This downtown Loft is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to Hermannhof Winery, Top Restaurants, Brewery, Distilleries, Gift Shops and Antiques. Across the street from Trolley. 1 block from Train station. The loft entrance is off of a brick walk way with a courtyard and private parking off alley. So you have your privacy but yet your in the Heart of downtown Hermann. Very homey and comfortable for 4-6 guest. The location is the best in Hermann!!! The Wolke Suite is accessed through the common area of the B&B, and is simply charming! As you enter this room you’ll be delighted that it has its own foyer, complete with a small chandelier. You can expect complete relaxation in this room, which offers a queen-sized bed, luxuriously appointed with a memory-foam mattress and high thread-count sheets. Atop the bed is an old-fashioned quilt, and to lend even more coziness to the room there is a fireplace in the corner as well as a small seating area.

In addition, the Wolke Suite contains two bedside tables with reading lamps, a closet to hang your clothing, and plenty of convenient electrical outlets for your personal electronics. And speaking of electronics, if you need to stay connected to the world, the room has a 39″ HD LED TV with basic cable as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.

A three-piece bathroom adjoining the room offers plenty of fluffy towels as well as the basic amenities of shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer.

The queen-sized bed is an espresso color and features a tall headboard–which gives the room a slightly regal look. And you’ll definitely sleep like royalty on the pillow-top mattress which is dressed with 300-thread-count-sateen hotel-quality sheets, a down-alternative comforter, and extra pillows.

Das Zimmer also contains a comfortable slipper chair, a 39″ HD LED TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, two side tables with reading lamps, a closet in which to hang your clothing, an electric fireplace, “blackout” curtains on the windows, and plenty of electrical outlets for your personal electronics.

While this room does not have a bathroom attached to the room, it is located just across the hall, and comfortable bathrobes are provided in your room’s closet for your convenience. The three-piece bathroom was also designed and built in 2014 and offers plenty of fluffy towels as well as the basic amenities of shampoo, body wash, and hairdryer.

Continental breakfast items available in the common area of the B&B will include such items as pastries, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, milk, oatmeal, fruit, and juice. Also in the kitchenette is a coffee maker, full refrigerator, microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven, as well as the basic tools you might need if you decide to prepare a meal on your own. In addition, all guests have access to and use of the laundry room, main living area of the B&B, the large porch with multiple seating areas, bicycle storage and cleaning area, as well as convenient, off-street vehicle parking.

We are a bed and breakfast located in the Hermann Historic District.  We are within walking distance to wineries, restaurants, distilleries, boutique shopping, and coffee shops.  We serve a farm to table breakfast each morning to our guests and offer a list of indulgences which can be preselected if desired.  We have a backyard pavilion to sit back and relax with family and friends.  The Cabernet room includes a private bath.

The Cabernet room is located on the second floor and has a queen bed and seating.  There are many antiques throughout the house.  The outdoor pavilion has  outdoor furniture and games.  The upstairs sitting room has complimentary coffee and tea available.

The space
There are 5 bedrooms. One on the main floor with a queen bed and private bathroom. The remaining 4 rooms are upstairs. A suite with a queen bed on one side and a king in the other side. It shares a full bath and it closes off to both rooms.
There are two other rooms that are separate from each other. Both have queen beds and their own bathrooms.

Pricing is per room and set up to sleep 2 to a room.
If you prefer not to share a room with someone in your party, let me know in advance and I will give you pricing.

Guest access
Guests can access living room, dining room, kitchen. These areas may be shared with other guests, since we rent per room.

During your stay
We're easily available for our guests needs, however, we allow our guests the enjoyment and privacy they are desiring. Since we rent per room, there may be other guests enjoying the property as well. You may rent the entire house as well and pricing would be per room x 5.

We are a bed and breakfast located in the Hermann Historic District.  We are within walking distance to wineries, restaurants, distilleries, boutique shopping, and coffee shops.  We serve a farm to table breakfast each morning to our guests and offer a list of indulgences which can be preselected if desired.  We have a backyard pavilion to sit back and relax with family and friends.  The Chardonnay room includes a private bath.

The Zinfandel room is on the second level and has a king bed and seating. There are many antiques throughout the house. The outdoor pavilion has outdoor furniture and games. The upstairs sitting room has complimentary coffee and tea available.

The Bloom Suite is the perfect addition to the Bloom House. It was newly built in 2023. The Suite is the perfect spot for couples to unwind and enjoy all that Hermann has to offer. The suite is located on The Hermann Trolley route for convenient transportation to most wineries. Then come back from the wineries to enjoy a glass of wine by the fire on the shared patio space.
There is a step to get from the kitchen area to the bedroom area. Please consider this is you have any physical limitations.

The space
The Bloom Suite is an open concept one bedroom suite attached to the back of The Bloom House. There is a door that connects the two spaces that remains locked at all times. Parking and patio space will be shared by guests of both the house and suite.

Other things to note
There is a step up to get from the kitchen area to the bedroom area.

Quarry Cottage is attached to the main home, but is entirely separate. It is at the end of a quiet street, with off-street GUEST PARKING.
The Cottage is 1/2 mile from Stone Hill Winery, and a mile from restaurants and entertainment in downtown Hermann.

NOTE: The loft, with a full size bed, is an extra $100 per night. STIPULATE 3 or 4 GUESTS TO ACTIVATE LOFT. Extra linens and towels provided.

Quarry Art Studio is on the premises: Pottery sales welcome but must be arranged in advance.

The space
The Cottage has amenities that make it possible to refrigerate food, cook in the microwave, and enjoy a variety of beverages with the Keurig K-Cup machine. WiFi is available, as are numerous TV channels.
NOTE: The Loft Bedroom is available only to guests who are renting the Main Bedroom/Kitchenette. To rent the Loft, guests must indicate 3-4 guests on AirBnB, at $50 per guest extra, per night.
DOGS are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times outside of the cottage, and dog waste must be picked up and disposed of properly in the trash.
DOGS MAY NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE COTTAGE unless they are in a crate. No cats, sorry.

Quarry Cottage is entirely private, with a separate keypad entrance. Parking is available on the lot.

Enjoy a cozy experience in the heart of Hermann, MO. Accommodations are in the newly renovated, private basement of my home with private entrance & all the luxuries of home. We are located down the hill from Stone Hill Winery and walking distance to downtown. Hermann Trolly picks up right in front of house for transportation to all other wineries and tourist locations. Pets do live on this property so you may hear our dog bark.

The space
Guest will have entire private basement to themselves. Basement rental includes 2 bedrooms- each with queen beds. 1 full bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen has seating for two and is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to cook a meal if desired, a keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, cream, and sugar provided. Living room includes flat screen TV already connected to Wi-Fi (free to guests), queen sofa sleeper, and pull out love seat that can sleep one (not real tall) person. Guest access
Outside patio area and grill is a common area that you may see us at, as we love to BBQ. Please feel free to hang out - use the fire pit or gas heater and the grill whenever you want.

We do have a dog named Zoey, who lives inside with us. She is not allowed in the basement at any time. You will hear her bark on occasion as she does not like delivery trucks or the mailman, for some unknown reason. She may bark when she first hears you enter, and you may see her through the windows. She stops quickly once she gets used to having additional guest on the property.

The cabin was the idea that started this whole fantastic endeavor. While Hermann, Missouri needed something different in the mix of local Bed and Breakfasts, the cabin and its surroundings turned out to be the perfect addition to this town. Designed to be spacious with a queen size bed and two twin beds it's a perfect family retreat. Better yet, it's wheelchair friendly with no stairs or ladders to the main area. So, bring grandma and grandpa here with you. They can take the kids and you can grab a tree house next door.

The space
Not only do we have a luxurious cabin, but it also has running hot water for the sink, shower and toilet as well as a fridge, microwave, and keurig. We even have a tree house on the property that is wheelchair friendly.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to walk around the property and enjoy the scenic views. There is also a common room for our guests that include a bookshelf with a selection of books and games and a table for up to 6 guests. There is also a leather couch, chair and massage chair for guests to enjoy also.

The Gustave room is the main level of the Weinert Haus, which is with-in walking distance from main building. This room has a king-size bed and walk-in shower, also one of our suites that is dog friendly.

Weinert Haus is also the location of the Joseph Weinert room, Teresa’s Garden, and Christina’s room.

Each luxury suite comes equipped with a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower with seven shower heads, fireplaces in the bathroom and bedroom areas, bathrobes, a mini fridge, cable TV, and breakfast.

Rooms are located on the second & third floors and are accessible by stairs or elevator. There are 8 rooms total.

The space
The Inn is conveniently located at the corner of First St. and Gutenberg St, in Hermann, MO. With the Missouri River to the north, the guest suites are furnished with carefully restored period pieces from the Hermann area. Beautifully crafted, reproductions of unique Early American masterpieces fill each Suite. Tall King size pencil post tiger maple beds along with cannonball and thistle beds created from beautiful hardwoods were specially designed for our Hermann Inn.

The Vidal room is located in the Fleisch Haus, which is with-in walking distance from main building. This room features a King size bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. It is located on the lower level - (and can connect with Chardonel). The room has flagstone floors and a shared outdoor stone patio.

Fleish Haus is also the location for the Vignoles, Chambourcin, Traminette, and Chardonel rooms.

The space
The Fleisch Weinhaus was originally built in the 1800s and painstakingly relocated stone-by-stone to its current location on our hillside.

Full of natural light, the 3rd Street Suite offers a roomy environment with sitting area off of main bedroom perfect to enjoy morning coffee, or act as a day time work space if traveling for business. Parking is offered on 3rd street directly outside private entrance door. Location is very walk-able in the downtown area, minutes from train station, Hermannhof Winery, Tin Mill Brewery, Fernweh Distilling Co. and many more!

We are located right in the heart of historic district of Hermann, Mo. Short walk from Amtrak train station, you can easily walk to restaurants and bars, one winery. The trolley will pick you up at your private entrance to suite to take you to all the attractions Hermann has to offer!

During your stay
House is unique in that BnB is located on first floor, with outdoor guest space in back. Hosts will either be on site or traveling, but are easily reachable by phone, text or email.

We are a two bedroom,( 1 King, 1 Queen) one bath guesthouse that rents to one or two couples (if they know each other) at a time. A luxury spa like atmosphere with all the comforts you'd expect. The Wagner Room is located in the Berger Grass Haus, which is with-in walking distance from our main building. This room can sleep three with a queen bed and a twin bed, has a large bathroom, small sitting area, and incredible views through dormer windows.

Norton Guest Room is located on the lower level of the Hermann Cottage at our Hermann Bed and Breakfast. It is one of the largest and most luxurious private rooms at our Hermann B&B.

A historic house (Circa 1840), the stone for this unique structure came from a house built on land granted to the family of the first male child born in Hermann.

The Paradise Guest Room is located on the main level of the Hoehn Cottage at the corner of E. 2nd st and Franklin Ave.

Relocated from its original site south of Hermann, this stone house was carefully reconstructed using exacting measurements and photographic documentation.

Beautiful newly renovated Carriage House located on 2nd and Market st downtown Hermann. 2 blocks from Hermanoff Winery. Unit features large king size bed private bathroom, large shower and parking on the premises.
This Carriage house features a cozy gas fireplace and privacy for a romantic weekend get away! There is a hot tub on the property that is shared with the main house as well. However, due to the high maintenance of the hot tub we can not guarantee it will be usable at your time of stay

The space
Newly renovated unit in the carriage house of 200 market street mansion. Unit is within a 3 minute walk to all the restaurants, distilleries, and wineries on Main Street and 1st street. There is a brand new 6 person hot tub on the lot as well that is shared btwn the guest house and main house.

This property is located within the Trolley trail as well. The Hermann Trolley will pick you up from this unit and take you to whichever winery you would like and drop you off back at home!

We recently added a mini fridge, smart tv, and coffee bar.

We also have added a flat top grill outside if you would like to use. However, we do not provide propane.

There are key pad locks on the unit . We will give you the code approximately 20 minutes before your check in time.

This comfortable home can host up to 10 guests from solo adventurers, couples, groups and business travelers and is conveniently located in Hermann, Missouri. It’s “sister” house is the Queen Anne and is directly next door. Each house can host 10 guests, for a total of 20!
