There are beautiful exposed beams and original brick walls that really add to the eclectic and historic feel of the loft. The wood floors may have been original too and are in fantastic shape. The bed was legitimately the best sleep I have had in a very long time. If you like plush and cozy beds this is for you! After having a horrible time over the summer staying in Kilgore and Tyler's lousy array of hotels while visiting my terminally ill father, I decided to check VRBO for better options. This place is a blessing to travelers! Stay here and you will not regret it!"

You will have a use of one of the bays of the garage, and may park in it or any of the other parking spaces. There is green space beside the building that you are welcome to use to get some fresh air. It is located near a couple of churches, homes, and county facilities. Despite being a commercial area, once inside, you will feel secluded and comfortable.

A 1933 home in historical Longview approx. 1 mile from the Downtown area.This is a very unique place-our 3rd floor loft;a space we use to accommodate friend and family visitors.We are opening it as a budget-minded option for those needing a private space to rest, reset and cook(as we know food prep is essential in a humble budget!)
Since 2018,we have provided a clean, pest-free and affordable option to both locals and traveling professionals on our 2nd floor. Our fam lives on 1st floor. Welcome!

Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

This studio is directly below our loft living, so if you need anything or just want to share a glass of wine on the front outside area, we would love to get to know you and give you some tips on where to eat and shop. From our front door, you are just steps away from a hometown pharmacy. There's a "coffee club" of locals who meet there early in the morning and around 3:00 in the afternoon.
Visit some of the finest ladies' and men's apparel boutiques in East Texas. A custom barbershop Uppercut” it’s located in one of our historic downtown buildings.
Henderson’s downtown is truly a lovely and unique community that offers many luxuries of larger cities with a friendly and warm hometown vibe.

And, if you are looking to open your own retail business, we have the space for you. Who wouldn't want to be a part of this piece of JC Penney history? We have decorated our hallways with classic rock album covers and nostalgia. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

• ID Verification: Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically includes a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third-party bookings allowed, unless using the Airbnb business travel option.

Check-In & Check-Out: $50 fee for every 15 minutes you are late to check out. We keep a tight schedule and need to be able to thoroughly clean the house to prepare for the next traveler.

• Smoking: This house is a 100% smoke-free house; the unit itself and any other habitable areas within the building. You must be totally outside of the property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we strongly suggest considering another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a request of $400 requested in FULL and the inability to book with us again in any location in the future.

• Events & Gatherings: We have a zero-tolerance policy with respect to noise complaints, parties or large gatherings of any sort are strictly forbidden. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM-7 AM.

• Damage: We understand accidents happen, we require all guests to inform us if anything is damaged or broken during their stay. Fees may apply, but more importantly, we want to solve the problem for our future guests.

Guests who do not ask for permission first and pay prior to usage will be subject to eviction without refund.

Our bedroom to the left has a comfortable full-sized bed and the bedroom straight ahead has a queen. Both beds come with the most comfortable memory foam mattress that will give you the most fabulous night's sleep. To the left of the kitchenette, you will find our bathroom area. In one door there is a vanity-style sink, mirror, and toilet. The door next to the washer and dryer, you will find the shower.

Our AirB&B is located right as you are coming into historic Jefferson, Tx. This means you are within walking distance of everything. If you are in town for an event with a parade, The Glam Room is right on the parade route.
If you don't feel like walking, there are two places you can rent golf carts and cruise around town.
There is a parking area on the side of The Glam Room that says, "Salon Parking Only" this also means you.
If for some reason we have clients parked there, there is parking in front and along the street in front as well.

For any extra vehicles, we kindly request that you park in the St Joseph's church parking lot. If you get back on HWY 80 and turn left on Alamo at the light, you will see the parking lot. From the parking lot located between the brick parish hall with the awning and the office building, you will find a path and entrance to our back parking area. If you follow the stairs up the back deck, there is the private entrance to The Upper Room.
