Note: The home is lived in part of the year so the downstairs master suite is locked and unavailable and there are dry goods in the cabinets and some food in the freezer. The refrigerator is clean and empty.

This cute and cozy guesthouse is centrally-located in the Paducah area. It is in a very nice, quiet, residential area just minutes from most any destination in Paducah. Newly renovated with new furnishings throughout. The guesthouse is super clean and much more comfortable than a hotel room. I am happy to help with requests or special accommodations if I am able to. The kitchenette has a full size sink, microwave, toaster, and Keurig. The coffee bar is stocked to enjoy your hot or cold coffee of choice. The bedroom has a queen bed and a curtain for privacy if you have others stay on the pull out sofa.
There is off street parking for one vehicle.

*The guesthouse has a half-size water heater which provides enough hot water for 2 showers. If longer or more showers are needed then they may need to be spaced out.
