A modern cabin in town! Whether you are looking to relax on the 320sf deck by the house, or walk just a few steps down a wooded path to the platform overlooking Bird Creek. Lots of wildlife can be seen. This is the only residence on 4.2 wooded acres, and feels like you’re miles from town. Located 3 minutes drive from downtown Pawhuska. Perfect for a couples weekend, yoga or artist getaway. Queen bed in the loft and a queen Murphy bed in the main room. A wilderness retreat within the city limits!
The space
Completed in March 2024, the 750sf cabin has ample space to relax in the sitting area on the ground floor with 22ft ceilings overhead. Prepare meals with a full kitchen. Shiplap covers all interior walls. Stained concrete floors on the main floor and bath area is fitted with washer/dryer, shower and soaking tub atop marble floor tile. The simple loft area has a queen size bed and sitting area. You must climb a sturdy loft ladder to the loft/bedroom. The cabin is comfortable for two, but also can accommodate an additional two sleeping on queen size murphy bed in the living area if needed. With a 320sf deck wrapping the north and east side. You can choose sun or shade when spending time outside. The cabin is extremely private and has beautiful natural surroundings. Perfect for a couples weekend getaway!

The Lodge at Taylor Ranch is home to two of Oklahoma's premiere disc golf courses, but we offer more than just disc golf! Our rustic, yet cozy cabin sits just above the water! In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

The space
There is over 200 acres of land with creeks, ponds, chickens, horses, Disc Golf, hiking, etc! Please feel free to go exploring, bring your mountain bikes, fishing or even bring your horses for trail riding!

No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property.

We take Covid 19 very seriously. Before your arrival we deep clean the cabin before each stay. All linens are washed in disinfectant and all linens are changed with each guest. All counters, toilet, shower, sinks, door handles, light switches, tv remotes, etc are wiped down with clorox.

The space
You’ll have the entire cabin to yourself, with access to two bedrooms during your stay. Each room features a full-over-full bunk bed, personal reading lights, a window, and a luggage rack for your convenience.

The spacious living area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, including a stovetop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge/freezer. All utensils and cookware are provided.

Enjoy two full bathrooms with large walk-in showers, and unwind on the oversized patio that spans the entire length of the cabin—featuring one of the best views on the ranch.

Each cabin on our property includes a private gated yard and designated parking area, giving you space to relax and unwind. As you drive in, you’ll pass through the alley between our cattle pens and horse arena, so don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by grazing cattle or a few curious horses along the way!

Ranch tours and lake fishing are available by appointment only—just let us know in advance if you’d like to book an experience during your stay.

Guests have full access to the home. There is a barn on the property that owners may need to access during your stay. It is across the driveway from the home and should not cause any issues.

There is animal boarding accommodations available. If you have a need for pens, stalls, etc. we can work with you. Property is located 5 mins. from the Osage County Fairgrounds and right on Highway 99.
