Our guesthouse is on a tree-lined street just a few blocks from the downtown's restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as nearby Nick's Park playground. We are a 15-minute drive to Allerton Park, and 20-25 minutes from both Champaign-Urbana and Decatur. For relaxing there are books, movies, games, and toys, as well as a patio and big back yard behind the duplex. For eating in, the kitchen is equipped with cooking, serving, and eating utensils, as well as beverages, breakfast foods, and snacks.

Annie's Guesthouse is half of a newly-built (2017) duplex in central Monticello. The comfortable home features two private bedrooms and full bath on the second floor and a sleeper sofa and powder room on the first floor. All sleeping areas have ceiling fans. TimberCreek is an upscale BnB on 25 landscaped acres. The Inn is situated at the end of a long winding lane in a secluded meadow surrounded by trees and a stream.
