Note: The home is lived in part of the year so the downstairs master suite is locked and unavailable and there are dry goods in the cabinets and some food in the freezer. The refrigerator is clean and empty.

This cute and cozy guesthouse is centrally-located in the Paducah area. It is in a very nice, quiet, residential area just minutes from most any destination in Paducah. Newly renovated with new furnishings throughout. The guesthouse is super clean and much more comfortable than a hotel room. I am happy to help with requests or special accommodations if I am able to. Note : Water in fall and winter is about 5 ft lower, making the water to shallow to get a boat into sockbor fish here.

Guest access
You can pull down to Pergola to unload items for your stay, and park to the right, not blocking garage doors. And there is more parking by the road. You will walk the Boardwalk around to lakeside and the second level living is yours to enjoy. We invite you to use any of the patio area. and shared Dock. Enjoy the sunsets on the upper deckb,which you have all to yourself. We respect our guest space. Realizing you have come to Relax and enjoy the lake.
We have had guest to catch fish off the dock, so bring your fishing poles.
We do have a black goldendoodle that is very friendly. and we have chickens, so free range eggs at your request. So you may hear the rooster crow in the mornings.

Other things to note
We do have a Goldendoodle . She is very lovable. The inside of guest area is off limit to pets.
Ask guest to drive slow due to golf carts and people walking on road.

No washer and dryer, or dishwasher. We supply a few paper plates .The kitchen is stocked with dishes, coffee pot, cooking pans, Utensils. Paper plates are good.
The bathroom is just enough room for one person, it not large.
Trash can near the Pergola, for overflow of trash.
