We ended up having 7 family units and realized that the additional bedrooms were either shared or behind the kitchen with a curtain as a divider. As a result, one family decided to drive back into town each day and I shared a room with my mother-in-law. However, the home was roomy and clean and with smaller #'s, it would have been perfect. We were able to use the barn for Thanksgiving celebration which worked perfectly as it rained and gave us extra space for games, etc. Location to College Station (1 hour) was an added benefit.
