We are 3 blocks from TSU and close to the Downtown Square. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. It's a Studio style floor plan and it has a private, vintage bathroom. However, there is nothing to clean with. No Clorox wipes, no broom and dustpan, no sprays of any kind. I felt this to be strange. We had to go to my moms rental and borrow supplies from them. Also, one roll of paper towels and one roll of TP for four days. So… bring your own cleaning supplies. Also, the bathroom gets no air and is rather uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved the backyard for our dogs and hanging out. There was access to the trail in the back from the yard, but it was too blazing hot to get out there. Super cute decorating and the beds were comfortable! Pillows are nice too and we loved that every room had a tv. WiFi worked great. Plenty of space. There is salt, pepper, cooking spray, olive oil, steak seasoning. Overall nice stay."

This is a brand new townhome with one-car garage. Downstairs, you will find an open kitchen and living room that is very cozy and inviting with stylish furnishings and decor, and a Roku TV. There is also a half bath, and an exit into the garage. There you will also find a washer and dryer.

Upstairs is where you will find both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full private attached bathroom, comfortable beds, ultra soft bedding, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep. There is also a dresser and walk-in closet in both bedrooms, and a small fan stored in the closet if you like some background noise while you sleep. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The bathrooms are extremely clean and spacious with ample counter space, drawers, linen closet, and hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, coffee, toaster, blender, and more. The large bar is perfect for eating and working.

There is a small back porch that you can also sit on and a small yard that is in the process of being fenced currently.

There is excellent Wi-Fi, central heat & air, and interior deadbolts.

There is parking for 2-3 cars on-site if you count the garage.

The water heater closet is locked for owner use. Other than that you will have full access to the property.

You have access to the entire unit, garage, and backyard. You will access the property through the front door with a code assigned specifically to you.

Host was very easy to communicate with. Only issue we had was low water pressure and not much hot water. Host offered to come check it out and see if she could get it working properly but it wasn't too big of an issue for us so. Downside, no tv's in the bedrooms. Listing was a little confusing as it said one of the 4 bedrooms had 4 queen sizes beds in it. I assumed correctly that that was a mistake. There are 4 beds in the house, one in each room. Host offered to provide an air mattress but we had brought our own just incase. Over all we had a great stay, plenty of space for everyone."

This beautiful studio apartment is located above our garage and on our property. There is private access to the space from the backside of the building (within our backyard). We are thrilled to share our private backyard and amenities with you during your stay. The apartment includes 1 queen bed, 2 couches and a queen air mattress, if needed. It is also fully furnished with brand new appliances, and a full kitchen with dishes and cookware.

Guest access
During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment and shared access to our large backyard with spaces for grilling and working out. All of our outdoor workout equipment, grilling tools, sitting areas and yard games are available for your use.

We are an active family of four and you are likely to see us in the backyard at some point(s) during your stay. We have a friendly golden doodle name Murphy who also spends time roaming the back yard (please shut the gate as you come in and out). Murphy is 45lbs. Also the "Rooftop Studio" sits on top of our garage and visitors will be able to feel when the garage door opens and closes (not loud or obnoxious, but tangible).
