There is also a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The complex is walking distance to at least 6 restaurants! A local grocery, spirit store, shopping and live bands within a block. The condo is located in a small, quiet, private complex with less than 35 units. You will have free parking underneath the condo, just a few steps from your balcony, so no waiting on elevators or long walks with luggage. Our complex is located at a stoplight that has a crosswalk to the Public Beach Access. You'll be on the beach within minutes! In the living room we have a leather couch that has 2 reclining positions and loveseat that also reclines both are electric. There is a 55" flat screen smart tv on wall. Roku on all TV's.

Our Newly Remodeled waterfront property is located on prestigious Marina Road in Orange Beach, Alabama. The property comprises of 2 boat slips for guest use, that has a waterfront wrap around decking for easy accessibility. The deck area includes a furnished gazebo with TV, fish cleaning station, beach/fire pit area, and plenty of room for fishing and swimming.
Our private sleeping and bath area is perfect for a couple of friend or for a father and son getaway. We have a commercial I’ve machine on site to provide you with plenty of ice for your trip.
The suite can accommodate up to 4, having a queen bed, a pull out furniture twin bed and a blow up mattress. During the summer season we only allow for a maximum of 2 guest and one vehicle. If you have any questions or special request please do not hesitate to ask.
Guest coming by boat may have use of the golf cart for transportation. Please call us in advanced for any details.

I offer a spacious, comfortable and stylish 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Villa including a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer and a screened in back patio. Orange Beach Villas are located 1/2 of a mile from Orange Beach Sports Complex and 1 mile from the Wharf. Less than 4 miles from public beach access. Also includes a community pool. Our condo offers high speed internet provided by CenturyLink and Mediacom on all TV's.

- "We enjoyed our stay at the Orange Beach condo. It was quite clean, spacious and met our needs well. Contact with the owner happened several times. Exchanges were helpful, amiable and informative. The owner made us aware, ahead of time about internet upgrade visits, pest control applications and the exterior painting of the condo. The condo was quite well supplied with amenities. Those provided for startup were clearly outlined in the listing. Access and parking for the condo were excellent. Although we were not made aware of garbage collection arrangements before we had a short trip back home, we did manage to get information from a very helpful lady on the other side of the duplex. The location worked out very well for us as we are golfers, not beach goers. All necessary shopping venues were located close by. There were many dining choices nearby whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner dining. I was impressed with the very helpful, efficient, and friendly contacts with the owner. Would stay here again if the opportunity presents. Would also recommend it to other vacationers."

Our newly remodeled water front home is conveniently located in Orange Beach, Alabama. We are at the beginning of Marina Road which is known as the most popular streets streets in OBA. With in a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, marinas, and grocery stores. We offer our guest the ability to fish and park their boats from our private docks along with the ability to swim in jelly fish and shark free saltwater.
The house is beautifully decorated with granite counter tops and custom cabinets throughout. The large living area has a large leather pull out sofa where every one has room to enjoy watching TV on the 60’ flat screen. The property comes equipped with many extra kitchen amenities, including 2 style coffee makers, commercial margarita machine, ice maker, and plenty of glass wear. Plus if we don’t have what you may need we are only a phone call away.
Our property also includes use of the large furnished water front gazebo which is equipped with TV and propane fire heater. We also have a furnished beach area that included fire pits for roasting marshmallows or for staying warm on those chilly evenings
For outdoor cooking we offer a coveredboiling pots, fryer, green egg, charcoal grill, and plenty of cooking supplies.
Also if any supplies you feel need to be provided, we are only a phone call away.

We offer water front wedding and corporate events on property during rentals seeing we have plenty of parking area. We also can supply chairs, tables, tents, cooking supplies, along with the use of our commercial refrigerator/ freezer room. For the Holiday season we decorate to the Max to to help host any type seasonal event..
We do offer the use of our 19’ cc with rental or possibly jump in the BRD for afternoon boat cruise.

- "Our extended family had a wonderful stay at this property for a week in May. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and the interior was immaculately clean! The rooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of towels, and the toiletries offered were a nice touch. The living room/kitchen area was very spacious. Our group of 12 had plenty of room to hang out together. The porch area overlooking the water was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We loved being able to fish off the dock! We also took advantage of renting the charter boat for a day. Super fun! The home is in a great location… Just minutes to plenty of great dining options, The Wharf, public beach, and OB and Sportsman’s Marinas. Owner was very nice, attentive and helpful."

The space
There are no pets allowed in this resort. It is a nonsmoking unit, and guest under the age of 25 cannot rent. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The Reef also has a fully stocked granite top kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, flat top stove, refrigerator, icemaker, built in microwave, blender, coffeemaker, Kurieg, toaster and all cooking utensils to make a full course meal. The condo also has three flat screened TVs, free high speed internet, hairdryers, and an iron and ironing board. A $25 parking fee is required and can be purchased via the internet prior to your visit. The fee is a one time fee and last for the entire duration of your stay.

Guest will have control of the entire condo unit #5812 in Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club, which is located in The Plantation Resort. Guest will share common areas with other guest. The condo also has a balcony with a breathtaking panoramic view.
