Parker Lodge is more than just a normal airbnb, it's an all inclusive vacation destination in itself. The 4,000 square ft lodge is located on a totally secluded 26 acre tract of land. It is surrounded by mature hardwood trees with a picturesque 5 acre lake a stone's throw from the cabin. The lake is full of bass, bluegill, and catfish and is perfect for swimming and fishing. We also have a canoe and two kayaks as well as a unique water bike to enjoy. Most of the property is wooded with trails winding throughout for a nature stroll. There is a large, flat, grassy, park-like area where a volley ball net could be set up or yard games enjoyed. There is a small treehouse that the children will love. If you are in need of other entertainment, the lodge is a short 5 min. drive from Lake Barkley and within 30 min. of Venture River water park. Buzzard Rock Marina is just down the road for all your boating needs.
The lodge itself is beautifully crafted with amazing attention to detail. The huge stone chimney extends from the lower level all the way up through the cathedral ceiling with a fire place on both levels. The main floor is very spacious and cozy with a second living area on the lower level. The kitchen is fully stocked to easily accommodate more than 12 people. There is a washer and dryer to use during your stay as well as two fridge/freezers to store your food. The master bed/bath is located on the main floor with a second full bath also on the main floor. The loft area has two built in full size bunks and gives a bird's eye view of the living/dining room. There are three bedrooms and one full bath located on the lower level.
This truly is a beautiful, one of a kind property where the whole family will be able to relax and enjoy being together while experiencing God's wonderful creation.

A Cute Bee Cabin that sleeps 4 is perfect place to stay while exploring the Land Between the Lakes with many hiking and biking trails, Elk and Bison Prairie, Turkey Bay off road vehicle trails, 1850's working farms, Woodlands Nature station, Planetarium and many more places to visit.
Cabin is open all year round with heating and air conditioning unit. Away from noisy roads, surrounded by oak and pine forests and is part of beautiful, small private campground. It is one simple room made out of logwood which includes two twins and one queen beds, a fridge, small coffee maker, microwave and a ceiling fan.
The front porch has chairs you can relax on. Next to the cabin you will have a fire ring, picnic table and charcoal grill. Nearby, you can enjoy an outdoor pavilion that is equipped with a propane grill available to you. A clean shower house is few steps away. "THERE IS NO WATER, KITCHEN OR BATHROOM INSIDE THE CABIN." She also did a great job decorating and had lots of snacks/ drinks available. The coffee bar was thoroughly stocked for coffee or tea drinkers. Bed was also lovely with a memory foam mattress of sorts. The kitchen was quite large and had all the necessary cookware. Coffee and a granola bars were a nice touch. The outdoor deck was elevated nicely and had plenty of outdoor seating. We enjoyed listening to the birdsong while drinking our morning coffee on the deck. Note that all bedrooms are located on the lower level down a set of stairs off the first floor living space. We would definitely stay at this cabin again."

Guests have access to the entire 2 acre fenced, wooded property.

Other things to note
Two full hook-up, 50 amp campsites are available to guests who rent our house. The campsites would be perfect to add multiple families that could also share the house. The fee is $75 per night per campsite, paid separately after booking the house. No additional guest fee's would apply for campsites. Campsites will not be rented separately from house. Only those who rent the house would be able to rent the campsites.

When it rained we had plenty of space to move inside and continue the fun with card games. I did lots of cooking and the kitchen was a great size for “family style” set up. I enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee. This was a wonderful lake house with space for outside and inside fun. It gave us easy access to get on the lake for boating. We will absolutely stay here again! The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. Don’t miss out on this rental."

Take it easy at this unique, romantic getaway for two. Hang out on the front or back porch with a cup of coffee , have a late night talk by the fire pit, curl up on the couch in front of the fireplace and snuggle or read a good book. If you want to go out and eat, Patti’s or Cabin Pizza is just 3 miles away. Green Turtle Bay Marina is also only 3 miles away. Want more options, Murray or Paducah are only 30 minutes away with many restaurants and bars. There are so many ways to enjoy this little cabin, you just have to see for yourself!!!
