The house has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Premium hybrid mattresses on each bed, with soft, breathable bedding. Bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Premium bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Pool towels are provided for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook with. There is a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards,and a tea pot. We have a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your enjoyment. The outside has a large pool that is 8ft on one end and 4ft on the other. It does not have a safety gate or life guard. Please use caution and safety when swimming. We have an outdoor deck that has two eating areas, comfortable seating and loungers surrounding the pool to enjoy your time poolside. The grill is propane. It usually has gas, but if needs to be replaced, the guests are welcome to get a tank, and we can reimburse. None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

- "The communication with the hosts was excellent from the day we booked. At check in the property was clean and well prepared for our stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen in order to prepare meals for our group. Beds had clean linen and towels on them, and were comfortable. The neighborhood where the rental is located is residential and quiet. Overall a nice place to rest and eat when we weren't at the Event Center in Dallas competing with our students. The biggest issue we encountered was the discrepancy between the online description and the actual layout of the rental. The online description clearly listed 14 beds, accommodating up to 18 guests. When we arrived the property only had 10 beds, and could only accommodate 14 guests if people double occupied every queen & king bed in the rental. That did not work very well for us, as we had rented this property specifically to accommodate 14 individuals with no sharing of beds. We were forced to have multiple students double up in beds, which we did not want to do. That was disappointing. The other discrepancy was in the number of bathrooms. The online description said there were four bathrooms, yet the property only had three. With 14 guests all looking to leave early every morning, the additional bathroom would have been helpful, and again another reason we selected this property. I do not know if the property has been updated and the online listing not changed to reflect this, or if the listing is intentionally misleading. The hosts were made aware of our displeasure with this, so hopefully they take action accordingly."

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. *In the months of April and May, due to the abundant trees, there are plenty of caterpillars*.

Nestled in the Creek Crossing neighborhood of Mesquite, our home is not too far from DFW Airport and is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.

But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. And for anyone who reads this before staying here, its near a bunch of the city shopping, but the area seems a little ghetto. Decor in the house has no theme and looks like anything under 10 at hobby lobby is what got bought."

You won’t be too far from DFW Airport and will be conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.

But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. If you’re visiting with kids, be sure to check out Celebration Station featuring batting cages, go-karts, an arcade, laser tag, paintball, and mini golf. If you prefer golf of the non-mini variety, Mesquite Golf Club is 15 minutes away.

You can't beat this location! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but offers easy access to 635, I-30, and Hwy 80. There's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The home is less than 10 minutes from the Mesquite Rodeo, 20 minutes from downtown Dallas, and is 15 minutes from Fair Park and the Cotton Bowl!

The other criticism: We had elderly people with us on this trip. The hallway bathroom bathtub was very slick on the bottom. 7. Toilets – Please do not flush baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, or anything other than toilet paper. Doing so may cause plumbing damage. If a maintenance professional is dispatched due to this, you will be invoiced on-site and expected to pay directly.

If you are staying for 14+ days, you will be responsible for cleaning your own room, and some house chores like taking trash out or putting dishes into the dishwasher may need to be performed.

Accessibility. This is a single-story home that is great for people with mobility issues. There is a small step up to the street curb from where you park, and a slight lip over the front door. No other steps in the house.

Easy maintenance. All flooring is hard (LVP, tile), no carpets or fabric anywhere in the house (except for beds), so cleaning is easy.

Alcohol and drugs: Limited alcohol consumption is allowed. Use of any illegal drugs is absolutely prohibited in the house.

Smoking: Allowed in a designated area in the backyard. Indoor smoking or vaping is prohibited.

Restrictions: Please do not turn the gas fireplace on without the owner being present.

Pets: Allowed with owner approval. If you have allergies to pets, connect with the owner prior to booking to see if there are any pets currently on the property.

Private room (10' x 10') w/TV, large closet, and internet. Since we are bakers we use the kitchen a lot, for that reason the kitchen is not included. The room has a microwave and You can store your food in the fridge and relax in the living room or in the gazebo located in my backyard. Parking space also available.

Other things to note
We have 1 indoor dog, but she won't bother you. When we are not at home she is in a designated area away from my guests!!
Also, my house has an entertainment room, this space is NOT included.
