We offer a cozy living room with a TV where you can relax with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including spices for preparing delicious meals. There’s also a charming coffee bar, perfect for brewing your favorite coffee or tea. The dining area seats 6, with a small island that seats 4.

Outside, you’ll find comfortable furniture and games for enjoying the fresh air. We provide a grill and smoker for cooking delicious meals (please bring your own charcoal and supplies). There’s also a fire pit with chairs, the ideal spot to watch the sunset and enjoy some tasty s'mores (firewood not included).

Come stay in a piece of history at the infamous John St. Helen cabin that has been converted into a quaint getaway right off of the historic downtown Glen Rose, Texas square. You will be just steps away from a variety of attractions including an old time soda shop, boutique shopping, dining options and even a local museum to learn about this very cabin. You will be just minutes away from the Paluxy River, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Dinosaur World, Fossil Rim Wildlife Center, and Squaw Valley Golf Course. The rustic cabin offers farmhouse décor with one bedroom with queen bed and one twin bed, a mini fridge with coffee bar and snacks, a claw foot tub and a front porch perfect to enjoy after a fun day of exploring. This is a beautiful fully furnished log cabin in lake town Granbury, TX. As you enter the property you will be invited by the large front porch where you can relax, chat, and laugh with your loved ones. As you enter the cabin, the large, cozy sunken living room would be waiting for your family. The well-stocked kitchen is ready for your cooking and entertaining your family. The large backyard has a U-shaped covered porch with outdoor sitting arrangement. Tall, large trees provide plenty of shades for perfect outdoor cooking.
This house is near the Granbury City Center – The Square. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from on Hwy 377 and The Square. Lake Granbury, The City Beach and hike and bike trails all are in a very close proximity for you to enjoy and have fun. There is a fishing dock and boat ramp right in the neighborhood for easy access. Pick you favorite for the day - fishing, boating, swimming, water sports, golfing – and enjoy all day long. Be sure to visit Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center with your little humans only 30 to 40 minutes away at Glen Rose.

Linens provided, towels provided (total of 12 towels), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided. We will provide basic hand soap along with one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. One roll of towel paper and small dish soap will be provided in the kitchen.

Our only problem was the 2 back bedroom beds were a little hard and we got toppers at walmart. Everything we needed was there. wish it hadn't been so hot outside but we played cornhole late at night and early morning. We played a lot of games at the dining table which was really nice but sliders on the feet of the chairs would help. Would highly recommend this home as it was super cute and nice and clean."

This gorgeous country like setting is only 2 miles from historic Granbury square but you will feel like you're out in the country. Enjoy the benefits of camping but the luxuries of home. Bring your jet skis to the large covered dock and enjoy the fire pit, bbq while watching the game on the lakefront 55” tv. You can relax while fishing from the dock or the kayaks. When weather permits you can enjoy the kayaks and a stand up paddle board or swim from the dock. You’ll never want to leave this peaceful place! This charming 310 square foot cabin is lakefront but sits behind a main house and next to a workshop. You will have your own fire pit, grill and patio furniture but have SHARED access to an outdoor dinning area, bigger fire pit on the large dock kayaks etc. We share the property with a variety of wildlife (to include coyotes and foxes) so it is NOT recommended to have your dog out of your sight. The 2100+ sq foot dock has seating, 4 jet ski lifts and a boat slip. In addition, there’s a woodworking workshop on the grounds we may be working in so feel free to come in & see what we’re working on! You will have your own private patio/fire pit & grill. The grounds are big enough for both places! It’s a very serene setting. *Please note: we love to have your well behaved furry family member. HOWEVER- you must add it to the booking. we do NOT allow cats due to allergies.. * We are conveniently located with so many things within 10-15 minutes!

It is not intended for food prep etc. it just intended to be a place to sit drinks on, fishing gear, the life jackets are stored there etc.

This cabin has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in both and 2 baths. The kitchen has the usual appliances plus a dishwasher and washer and dryer. There is front and back door access with keypad entry and stairs up to both porches. There is a small fire pit area behind the house to enjoy. All of this is just 18 minutes from historical downtown Granbury.

Nice and secluded land, but very close to any shopping we needed. Kids enjoyed running the trails cut through the cedars. The great fenced front yard was ideal for our giant hound, and handy for us.
