Upstairs, over the detached 2 car garage, you will find a self-contained king bed suite with lovely, equipped kitchenette and full bath with stand-up shower. Two more guests can be accommodated back in the main house on the living room queen size sofa bed with uber-comfortable memory foam topper. Welcome to The Bird's Nest! This adorably decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath home is centrally located and cute as a button! Located right across the street from an HEB grocery store, this home is within a 5-10 minute drive to all the best shopping and dining options. This home has a washer and dryer included. The front bedroom has a beautiful full size canopy bed with twinkling lights. The back bedroom has a queen size bed and large dresser. Both bedrooms have tvs with Netflix provided. There is also a blow up queen air mattress provided with extra linens. The kitchen has a gas stove, fridge, and full service coffee bar. All basic cookware is provided. The dining room is right off the kitchen and has seating for 6 around the table. There is a also a driveway with a single car garage out front. The garage is not automatic. So just open by hand to use. There is also a large, chain link fenced backyard with extra parking if needed.
