This one-bedroom apartment is a serene retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water. The apartment includes a boat slip. We`re situated in the Holiday Harbor Marina, right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant.

The apartment is located on the second floor above the Holiday Harbor Marina store. (It’s two sets of stairs) this is very private and quiet. There is a boat slip with the apartment and we have trailer parking available off site (but close by) . There is a coin washer and dryer downstairs next to the entrance of the apartment. Right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant and few minutes drive to the beach !!!

- "Pros: Loved the beach area at the bay, loved watching the boats go by. We weren't for sure if it was a place you could actually get in the water, our Granddaughter and other kids got in it and had a fun time. At the end of River Road there is a beach access, but a little farther down the road there is beach access for $2 parking that has much better access to the beach with a wooden walk most of the way. Beds were comfortable. Loved the little back yard, it was one of the better shaded in evenings. Garage to park in. There is a set of bunk beds behind the double doors upstairs. Cons: The check in instructions gave us codes to get in the pool area and workout area, which we couldn't get the code to work for the workout area, someone already there told us about the key fob, it was on the little table as you went in the rental, it made it so much easier to come and go to the pool area, it just wasn't mentioned in the check in instructions. The hot tub jets weren't working, we mentioned it to one of the residents and it was repaired the next day. No counter space in master BR, it's a large BR and should have better than a pedestal sink. There needs to be instructions on how to turn the tv off, we're older and had difficulty with that, we figured it out at end of stay 😂 On the VRBO listing it shows the house closer to the bay, but it's on the other end, it still was a close walk to the bay, plus almost directly across from the pool area, so it really was the ideal location."

- "This was a trip we made with our grandchildren & had a blast. We enjoyed the unit & our time in a like-home atmosphere. The only suggestion we would make is the sleeper sofa should be replaced. The sleeper bed was very difficult to get open, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the cushions for the couch repeatedly sunk down when sitting on it because of the condition of the sleeper component. Enjoy one level open floor plan living in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath (1700 sq. feet) home. Take your morning coffee on the front or back porch or fire up the grill for a homemade dinner. Then enjoy your evening relaxing in our hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Each bedroom has it's own TV; living room has a 75 inch smart TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

There's plenty of free parking on site in the driveway; you can easily park four moderate size cars.

We give guests privacy and offer self check in but are available when needed.

At night, we had to be careful driving back to the house because there aren’t any street lights, and the road is very dark (our tint is too). The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The laundry room was also stocked. Kim even had some board games in the living room! She literally left no stone unturned. The only thing I would’ve changed is having access to the garage. We saw a garage in the pictures, and that was a big factor of the booking. We drive a Tesla and the sun drains the battery while it’s sitting. Also, it was storming intermittently our entire stay, so getting the kids into the car meant getting wet for everybody. Overall, this house was lovely and comfortably housed our family. We would definitely recommend this owner and property!"

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

The house is 5 min drive to the beach, 5 min drive to Perdido Key Golf Club and Lost Key Golf Club, 12 min drive to the famous Flora-bama, 2 min drive to Innerarity Point Park, and surrounded by fun, delicious restaurants! You’ll find everything you near near by!

Guests have all access to the house and private yard including a hot tub! We have a propane BBQ grill for you to use and all your beaching supplies (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blanket, beach towels and toys).

This home is located very close to lots of our favorite activities. Our favorite beaches in the area are public beach access points, Johnson state beach (entry fee), and Orange beach. If you’re not so much feeling the beach, Big Lagoon State Park, Tarklin Bayou State park and board walk, Perdido Key Golf Course, and Lost Key Golf Club are all beautiful and relaxing ways to spend your day. For more of a party scene, Flora-Bama is a quick drive and a very popular “must visit” in the area. It’s bumpin at night and also a tasty place to get a waterfront lunch during the day. If you rent or bring water crafts, there are two Boat launches near by. Galvez Landing boat launch and Big Lagoon state park boat launch. Looking for something good to eat? Fisherman’s corner, The Point Restaurant, Islander Grill, Hub Stacey’s at the point are our favorites in the area though there are plenty more restaurants if you’re feeling adventurous. If you’re more into cooking at home, there is a Publix grocery store just 3 minutes away!

A Car is the best way to get around with private parking in the driveway of the rental home.

Please note: This house requires a rental agreement and a $500 refundable security deposit to cover any accidental damages during your stay. The security deposit is placed as a hold two days before your checkout and is held for 5 days.

- "Between all the decks on the house, the hot tub/pool combo, and how close it is to the beach are all you could ask for. Especially for this price!" - "The issue was the customer service and no one would tell you anything. The only response that was ever provided….. “We will have someone get back with you”. That never happened. Not even up to this day. I was going to kea e this alone, but you keep asking for a review and you truly should be apologizing to me for the awful customer service and the fact that I was not told the truth about the place. Due to that I had to take time out of my vacation to locate a place to store my boat and trailer off the rental site. (additional cost for me). Once again, no one has yet said they were sorry for anything during the rental."

- "I stayed here with 9 other family members and we all slept very comfortably. Shower schedules were a little tough, but it was easy to dismiss with how cute the house was decorated and how many little areas to chill there were. The kitchen also had plenty of plates, silverware and utensils, so it really helped cut down eating out costs. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores was also great. Totally recommend!"

Guest Access:
We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway and in front of the garage door or on across from the house.

Other Things to Note:
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:
• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

The Space:
The wait is over—our pool construction is complete! This new, upgraded space is ready to make your stay unforgettable. The pool is heated during March, April, May, October, and November, and can be cooled in the summer months upon request—a refreshing option during those stretches of 110-degree heat indexes. The hot tub is heated and available for guest use year-round.

Perdido Key Oasis - Lower Level is a private and smaller division of the larger 4BR/3.5BA Perdido Key Oasis (listed separately). We use the lower level listing to fill gaps in our calendar and cater to last minute travelers looking for the luxury of a single family beach home. To be clear: you will NOT have to share any space with other renters or the owners. Curious about our beach packages or split-level layout? Shoot us a question—we’ve got answers!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entirety of the first floor and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well). Perdido Key Oasis Lower Level is used to fill vacancies in our calendar but you will NOT have to share any spaces with other renters, nor will we be on the premises during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Perdido Key Coves One is located in the middle of Perdido Key State Park. Use the deeded beech access to enjoy one of the most secluded and pristine beach areas from Gulf Shores to 30A.

Getting Around:
The beach and neighborhood tennis courts are a five minute walk from the home. With free parking on-site, you'll be able to drive east or west for any number of food options. There's also an active public transit (uber & taxis) in the area.

You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.

Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi). For long stays, we require a security deposit of $1,750.
