Peaceful cabin with WIFI that has one bedroom and one bathroom that is located in a quiet area with the backyard looking on to the dry bed of Lake Brownwood. This cabin comes with a spacious kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, updated electric stove, new microwave, new Keurig coffee maker, new toaster, and plenty of storage cabinets for groceries. A small grill is provided for outdoor charcoal cooking along with grilling utensils. Living area has comfortable couches in front of a large window with a big 75”TV. We provide a large picnic table outside that can seat around 20 people along with 4 extra lawn chairs. The inside dining table sits 6 people with a view overlooking the front yard. The bedroom has a full-size tall bed with bedding provided and we also provide two cots for 2 extra guests. Guest must provide bedding for extra guest. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bench along with a small shower. The backyard is big enough for a cookout or a small gathering. This little cabin provides the comforts of home away from home.

But then its time to relax on the patio or inside the exquisitely furnished house with friends & family. You might want to watch a movie or tune into the sports channel. Pretty soon you'll be yawning, sleepy head! All three bedrooms have queen size beds with comfortable linens where you will rest comfortably after a fun-packed day on the lake.
There is plenty of carpeted space in the master bedroom for pallets for children. You may want to bring air mattresses for your extra comfort. Some extra sheets and blankets are stored in the closets. We have provided a portable crib for the baby.

The bathrooms are spacious and you have the option of tub or shower.

The back yard is great for sprinkler fun or toddler's swimming pool, or for just kicking a ball around or playing catch. Plenty of off-street parking in front.

The kitchen has a stand alone ice maker which will keep you well supplied with ice for the duration of your vacation. And of course, a full refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher. Outside cooking can be done on the Blackstone Griddle provided. Bacon and pancakes cooked outside never tasted better!

Please use your beach towels and keep our bathroom towels at the house. If you've forgotten a required life jacket, we will have a few on hand that you can borrow. But please remember to bring your own so you can be sure you have a proper fit and your safety is not at risk.

There are many fine restaurants in Brownwood (about 7 miles). One of our favorites is Underwoods BBQ Cafeteria. But you won't be disappointed by Humphrey Pete's Steak House, Section Hand Steak House, Lemons' Bar-B-Q, Schlotsky's, China King, Chili's, Prima Pasta, Wing Stop, McAlister's Deli, Cotton Patch, Jeff's Burgers, The Turtle Restaurant and many more. Corina's has fine Mexican food and is located on Hwy 279 in the lake area. Also, Wild Duck Marina is just about a mile from the house and they have a great grill and frequently have live entertainment.

The Hideout Golf Course is located at Lake Brownwood in the Feather Bay area just a few miles from the house. It is a well manicured 18 hole course, sure to suit your fancy! And The Hideout Restaurant is located there. Several times a year the historic Lyric Theater has a play. Often these are attractive for children. Brownwood has a movie theater as well as a large swim complex and bowling alley. Fancy's Day Spa would be happy to book a spa appointment for you.

If you are a fisherman, you will find this lake is excellent for fishing. You might want to enter the Bass Fishing Tournament they have each year.

Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath house and separated 1 bed, 1 bath cabin located in Cason Cove with three level porch and dock overlooking Lake Brownwood. Cason Cove is a no wake zone, so no need to worry about boats speeding by. When the lake is full, the water is approximately 14 feet deep off the dock.
Fully furnished main house with one queen master, one queen bedroom, a day bed with trundle (2 twins) bedroom, and two full bathrooms. Master bath has standing shower and second bath has a tub and shower. Includes full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. A couch, two chairs, and recliner chair as well as a TV is available in the living room. Washer and dryer off the kitchen are also available for use. Three level porch attached to main house with ample seating, picnic table, grill and Blackstone. (Please make sure grill is not up against house/siding. The heat will melt the siding and has the potential to start a fire.)

The property has lots of space to enjoy and great views. Lots of fun to be had! Cozy lake front cabin with dock and room to roam! Sleeps at least 8 comfortably with room for air mattress. One queen size bed, one full size bed, two bunks and a couple of couches. The top two bunks are rated for 60 pounds. Best for 6 adults and 2 children. Bring your fishing gear and kayaks! We now have strong WiFi. Local tv and a smart tv you can use your subscriptions with. A DvD and a Redbox nearby. A huge yard to run and play . Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. - "We really enjoyed our stay art the Wonderland cabin. We had a dead microwave upon arrival and the boat immediately ordered one for replacement. When we found a new wasp nest they tried to get an exterminator right away. Sadly it was the 4th no one was open and I offered to handle it. They were super responsive. The Alice in Wonderland theme was fun and the house was very clean. The hot tub and deck were awesome. We used it every night and some mornings. It would be nice to have a washer and dryer but that's the only complaint. They are putting in a new dock and that will be awesome. If we go back to Lake Brownwood we would definitely stay at Wonderland again. "

We love our charming 4-bedroom home. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac on a tree-lined street. There is driveway and on-street parking directly in front of the home. The home is fully furnished, including each bedroom. We live in the home and rent out three of the rooms with a shared bath. The kitchen, living space, and washer/dryer are all available for your use. We are close to Hendrick Medical Center and several parks. The room has a twin bed and shared bath.

NO CLEANING FEE !! Perfect for traveling contract workers who don't want to break the bank for accommodation but want a clean place with great value.
You are 2 min from the main town strip. We are also 3 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from HP Uni. The top floor where you'll stay is all AirBnB guests. You’ll have a private bedroom & share a bathroom with either 1 or 2 guests while you are here. It's self check in. Come relax in my clean & historical building.

The space
My place is peaceful and clean. It 's a Historical Building and has two levels: the main floor has longterm tenants and the top floor is all AirBnB (6 rooms).

The bathroom is down the hall. It's shared with either 1 or 2 guests from the 2 other rooms next to you.

You may hear fellow guests using the kitchen and laundry room. I've been assured by previous guests that this noise is minimal and not bothersome, but I like to mention it so you are fully-informed before booking.

You are welcome to store food and drinks in the kitchen fridge.

I request guests place used dishes in the dishwasher or wash them and sit them out to dry. Please do not leave them in the sink.

It's perfect for the solo business traveler or a couple who need a Short (2 weeks) or Long (1-12 month) rental. It's your newly remodeled home away from home. "Keeping it simple" never looked so beautiful as this peaceful and centrally-located studio/efficiency. (The owner is a SUPERHOST with 9 total properties. This space is NEW.)

LQ Studio is a newly redesigned efficiency and has been carefully curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home.

We've taken care to add unique details to the studio that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches can be found throughout the studio, along with a plush Queen size bed with 800+ thread count sheets. The bedroom space is complete with a large closet and antique chest, bed side table, plus plenty of storage space under the bed.

The brand new, custom full bath (shower/tub combo) has attentive amenities for both men and women, including make up mirror & hair dryer, towels, washcloths, iron & ironing board, etc.

There is a brand new Smart TV and split HVAC unit, so you can kick back & relax in the perfect temperature while watching your favorite tv shows.

The newly redesigned kitchen has custom cabinets and a large stainless steel farm sink, as well as brand new appliances. It has many of the necessary culinary tools, dishware, and utensils. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods. There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival.

There is a gorgeous wood table which can double as a dining table or work space. It sits right in front of a window and looks out to a beautiful Texas Oak.

There is also an adorable front patio with a table and two chairs. The wifi is strong, so its another space to work from on a beautiful day, or to sip your morning coffee & afternoon glass of wine.

This is a NON SMOKING residence. Smoke smell- OF ANY KIND- in the Studio will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee.

The laundry room is shared with other guests and is right next door. You will need quarters and your own laundry detergent. There is a tall laundry basket in your closet for your convenience.

There is a DRY CLEANING location a couple blocks away (1 min drive), as well as a wash & fold cleaners 7 min away that we love. Ask us for recs!

We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us.

Our Avenue Suites are located across from a church in a small-town neighborhood. It is a newly redesigned space and curated to host our cherished guests. We do not keep personal belongings here, so our biggest hope is that you feel this is YOUR home away from home.

We've taken care to add unique details to the spaces that make you feel welcome & cozy. Special touches such as monogrammed "SUITE TWO" pillow cases are featured in the bedroom.

The Avenue Suites: SUITE TWO is one bedroom with a closet. Additional closet spaces in the hallway and front living room. The comfortable Queen size bed has 800+ thread count/hotel grade sheets, and soft blankets.

The full bath (shower/tub combo) has attentive amenities for both men and women, including some bath products, make up mirror, & hair dryer.

Our Living room is comfortable and includes a brand new Smart TV. Kick back & relax.

The kitchen has many of the necessary culinary tools to use while cooking with our oven and stove, as well as a large fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary coffee and tea pods (decaf and caffeine available). There will also be treats and bottles of water upon your arrival.

The Breakfast Nook is located in between the Living room & Kitchen, and has quick access to the back door. The back door leads out to the small, Backyard space. Outdoor furniture and a Privacy Fence add to the charm of the outdoor space.

This is a NON SMOKING residence. Any smoke smell in the Suites will result in a large additional fee on top of the cleaning fee. No cigarette butts on the ground please.

There is no Washer & Dryer onsite. However, there is a clean, updated Laundromat less than a block away (2 minute walk, 5 second drive). There is also a DRY CLEANING location 3 blocks away (7 minute walk, 1 min drive).

We've really tried to think of everything to help make your stay the best it can be, and we welcome any feedback directly to us.

Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.

The space
Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath lake house. To accommodate families, like ours, we have put a unique bunk bed in the bedroom. It has a queen on top, and two twin-XL's on the bottom. The house has been updated with modern features, such as granite counters, modern appliances, and a fully updated bathroom. However it keeps the cabin feel, with the hardwood floors & wooden beam & ceiling. The living room has a comfy leather chair and a full-size leather sofa, that folds out into a queen size bed. There is a television in both the living room, & the bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, & Disney plus are available.

Being situated atop the bluff, the back patio provides a spectacular sunset view.

The walk to the water is down a rather steep, but manageable hill. There are not man-made steps, but the path is mowed, & accessible by most.
The shoreline is beach-like, with mostly sand & smaller rocks.

Enjoy our peaceful country retreat located just 15 minutes from historic downtown Comanche TX. Our 2024 guesthouse features memory foam mattresses & pillows with cool cotton sheets plus high speed WiFi & a 75" smart tv for streaming. Sit back and enjoy the huge view of the Comanche valley, the night sky, and wide variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife. Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check out is at 11 am. At our peaceful country retreat you will enjoy beautiful views, high speed internet, and sleeping on the comfort of the memory foam mattresses and memory foam pillows included on all beds.

Indoors, you can relax on the huge sectional couch and catch up on the latest releases or binge a new series on the brand new 75" smart tv. High speed WiFi allows for work or play with smooth streaming of your meetings, music, or favorite shows. A recliner and reading light are in the master bedroom's reading nook for quiet relaxation with a book, your laptop, or simply your thoughts while enjoying the valley view.

Outside relax and sit back on the lawn chairs and enjoy the huge view of the Comanche valley, the star filled night sky, and the wide variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife. Bring the provided portable bluetooth speaker out with you and listen to your favorite music!

Our Guesthouse rental includes the entire living area of the house with the exception of the cleaning closet (nothing fun in there anyway!). There is a small fenced dog yard next to the back door (see pictures) for supervised off leash dog use. Guests are welcome to walk leashed dogs or ride their horses on the picturesque hillside. We do need guests to respect fences and gates (no climbing or crossing please out of respect for our neighbors).

Parking is immediately to the back (south) of the house and can accommodate up to five vehicles, with more parking available close by. Plenty of parking for horse trailers is also available. The front yard of the home is expansive, extending 50' to the front (north) of the house with plenty of room to relax on the lawn chairs and enjoy the views! Horse stalls, rv hookups, and arena access are available for an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange any a la carte rental options.

Other things to note
Our location is pastoral, quiet and bucolic with an abundance of wildlife all around. We host occasional events at our covered arena and riders of all disciplines rent the arena for riding.

A modern and fast laundromat is located in downtown Comanche.

We have 10 covered stalls available for overnight rental. The covered and lighted rental arena is 150'x275' and accommodates a full barrel pattern or two full dressage arenas (we have the letters), is fully set up for roping (no rental cattle on site), and has a covered round pen. There is also a 125'x150' outdoor rental arena.

The house is fully electric so no need for a carbon monoxide detector. There are stairs at both the front and back doors.

Please do not go on the drain field located in the wooded area to the southwest of the house.

This Cozy Cabin is located 2 minutes from Proctor Lake, 1 minute from Par Country Club and 7 minute from Comanche County Medical Center. The cabin is located directly across from the Copperas Creek Park at Proctor Lake.

The space
This Cabin has one king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size sofa bed and Full size bed in the loft for kids or an extra guest (please be careful going up the ladder to the loft). The Living room has plenty of room to relax by the fire and enjoy a good movie. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal.

There are two Gas heaters in the house. You will turn them on by turning the knob to the pilot, then push it in a while, pushing the ignitor. Once the pilot is lit, you can turn the knob 1 to 5 for heat.

There is also a carport which will cover two vehicles.

The Lake is beautiful and offers plenty of good fishing. Public access to the Lake is right down the road. The golf course is a great way to spend a Sunday, and it is only a one-minute drive from the cabin.

You will also have access to water equipment, 3 paddle boards and 5 different kayaks, (3 adult kayaks and 2 kid kayaks). The 2 kid kayaks, paddles and life jackets are kept in the kayak room (keys are hanging on the key rack inside the cabin). You will have to transport these to the public lake access right down the road. Please make sure the equipment is strapped down and please do not drag kayaks and paddle board across the ground. Always have a life jacket with you while on the water. When finished return equipment to how you found it. Please lock the kayak room to keep the equipment safe during your stay and after you check out. Thank you, and enjoy.

Cornhole board game is located in the Kayak room. The keys are hanging on the key rack inside the cambin. There are also fire starters in the same place for you to use. Please be safe and put the fire out when you are done.
