Furniture is sprayed with Lysol disinfectant spray and all dishes are washed in hot, sudsy water. At 400 square feet, it’s perfect for two, but a party of four can sleep comfy. Includes local art, modern furnishings and a private entry with a personalized entry code. A WiFi internet connection is on us, and we reserve parking space in the back of the main house specifically for our guests. There is a private yard area with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy evening cocktails, review the day’s mountain bike run or plan tomorrow’s adventure.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Other things to note
1) The step up as you enter the garage is a littler taller than an average step and is marked with safety tape to make guests aware to be careful as you enter.
2) Great safe neighborhood for riding bikes and walking! Very relaxing!
