The space
This second story apartment is new and stands alone - not connected to any other structure. It is private, but has access to a shared courtyard with fire pit and propane grill. It was designed and furnished to provide the guest an urban experience. It is fully furnished with all amenities guests expect to find in a high-end rental.

Guests will have use of the entire apartment. There is also a small courtyard that may be used outdoors. Access is granted with keypad entry.

Other things to note
This apartment is in downtown Edmond, OK. There are trains that run through downtown day and night, however it is in a quiet-zone and no train horns are blown. There is some noise in this urban environment.
There are only 2 parking spaces provided for guests.

Welcome to our newly remodeled Guesthouse! It is centrally located in Edmond, Oklahoma, just minutes from I-35, Oklahoma City, and the Kilpatrick Turnpike. It is in a very peaceful area on a large lot, but not far from all the fun that Edmond and Oklahoma City has to offer.

Our Guesthouse is a two bedroom & one bathroom home located on our 2.5 acre property next door to our own home. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed. The living room couch is also a pull out bed. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom through their own door.

SWIMMING POOL:
Open 8 am to 8 pm from May 1 to September 30.

Accessible to all guests during their stay resort style If pool not reserved.

Guests can book 2 hours private swim time daily by messaging host- can reserve anytime after booking confirmed.

Pool is available for registered guests only. ***Daytime visitors to property or pool will be subject to extra guest fee $20 per person and must have approval from host.***

There is an electronic safety cover on the pool that will be kept closed when not in use.

PARTIES/EVENTS
Parties/ special events are NOT ALLOWED without permission from host and are subject to additional fees. This is due to liability risks on our gated property. Ask host about parties/ events rate.

***Property is under 24 hour surveillance and if we find out you are hosting an unauthorized party, you will be subject to $500 penalty and being asked to leave immediately ***
