cannot enter the ranch pastures, do not have use of the pond, no going up to the bison, you must stay inside fenced yard area. NO fireworks allowed. NO shooting or bringing guns, NO ATV’s.

17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)

Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.

Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.

There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.

They were friendly, helpful, and joined us in celebrating the graduation with their communication including emails and a personal note when we arrived at the cabin. The cabin is just off of the freeway and less than 15 minutes from campus. We were close to restaurants and Target. There were five adults in our party and we spent a lot of time at the cabin. We used the antique tub and shower house. Hot water was plentiful. The cabin had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this cabin. The owners were wonderful!"

- "Lovely vibe" - "Our family stayed here while celebration our son's graduation from A&M. It was just perfect! We loved being a little out of town, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to be there in minutes. There are horses, cattle, caged doves, and even a pig on the property! If you like fishing, take your fishing pole. There is a pond where big fish can be caught and released. The inside of the loft is stunning-just as it appears in the pictures and very clean. The host and hostess are lovely people and were attentive to our needs. We hope to be back to experience this little piece of paradise in the future."

One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Inside you will find a King size bed, and a twin size bed, and pull out couch, but if you want to give up your dance floor you can bring air mattresses and pile in! Outside are BBQ pits, fire pit, 42 table and plenty of room for games. The absolute best part is the outdoor shower! We also have an RV hookup (electricity only) for an extra fee. Just message us!

The guest cabin was built for friends to come and spend an extended stay in our quiet little piece of the country.. We have had so many guest talk about the quietness of the cabin setting and the screened in porch that allows guest to watch wildlife from the porch.. House has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher just like at home and a comfy living room with space to spread out play cards or kick back and watch the game. Check out the bandstand where a gas grill and party lights help you get the weekend started. It's late and time to retire wash up in the convenience of two full baths and two private bedrooms to snuggle in for the night. We limit our guest to 4 people so everyone gets a good night sleep.

Our Bungalow is an upstairs, one room private space. We have worked hard to provide a comfy retreat that has everything you may need! Bungalow is equipt with kitchen, bathroom has a full shower, small work space/table area and sitting nook with a leather loveseat. The bedroom is separated by swinging shutter doors. Bedroom has a closet and drawers for your belongings, tv and bed. Bungalow also has a private veranda with a Bistro set for you to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Veranda overlooks the large back yard with a fireplace and patio furniture! Washer and dryer located in the downstairs garage. You are close to the Downtown Historic town of Bryan. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas stove, oven dishes and utensils. *Note- edges of ceiling follow roof line so they slope downwards at sides, middle ceiling area is regular height. Our home does not have TV or internet. We do have board games in the closet by the dining room table and a projector with HDMI hookups.

This is the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS room. The Great Smoky Mountains Room is located in the hall on the other side of the living room. There may be guests in the other two bedrooms during your stay.

My place is close (4 miles) to A&M University, Blinn College. You’ll love my place because of new construction, safe neighborhood, clean, nice amenities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, it also includes amenities such as high speed wifi. Full access to common areas include the kitchen, living room and use of the washer and dryer. The house was built in 2013, and still feels new. Kitchen has all necessary tools to cook

The space
We provide a space in each room for individuals to be able to work and have fun with a tv in each bedroom. The restroom is down the hall and it is shared with another guest.

Guest access
Guess will have access to the entire house, except the garage.

Cozy home on a quiet cul-de-sac right by Highway 6. Less than 15 minutes to A&M and Kyle Field and 5 minutes to downtown Bryan.

Our home does not have TV or internet. We do have board games in the closet by the dining room table and a projector with HDMI hookups.

This is the MASTER bedroom. It is located directly across from the front door. There may be guests in the other two bedrooms during your stay.

Room is only for one guest with the exception of children.

Bathroom is private. Living room and kitchen are shared.

Guests should feel welcome to enjoy the shaded backyard, living room, and kitchen.

The garage is not for guest use.

During your stay
My husband and I live about 30 minutes away and will be contactable during your stay, but will not be at the house. Other guests may be at the home during your stay.

My place is close to parks and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the neighbors, neighborhood, and my personal favorite- the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or families (with kids). If you have toddlers, I don't have the house childproof with outlets covered or locks on ovens/fridge.

Guest access
The room comes with limited access to the kitchen and laundry room. You are welcome to grab a cup of coffee for breakfast and if you need to store a few items in the fridge, please let me know in advance to make room for you. If you here for an extended stay, we can work something out with kitchen and laundry use that is reasonable and fair. I want you to enjoy your stay! If it is the summer months, we spend most of our time in the pool so you are welcome to join us!

During your stay
Depending on when you book, I may or may not be home. You are welcome to join in with us and do whatever we are doing or if you prefer to be to yourself, we will give you all the space you would like.

The space

The store was originally founded by Cecil Burrage in 1940 and now offers a one-of-a-kind retreat in the comfort of modern amenities. Take in the industrial vibe, marvel at the historic photos, and relax in a private yet conveniently located space.

Located in Travis Park, near local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and with easy access to downtown and the surrounding areas, the Burrage Grocery Store is the perfect spot to relax and take in the charming history of Bryan, TX. A quiet room in a brand new neighborhood. Walking distance to Rudder High school. 15 minutes to Kyle Field, and 10 minutes to middle of campus.

When you enter through the door, go immediately to the left for your room. In your bedroom is a Keurig machine, with a refrigerator in the closet with water and for you to use.

The tv in the room only has Netflix at this time.

Please ask if you need to use the kitchen.

Also, the bed is a purple mattress!
