Super convenient location as we like to stay towards Texas/University area. Super clean, spacious and comfy. Tucked away in the back of a home with plenty of parking. Washer/dryer were a bonus since I was coming in from a work trip and game day was a hot/sweaty mess!! The only recommendation I would have would be more visible/lighted address out front and maybe a “guest house this way” lighted signage for late arrivals. Otherwise perfect!!! Welcome to this brand new cottage home in the heart of downtown Bryan less than 5 miles from Texas A&M University. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all that downtown Bryan has to offer with easy access to College Station by free game day shuttle or just a short drive.

The Urban Cottage was built in 2024 and has 2 bedrooms and one full bath upstairs as well as a half bath and bonus pull out queen sleeper sofa downstairs. The primary bedroom features a King size bed while the secondary has a Queen size bed. Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets.

The main area has an open concept where the living room flows into the kitchen making this the perfect hangout spot to interact with each other.

The high ceilings coupled with large windows bathe the interior with natural light to create a sense of grandeur and spaciousness. There is not assigned parking. This is Downtown Street parking and is available first come first serve. There is parking on all 3 sides of the building. There is also a parking lot between Main Street and S Bryan that you enter from S. Bryan Street across from Old Bryan Marketplace (2 blocks away)

Main and Bryan St are limited to 90 minutes Monday-Friday 8am -5pm.
W 26th does not ever have a time limit.

Event evenings (First Friday- every month) and Weekend nights park early to get close spots.
There are train tracks that run through downtown Bryan. We provide sound/white noise machines and ear plugs for guests who are sound sensitive.
