Our private cottage condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, with it's beautiful water and white sandy beaches. We purchased this roomy 2 bedroom condo in the Summer of 2016 and couldn't be more proud of it! The decor is bright and COLORFUL!! It has tile flooring with an open floor plan. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. You can prepare a large meal while your loved ones sit at the eat-in bar and watch their favorite movie or show on the HD flatscreen TV with DishTV. There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The complex is walking distance to at least 6 restaurants! A local grocery, spirit store, shopping and live bands within a block. The condo is located in a small, quiet, private complex with less than 35 units. You will have free parking underneath the condo, just a few steps from your balcony, so no waiting on elevators or long walks with luggage. Our complex is located at a stoplight that has a crosswalk to the Public Beach Access. You'll be on the beach within minutes! If you're looking for a great place to relax, you will love the large private balcony! Come book with us, once you do, you'll come back again and again!! NO cats!

It also has plenty of seating, pull out couch, TV, cable, DVD and wireless internet for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make a wonderful meal. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a ½ bath with french doors that open to a large balcony. The master also has a large dresser and closet for all your belongings. We have all new carpet, tile, paint, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, etc. Please note: 95% of construction is completed. There are still a few "punch-list" items yet to be completed that are purely superficial (caulking of baseboards, etc). Both the indoor and outdoor pools are open and fully operational!

Within walking distance of the beautiful Johnson Beach and Big Lagoon Bay, and driving distance of Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola Beach, historic downtown Pensacola, our Caribbean-themed villa is centrally located so you can enjoy the best of the panhandle. This Purple Parrot Village Resort Two Bedroom Villa has been stunningly decorated and has a lively Caribbean feel from the moment you step inside! The villa has a king bed with flat screened TV in the master bedroom, a queen bed and a twin bed in the newly updated second bedroom and both bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom to give the feel of two master suites. The condo has also been equipped with a secure high-speed wireless internet connection, a screened in deck on the lower level and open-air full deck on the upper level, as well as a small balcony accessible through the Queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own television with full access to cable.

The Key was discovered by the Spanish in the 15th century and literally translates as "Lost Island." Sixty-five percent of Perdido Key, Florida is protected from development by state and federal parks. The Purple Parrot Village Resort features Caribbean themed villas, a lagoon pool surrounded by palm trees, continuous waterfall cave and surrounds a bridge-accessible island hot tub. For rainy days, utilize the heated indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and saunas. The on-site Tiki Bar features nightly music and a delicious menu. Most don't want to leave Osprey Villa when they get here. But if you want to venture out, you are a short drive to Owa Amusement Park and Water Park, The Wharf, where you'll find all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, Rave theater, and a world class amphitheater featuring the top entertainment. Also within a short drive is the World famous LuLu's (famous because LuLu is Jimmy Buffet's sister and he sometimes shows up at the restaurant unannounced!), Tacky Jacks, or Acme Oyster House.. The beautiful Soldiers Creek Golf Club is only a five minute drive to the North. The infamous Pirates Cove is 4 miles away (best 'dive' bar and hamburger joint on the Coast).

Want to shop? The largest outlet mall in the South is only 15 minutes away.

A green thumb lives here..... Something you won't find at most vacation rentals....Trees! Osprey Estate has literally thousands of trees and plants! Palms, live oaks, magnolias, river burch, cypress, red oaks, oleanders, bananas, loblolly pines, redbuds, azaleas, lemons, satsumas, peach.... goes on and on - we've catalogued over 10,000 individual plants, and nearly 100 species.

I know all of this 'sounds' really great. But possibly the best feature Osprey Villa has to offer is the lack of noise. What you are likely to hear: Osprey (fishing hawks), pelicans, ducks, geese, a dog bark now and then, dolphins, speckle trout, the occasional fishing boat or dolphin tour boat, the occasional cigarette boat making a high speed run in the Intercoastal, crabs (jk), the pool dribbling over the infinity edge, the breeze blowing through the palms, or maybe some Bob Marley tunes coming from your Cabana.

What you are NOT likely to hear: Traffic, crowds, announcements, elevator dings, horns, sirens, people complaining, or annoying people (unless you bring 'em....and PLEASE don't bring annoying people to our paradise)....

Osprey Villa is very easy to get to. The Villa is located approximately 40 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and little over one hour from the Mobile Airport. Drive times are approximately four hours from Birmingham, five hours from Atlanta, nine hours from Dallas / Houston / Nashville.

Grocery service is available :-) For a fee, you can have the pantry and refrigerator stocked before you arrive. Just send us your shopping list. . We can also assist with catering for your parties, and helicopter tours or hot air balloon rides over the beautiful American Riviera. We can also assist with fishing trips...anything from a back bay trip, to a bottom fishing trip, to a super lux tuna or marlin trip. Just ask. We are life long residents and we can help you with just about anything.

- A $250.00 security deposit will be applied after your reservation is confirmed and refunded after checkout and the home has been inspected for damage/extra cleaning etc.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
- A small dog bed is provided or guest may bring their own dog bedding/crate. Guest must bring towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Villa towels are NOT to be used for pets.
- Dogs are NOT allowed on the 3rd floor or on furniture or beds. There will be a gate placed at the bottom of the stairs to ensure pets don’t travel to the 3rd floor. If there is evidence of your pet entering the 3rd floor, the security deposit will not be refunded.
- Do NOT leave your dog at the Villa unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when on Lost Key property.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that other Villa guests complain about dogs barking.
- Food and water bowls are supplied, along with doggy treats!

We had all age ranges from 2 to grandparents staying and it accommodated everyone accordingly. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the fact that we could ride bikes to the beach and around the gated neighborhood. The beach club was right across the street of the main entrance to the resort. We rented the golf cart and just took multiple trips to the street and walked right across. Was a lovely stay!"

In the minus column are things I already briefed you on: the major ones...it's too bright to get a good sleep because the sun beams through the windows at daybreak (we tried sleep masks, but were not able to sleep until the last two nights when I hung beach towels over the windows); the bed wasn't very comfortable because of the headboard, not the mattress (there's a large space between the headboard and the mattress but after I shoved two pillows in the divide, it was tolerable; we had to put the bed on a diagonal so my husband wasn't shoved up against the window and drapes, and could then get out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom without waking me; there was a loose chair in the dining area (thankful my husband didn't fall and get hurt); You know the other recommendations that are minor that I shared with you privately. If you make a few adjustments, your place would be GREAT! Taking all into account, and if your future guests can stand a very bright early morning wake-up because of the sun, we still give you an overall 5...your responsiveness, the privacy, and private heated pool pushed us to an overall rating of 5. Something you won't find at most vacation rentals....Trees! Osprey Villa has thousands of trees and plants! Palms, live oaks, magnolias, river burch, cypress, red oaks, oleanders, bananas, loblolly pines, redbuds, azaleas, lemons, satsumas, peach.... goes on and on - we've catalogued over 10,000 individual plants, and nearly 100 species on our 37 acres of land.

I know all of this 'sounds' really great. But possibly the best feature Osprey Villa has to offer is the lack of noise. What you are likely to hear: Osprey (fishing hawks), pelicans, ducks, dogs and cats occasionally, geese, dolphins, speckle trout, the occasional fishing boat or dolphin tour boat, the occasional cigarette boat making a high speed run in the Intercoastal, crabs (jk), the pool dribbling over the infinity edge, the breeze blowing through the palms, or maybe some Bob Marley tunes coming from your Cabana.

What you are NOT likely to hear: Traffic, crowds, announcements, elevator dings, horns, sirens, people complaining, or annoying people (unless you bring 'em....and PLEASE don't bring annoying people to our property)....

Osprey Villa is very easy to get to. The Villa is located approximately 40 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and little over one hour from the Mobile Airport. Drive times are approximately four hours from Birmingham, five hours from Atlanta, nine hours from Dallas / Houston / Nashville.

Grocery service is available :-) For a fee, you can have the pantry and refrigerator stocked before you arrive. Just send us your shopping list. . We can also assist with catering for your parties, and helicopter tours or hot air balloon rides over the beautiful American Riviera. We can also assist with fishing trips...anything from a back bay trip, to a bottom fishing trip, to a super lux tuna or marlin trip. Just ask. Our Newly Remodeled waterfront property is located on prestigious Marina Road in Orange Beach, Alabama. The property comprises of 2 boat slips for guest use, that has a waterfront wrap around decking for easy accessibility. The deck area includes a furnished gazebo with TV, fish cleaning station, beach/fire pit area, and plenty of room for fishing and swimming.
Our private sleeping and bath area is perfect for a couple of friend or for a father and son getaway. We have a commercial I’ve machine on site to provide you with plenty of ice for your trip.
The suite can accommodate up to 4, having a queen bed, a pull out furniture twin bed and a blow up mattress. During the summer season we only allow for a maximum of 2 guest and one vehicle. If you have any questions or special request please do not hesitate to ask.
Guest coming by boat may have use of the golf cart for transportation. Please call us in advanced for any details.

Known as The Reef, this beautiful condo features 2BR/2BA, tile flooring, artistic beach décor and stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Located in the Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club (Plantation Resort), this family gated resort, offers both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, fitness center, basketball, horseshoes, putting, BBQ grills, shuffle board, honor library, and laundry facility onsite. The Reef is also located next door to nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course.
The space
There are no pets allowed in this resort. It is a nonsmoking unit, and guest under the age of 25 cannot rent. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The Reef also has a fully stocked granite top kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, flat top stove, refrigerator, icemaker, built in microwave, blender, coffeemaker, Kurieg, toaster and all cooking utensils to make a full course meal. The condo also has three flat screened TVs, free high speed internet, hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board. A $25 parking fee is required and can be purchased via the internet prior to your visit. The fee is a one time fee and last for the entire duration of your stay.
