This one-bedroom apartment is a serene retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water. The apartment is located on the second floor above the Holiday Harbor Marina store. (It’s two sets of stairs) this is very private and quiet. There is a boat slip with the apartment and we have trailer parking available off site (but close by) . There is a coin washer and dryer downstairs next to the entrance of the apartment. Right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant and few minutes drive to the beach !!!

- "Pros: Loved the beach area at the bay, loved watching the boats go by. We weren't for sure if it was a place you could actually get in the water, our Granddaughter and other kids got in it and had a fun time. At the end of River Road there is a beach access, but a little farther down the road there is beach access for $2 parking that has much better access to the beach with a wooden walk most of the way. Beds were comfortable. Loved the little back yard, it was one of the better shaded in evenings. Garage to park in. There is a set of bunk beds behind the double doors upstairs. Cons: The check in instructions gave us codes to get in the pool area and workout area, which we couldn't get the code to work for the workout area, someone already there told us about the key fob, it was on the little table as you went in the rental, it made it so much easier to come and go to the pool area, it just wasn't mentioned in the check in instructions. The hot tub jets weren't working, we mentioned it to one of the residents and it was repaired the next day. No counter space in master BR, it's a large BR and should have better than a pedestal sink. There needs to be instructions on how to turn the tv off, we're older and had difficulty with that, we figured it out at end of stay 😂 On the VRBO listing it shows the house closer to the bay, but it's on the other end, it still was a close walk to the bay, plus almost directly across from the pool area, so it really was the ideal location."

- "This was a trip we made with our grandchildren & had a blast. We enjoyed the unit & our time in a like-home atmosphere. The only suggestion we would make is the sleeper sofa should be replaced. The sleeper bed was very difficult to get open, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the cushions for the couch repeatedly sunk down when sitting on it because of the condition of the sleeper component. Enjoy one level open floor plan living in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath (1700 sq. feet) home. Take your morning coffee on the front or back porch or fire up the grill for a homemade dinner. Then enjoy your evening relaxing in our hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials.

Each bedroom has it's own TV; living room has a 75 inch smart TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

There's plenty of free parking on site in the driveway; you can easily park four moderate size cars.

We give guests privacy and offer self check in but are available when needed.

- "The house was very clean & comfortable. Cute little bungalow. I appreciated the coffee/creamer/sugar & the fluffy bath towels. It's the little extra touches that made our stay very nice. Our visit was a quick one, but for the time we were there, I would recommend." - "This is a beautiful home, and they kids loves it too! Kim was so nice and such responsive host. The location is not close to Pensacola beach (it’s about a 40 minute drive from Pensacola), but it was close to Johnson beach, so we went there more than anything. Everyday when we came home from the beach, they got in the jacuzzi for hours (that’s was a nice amenity which provided quiet time for me). The neighborhood is very peaceful. At night, we had to be careful driving back to the house because there aren’t any street lights, and the road is very dark (our tint is too). The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The laundry room was also stocked. Kim even had some board games in the living room! She literally left no stone unturned. The only thing I would’ve changed is having access to the garage. We saw a garage in the pictures, and that was a big factor of the booking. We drive a Tesla and the sun drains the battery while it’s sitting. Also, it was storming intermittently our entire stay, so getting the kids into the car meant getting wet for everybody. Overall, this house was lovely and comfortably housed our family. We would definitely recommend this owner and property!"
