Or you can skip the Passes to the Gulf and leisurely cruise all the way down the ICW to Destin towards the East or westward to Mobile Bay.

- "We loved this place. Basically a private beach. We saw manatees and tons of dolphins. We loved to sit with our lines in the water and watch the boats go by. This place was clean where it mattered but pretty yuck under the beds and couches. There was also a chunk missing from a tile in the bedroom on the first floor that my little guy cut his foot on. I told the management company about both issues and they offered to have it rectified immediately. Their customer service was great. The pool on property was kinda chilly but not awful. There are 2 restraunts nearby and they are borh great. Sunset grill was our favorite. Get a bushwacker! We would 100% come back."

The kitchen, living room and Florida room are conveniently located downstairs, offering a cozy space to relax, cook dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. The living room has a queen size sofa bed and the Florida room has a queen size murphy bed. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms—one featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and dresser, while the other boasts two full-sized beds, a ceiling fan, a smart TV and dresser. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious (1486 sq ft) layout provides both privacy and shared spaces to unwind after a day of exploring.

This townhome is located just 20 miles from Pensacola Airport and close to the most pristine white sand beaches: Perdido Key Beach (5 miles), Johnson Beach (5 miles), Orange Beach (14 miles), and Pensacola Beach (24 miles).

Smart TV’s are present in the living room and bedrooms. Smart TV’s have pre-downloaded apps so you may sign into your accounts and watch your favorite movies and shows.

Coffee bar includes an assortment of k-cups, hot chocolate and teas for you to enjoy.

We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in the bathroom. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags are also supplied.

Guests have full access to the entire home, except for the owner's closet and supply closets, which are securely locked. Enjoy all other spaces freely, including the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor patio.

So much space!!!! The kitchen was an absolute delight to cook in. The owner has thought of EVERYTHING. The decor was incredibly gorgeous. We felt like we were staying at a place from Better Homes and Gardens magazine. So many thoughtful details throughout the whole home. It really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, too. We were all sad to leave. Communication with host was A. Also, it was very close to EVERYTHING, close to all the big beaches, but we preferred Johnson Beach. This location had us feeling very safe and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. "
