- "This was my first trip down to eureka and out of the many options of places to stay, I’m so glad I picked this one. David and his wife were extremely helpful, hospitable, and nice. They worked with my multiple food allergies to make sure I could eat a good breakfast, which was very delicious. The house was gorgeous and they had a nice big patio/yard full of comfy chairs and couches. At night, lights would turn on out back so we could sit out there and enjoy the peacefulness and nice weather. Inside the room they had left us a few fresh, homemade sugar cookies. The bed was very soft and they brought new towels and changed the sheets daily. The whole house was very clean and we felt safe to stay there. David and his wife were very informative about the house and town. Overall the whole experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming back in the future."

- "This was the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast in general so i didn’t quite know what all to expect! However, John runs this place beautifully!! When we arrived at the property no one was there but the sign on the door told us to give John a call! First he let us know about a last minute cancellation and that they had upgraded us from a suite to the beautiful Slumber Hill Cottage! Even though he was not there to show us around he was very thorough over the phone which was nice as it left me with no further questions! We were able to enjoy even a rainy evening outside because there was a covered porch deck! We even saw some deer passing by! The next morning John delivered breakfast straight to our door at exactly the time we requested ! Coffee, juice, bananas with cinnamon and a delicious quiche for each of us! Truly a treat! We travel to eureka springs quite frequently but i know next time hidden springs will be top of our list of places to stay!! Thank you again for a wonderful quick birthday trip for my husband! "

If you stay here, be prepared for using lots of stairs, but again, this is Eureka Springs and no matter which bed and breakfast you pick, you'll have lots of stairs. The innkeeper is very sweet and interesting! I give this property 5 stars regardless of the issues with the bathroom. It's clean and very comfortable!"
