Completely renovated, this adorable triplex was once military housing. Located minutes from NAS Pensacola, Downtown, Restaurants, Attractions and more. Welcome to this home that is set up so you have everything you need while visiting. There are two rentals on this property, one is this main house, with private entrance and it's own outdoor private space. The other is the Blue Bungalow, that has it's private outdoor space and is a completely separate building on the property. You can check out my other listings if you would want to rent both during your stay for an extra bit of space if needed. Please note there is only one parking spot available per reservation for your stay. If you have more than one car, we have another property 3 miles away you can park extra vehicles or boats and trailers at.

You will find the kitchen has all the essentials, Starbucks 10 cup insulated carafe coffee pot, induction top stove for quick cooking, new microwave above the stove, blender, crock pot, toaster, new fridge with a great icemaker, all the dishes, cookware and utensils you could use. We also stock a variety of complimentary coffee, creamers, spices and basics to get you started enjoying the days.

We have found the best drop leave table for those times you want to sit inside and have dinner. Just pull it out and set up the side leaves and grab the four dining chairs placed around the house and you are set to have dinner for four. Tuck it away when you are done and it frees up space.

The living room is set for comfort, with a full size leather sofa and an upholstered love seat, plenty of room to enjoy visiting, a game or watching a movie. On the 55" smart tv you can stream a variety of online channels, we supply netflix, hulu, disney plus and more. You can always log into yours or watch free apps like Roku, Pluto Tv or the Digital antenna we have hooked up.

The romantic blue bedroom has the same smart tv, so if someone needs a break, there is room to watch another program. That bedroom includes a queen bed fitted with luxurious linens and bedding just waiting for you to snuggle into. You'll find plenty of dresser space and the closet with hangers so you can unpack and go exploring.

The second bedroom is also set up with a smart tv, queen bed, luxurious bedding and both have 100% cotton sheets, you will not find microfiber on these beds. We know the key to a good nights sleep is 100% cotton and great quilts. You may notice the sheets to be a bit wrinkled, that is because cotton wrinkles, that is what the good ones do, with 4 pillow on each bed, so get ready for a great nights sleep here! The closet in this room is locked and used as a housekeeping closet. The Blue Bedroom offers a large closet to hang plenty in. Thank you for understanding!

In the hall we have taken an open space and added a nice desk, so if you are needing to work a bit, you have just the spot to focus so you can get back to relaxing on this trip.

The bathroom entrance is just off the hall, perfectly laid out for all to access. We just had new tile laid and it's all fresh and clean. The step in shower is large, no feeling cramped in here. Extra wall hooks in the shower to hang any wet suits if needed.

A stackable washer and dryer is tucked away behind a barn door in the kitchen to make doing up some clothes as needed during your trip easy.

The private outside space is wonderful to grill up dinner on the weber gas grill, sit around the four top table with center gas fire pit chatting or sipping your favorite cold beverage or a nice place to have your morning coffee.

So come kick up your feet, relax near NAS, catch the Blue Angles flying over head and then go for a drive and explore some shopping, beaches and restaurants.

If you are wanting to visit family, friends, a spouse or a child stationed at NAS, this is the best place to stay to do that. You cannot get closer than this house! It is so easy to get on and off base for them from, they will appreciate you finding this great home.

WHERES THE BEACH FROM THIS PROPERTY? I get messages on this frequently, so wanted to include it on the listing.

We are centrally located between Pensacola Beach and Johnson Beach and Perdido Beaches, you really can have the best of both, by staying here.

Pensacola Beach is approximately 14 miles from this rental property to the east, but traffic can be heavy at times. So please check GPS when going that way and make sure you account for expected traffic at heavier times especially in season. There are also many small 'pull off the road' type beaches once you've driven through the busy area and past the condos, keep going and you'll find parking lots to pull into that are more private, quaint, typically not as busy.

Please do not walk in areas that ask you to keep out, protected lands are all over and every guest should respect those areas. The slogan is only leave your footprints in the sand, no trash, no cig butts, no plastics, no glass, no holes... if you dig for fun, please fill any holes you dig in the sand to help the wildlife.

Another option is to check out Johnson in Beach, that is also 14 miles in the other direction from the bungalow if you go a mile or past that you’ll run into the beaches of Perdido Key. They are really beautiful beaches. And then a bit further down the road you would have the option to do FloraBama and Orange Beach. Both of which are just amazing a lot of touristy things shopping restaurants that kind of stuff. Easy to drive to, we have people who stay here and drive there everyday.

This home is NOT within walking distance to shopping or restaurants, there is a cute quaint what we call a beach, a block behind the house. It is 3 to 4 feet of sand from the water such as all, but we take our chairs back there and we enjoy the sunsets, watching the dolphins, boaters, watching the blue angels fly because we are right by the landing strip so you will see and hear them often. It's the waters edge, NOT A BEACH, even though we enjoy it as such.

There is Navy Point, you can walk there if you want, about 1.5 miles, I would guess, or drive, they have a nice walking path, park and little beach areas. If you are behind our house at the waters edge, looking over the bayou, you will see Navy Point.

This is an older neighborhood, if you are visiting someone at NAS you can tell them we are right outside the EAST gate.

(If you are looking for a high end neighborhood, this is not it, this neighborhood has been around a long while and some homes are being updates, some are not, some bigger homes are being built. This home was built in 1934, it is beautiful, we have had it listed on other sites and have had a great summer of guests, all who loved it. No issues, other than one who didn't read the listing and wanted to park 3 cars here and we cannot accommodate that. We do offer parking at another property we have a few mile away if needed. If you are looking for a clean place, with nice details, close to NAS this is it.)

- "I recently stayed at this cozy one-bedroom VRBO cottage, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. While the neighborhood might not be the most picturesque, it is more than acceptable for the price point, and the value you get is certainly worthwhile. A perfect stay for visitors to NAS Pensacola or those just needing a quaint place to themselves to escape, but still have the ability to work remotely. This private attached guest suite has its own separate entrance, a covered parking space large enough for an SUV, and exclusive use of a private patio. No shared spaces. The kitchenette has a keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. BBQ grill outside. Roku TV. Wifi. Your own little suite by the bay.

The king size bed features a CertiPUR memory foam mattress that several guests have insisted on purchasing for their own homes because they slept so well!

Keep in mind, we DO NOT have a full kitchen, but we DO provide a few key items such as a microwave, a mini-fridge, a few water bottles, wine glasses, a bottle/wine opener, coffee mugs, and a few K-cups to kick start your first few mornings. There is NO cooking stovetop or oven. Check our guidebook online to find ample coffee, restaurant, and drink recommendations nearby.

Need a place to knock out work emails? Our dedicated workspace includes a charging station (remember to bring your USB cables), room for your laptop, a phone stand, and high speed WiFi.

To the right of the workspace, you'll find a luggage rack and ironing board (we provide an iron too!). If you find yourself needing to hang up an outfit or two, there are several hangers available for your convenience. There's also a full length mirror to confirm you look extra fly! :)

In your spa-like bathroom, you'll find a spacious shower with a built-in corner bench (hello- convenient for leg shaving!) and large niches for all of your shower necessities. We've also provided black make-up towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and a blow dryer. Under the sink, there is a basic anti-bacterial cleaner, hand broom with dust pan, and an iron.

The 32 inch mounted Roku TV is perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows while in bed. You'll be able to access the TV in "guest mode" so you can sign in to your account for popular services like Netflix, Prime, and Hulu.

Outside on your private patio, relax on cushioned patio furniture, enjoy a take-out meal at the bistro table, or make some steak on the propane grill (complete with grilling tools, but you'll need to bring your own plates, utensils, and cleaning wipes). Two umbrellas provide shade. You can also grab some bags of ice and use the outdoor rolling patio cooler that even has a bottle opener on it. The mural artwork you see around the patio features local wildlife that we've seen in the neighborhood. Enjoy!

And who doesn't love a good neon light sign? The remote controlled neon "Down by the Bay" sign inside is perfect for setting a cool vibe in the room. Multiple color options available at your fingertips.

It gets HOT in Florida but thankfully the suite's central air conditioning system (kept at/around 72 degrees) and ceiling fan will keep it nice and cool inside during your stay. The ceiling fan and light is operated by a mounted remote control.

Speaking of visiting Florida:
Our densely vegetated property and neighborhood is home to snakes, bugs, birds, frogs, lizards, butterflies, and spiders. There are also mosquitoes! The way we see it, this is an important part of gardens and the local ecosystem. We have a local company provide recurring, gentle pest control to our home (careful of pollinators). We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, mosquito, lizard, spider, or any other sort of critter inside. This has never been an issue but it's important to understand. We advise you keep windows and doors closed to prevent that from happening. Also, after a strong thunderstorm, you may see leaves, twigs, etc, in the patio.

We are located just one block off Pensacola Bay in the idyllic setting of the Bayshore/Country Club neighborhood. We're a 6 minute drive from the main gate of NAS Pensacola. One of our favorite things to do is take a stroll down Bayshore Drive and enjoy the beautiful views, towering Live Oak trees, and local wildlife (we love seeing the herons occasionally meander through the neighborhood). We're walking distance to the Pensacola Country Club and Bayou Chico marinas. Bring your e-bikes and ride over to one of our favorites - The Oar House restaurant (1.4 mile bike ride)- where you can enjoy some of the best and dinner and drinks by the water. We're also close to the Pensacola Yacht Club and downtown Pensacola. 7 minute drive to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium. 20-25 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. So much to do and see nearby without getting on a major highway!

This guest cottage is super cute but very small. Has all the basic amenities you would need! 2 bedroom/1 bath! Great for students or traveling nurses.

The home has a washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. It is important to know there is not a "living room". We do have a couch and TV which is in the large room with kitchen and table.

The town home comes with a boat slip included for a powerboat up to 34 feet, free of charge. We are just minutes from the Pensacola Naval Air Station, downtown Pensacola, Joe Patti's Seafood Market, Blue Wahoo's Stadium, and 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise on the Bayou and fishing from our private dock.

The building was built in 1900 by German immigrants as the kiln building for the Weis-Fricker Mahogany Lumber Mill. The town home was completely renovated in 2019. It has been lovingly decorated with antiques from estates and plantations from Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama to give it true "southern charm". We are located just a block from the Bayou Chico boat launch, and Harbor View Marine. Harbor View Marine has boats available to rent if you do not have one of your own. Due to the Covid-19 virus, we are only accepting long term guests, minimum 28 day stay. There are only 4 other people living on the property, so you will have plenty of privacy and safe distancing. Due to the antiques in the town home, no one under the age of 25 will be allowed to rent or stay in the property.
