This is one of those neat, special places that you rarely get a chance to enjoy, but please be our guest to do just that.
This is a 1920s cypress and pine cabin that sits on a large lot with a great view of Moonlight Bay on Lake Hamilton.
Our cabin has been thoughtfully remodeled in 2016 to keep the great knotty pine walls and exposed rafters and updated kitchen and bath with marble counters and subway tile.
As you come in the front door, you are greeted with an inviting coffee bar to the right, and you instantly feel excited about seeing the rest of the place -----and it just has a nice feel to it.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and the smaller bedroom has two matching extra-long twin beds.

While this cabin is only 1000 square feet, it fells large and spacious. It has a large couch and TV in the great room. Outside enjoy coffee or a meal on the screened in back porch and enjoy the rock and cypress fireplace in the fall, winter and spring.
In the summer, the property sits on a half-acre of gently sloping yard with that great view of the lake. There is a small firepit for use with firewood also.
There is not direct access to the lake for swimming or fishing. While there is a subdivision boat launch 5 houses down that you are welcome to use, there is not a boat dock to tie up to. You can park your boat in the lake down at the put in and walk up and back though if you have or rent a boat. .
The cabin is only about 3 miles and a straight shot to Oaklawn park, at only 8 minutes away. Magic Springs Water and Fun Park is about 5 miles away also. The property is only about 5 minutes away from Sam’s Club, Lowes, Newks , Bed Bath and Beyond, and tons of other shopping!!!

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. Inside the home you will find lots of light and views from every window. Enjoy the LED fireplace, stainless steel appliances and 60” TV. There is a king bedroom and ensuite bath downstairs and a queen bed in the upstairs loft. The loft upstairs provides the ultimate views and gives you the feeling of looking out from a treehouse. The roads and driveways were reconfigured in November of 2025 and are easier to navigate.

The treehouse is designed and decorated to help you relax. It features a bedroom with a king bed as well as a loft with a queen bed and two twin beds. The full bath has plush towels with soap and shampoo provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. It has a microwave, drip coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, griddle, convection toaster oven with air fryer and hot plates. A charcoal grill and picnic area is just outside. The tall vaulted ceiling and shiplap walls help create a light and airy feel.

The house is air conditioned, heated and also has an all season fireplace. The large wrap around deck has a porch swing and plenty of seating for outdoor relaxing or enjoying a morning cup of coffee with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and woods. There are televisions in the bedroom and living area. Games, books, movies and a Blu-ray player are available for your enjoyment.

The lake and property is home to numerous birds and other wildlife. Deer, squirrels, chipmunks and all birds native to the area are routinely seen around the property. We regularly see Bald Eagles! Listen for their high-pitched call when you are outside. Geese and ducks are seen daily on the water or flying overhead. There is a wide array of plant life on the property, from the hardwood forests to the wetland areas. In season, enjoy picking wild blackberries, blueberries and muscadines! The treehouse at Lakeside Memories is a great place for adventure and exploration or a place to get away and relax.

The treehouse doesn't have Wi-Fi. We like to suggest a better connection. Connect with your family and friends, nature or maybe yourself. This is a great place to unplug and relax. FYI: Lakes Catherine and Hamilton have a "winter drawdown". Months of November - through March 15 of following year, the lake levels are lowered.

Atop the trees of the Ozark Forest sits the 87Getaway Treehouse, a truly awe inspiring experience awaiting guests. A king sized bed and full sized sleeper sofa give you plenty of sleeping space. While inside, a jacuzzi tub and tv provide you with both comfort and entertainment. Outside, on the top level, it's all about the atmosphere of being surrounded by trees on the same level as you. The lower level offers a patio with fans, furnishings, a hammock, firepit, and a grill.

Upper Level: Fully furnished and extremely comfortable. There is a deck that surrounds the entire upper level, complete with seating, so that you may enjoy being amongst the many trees that surround the Treehouse. Inside is a stocked kitchen, king sized bed, smart tv (with netflix), a jacuzzi tub, and plenty of seating for all guests.

Lower Level: We've got all the patio furnishings you could want, complete with a hammock for relaxing. Ceiling fans provide plenty of airflow during the hot summer months. Close to the covered area is a fire pit and grill with rock wall and traditional seating. If you were to grill some burgers or hotdogs, you are only steps away from serving the food on the lower patio or around the firepit. Perfect for cookouts!

There is no satellite or cable but we have a Netflix account ready for guest use. You can also use your favorite streaming services on the smart tv. If you happen to not remember to sign out, we'll take care of it for you.

The entire 87Getaway Treehouse is available to guests. There is plenty of acreage, so if you enjoy walks through nature, feel free to explore the surrounding area.

Interaction with guests
I am usually home in the afternoons and live in the cabin at the end of the driveway. I'm always open to meeting guests, so stop by and say hi if you'd like. You can always get ahold of me (or my son, the listing manager) by phone or through the app. Someone's always around to provide information or assistance.

Other things to note
Check-in is easy! Once you are booked you'll arrive to find the door unlocked and a key left inside for you, anytime after 2pm. Self check-in is implemented so that you won't have to go through any extra trouble when switching between traveling and treehouse.

Whether you spend the day at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, hiking one of the many trails, or just relaxing in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil waterfall that flows into a fish-filled pond, you’re sure to have fun! Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.

*Please do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties. Many of our homes are located near residential neighborhoods, and we must respect the comfort and privacy of those residents. Complaints may lead to eviction without refund.
*Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
*Please don’t leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
*Please ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up-to-date, especially flea treatment.

Come stay at our cabin on a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton located in beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin is close to everything.

Only 15-20 minutes away from historic downtown Hot Springs where you can do some shopping on Central Avenue, visit Oaklawn Park gaming and racing, or spend time at Magic Springs theme and water park (in season). If you’d rather just stay in, you can relax in the hot tub, do some bird watching on the nature trail and roast some marshmallows at the fire pit. Free WiFi.

The back deck has a small 2 person couch and table as well as a bar table for 4 with tilting umbrella. Bose speakers can play your favorite tunes while you spend time lounging in the 5 person hot tub for the ultimate relaxing vacation.

Nature trail, Fire Pit and Covered grill area
A nature trail is located around and behind the cabin for a walk down to the cove that leads to Lake Hamilton (Kayaks available for use Mar.-Oct.). Enjoy playing some horseshoes, or corn hole in the yard or grill up some burgers and have a picnic at the table along the trail.

Outdoors
The property sits on 2 acres and has outdoor security cameras and a video doorbell to monitor for security the front, back and sides of the cabin. No video is shared and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in the public areas of the property.

Home is located a short distance from Petit Jean and Mt. Nebo State Parks as well as the Centerville race tracks. Nearby Lake Dardanelle is an excellent fishing and recreation lake. Petit Jean Wildlife Management Area is minutes away and features public hunting and fishing. Holla Bend Wildlife Management Area is also very close and is an excellent place to see a variety of birds including Bald Eagles.

Overall, would 100% return to this Cabin if the surrounding trails were better quality."

Cottage at the Creek is accessed by steep county-maintained gravel road. While most cars make it fine, motorcycles do not. Sorry, no campers, trailers, or ATV's of any kind allowed. Please be respectful of property boundaries, as marked. Walk, don't drive, to the creek.

It is important to note that the Cottage is in a remote area and accessed by county maintained gravel road and narrow gravel driveway. The final approach to the cabin is a steep gravel hill. Although 4WD is helpful, it is not necessary. If you need tips for driving on gravel roads and accessing the steep gravel hill, we are here to help.

Plenty of private space.
Beautifully newly remodeled 1950 Farm House. This cottage is on 20 manicured acres with access to the properties fire pit and a private pit in the front yard. Plus, lots of walking areas on the property. There is a nice pond and woods view from the living area.
It is just a few minutes from downtown and bathhouse row, and 1 minute off of Central Avenue. And just 1 minute from groceries and a great liquor store. There are restaurants 2-4 minutes away. Lake Hamilton Marinas and boat rentals are 2-3 minutes away.
The cottage is 600 feet off of the road with paved driveway which gives a secluded private feeling. The home is about 500 feet from main house with privacy fencing between. For colder months there is a wood burning stove with firewood provided.
Just outside the front door there is a wood deck with rockers to enjoy the property from.
The home sleeps 4. The main bedroom is a new queen size with new mattresses and bedding. The second bedroom is a 2 mattress day bed. Both day bed and mattresses are new.
The home is fully updated and renovated . All furnishings are also new.
Enhanced cleaning practices are being used due to Covid-19.
Guests need to be aware that for the protection of their vehicle to not park directly under the large trees that overhang parts of the driveway.

It is a 1400 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with a fenced in backyard. It is about a ten minute drive to the interstate. We welcome dogs but are allergic to cats.

Guests from all over are welcome in this quaint house. Located in the center of Little Rock, access to anything is pretty easy. The light blue guest room is modest in size, has a comfy queen bed and is located off the center living area. Two large windows with lots of natural light make for delightful mornings and blackout curtains for the night. I use a private bathroom, so the gloriously pink bathroom is reserved for guests. A wooden elevated deck out back is great for relaxing.

The space
This light blue guest room is on the smaller side and is attached to the central part of the house. Blackout curtains help cut light for anyone working the night shift.

Haneywood is a fantasy land in the middle of the Central Arkansas suburbs. Nestled under and behind the Pierce Palace rests a fairytale fever dream. The grounds host three indoor quarters of varying decor,
with a lofty Treehouse outside. There are sever. This wonderland also hosts fantastic facilities for fun! There is an indoor yoga studio, and an activities shala outside, with aerial silks and transitioned walls for skateboarding. There is a trampoline, and a swimming pool. There are two campfires, and an outdoor theater. The whole thing is backed by a creek, that if followed far enough, leads to a bike trail and calming cascades. If you think that sounds magical. Just wait till you see it in person.

Tiny home with vaulted ceilings located in a family community just minutes from downtown Little Rock, AR. This home has a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, king size bed and 2 TV's, cable and wifi. Want to get out of the house? Enjoy a stroll around the lake or take a dip in the pool or enjoy one of the many area attractions.

If you’re looking for a great place to relax, look no further. Enjoy our country setting, and the deer and other animals who visit us at night. We have a coffee bar with breakfast pastries and a combination ice/water dispenser. Unfortunately, we’ve been forced to make the kitchen off limits for guest. This decision wasn’t made lightly, but our food has repeatedly been stolen by some guests. We have a 35 pound Cocker Spaniel named Mack. He loves our guests and is extremely friendly.

This pet-friendly, mid-term (min. 30 days) apartment is located in midtown Little Rock. It’s in a quiet area, close to all local hospitals, universities, and Downtown Little Rock. It is walkable to shopping, and there’s a park 1 block away for walking your dog!

This complex was built in 1963. It shows its character, and it's priced just right. There are no granite countertops or fancy light fixtures. There ARE, however, great neighbors (half are regular residents who have lived there for years, half are travel professionals), comfortable beds, top-notch management, and one of the most convenient locations you could choose in Little Rock.
