You’ll find relaxation and rejuvenation in the serenity of our comfortably furnished coastal cottage retreat. Our home has plenty of amenities including free wifi, beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a shady porch swing and plenty of room for outdoor dining. Although we do not have a dock, you can watch beautiful sunsets from our spacious property on the swing or outdoor dining nook. Our front bedroom has a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a snuggly king bed. Our second bedroom is beautifully nestled under the trees with twin beds that can be separate or converted into a second king. Our space is well suited for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of city living. If you are looking for more than just the serenity of our home, you are only a few minutes’ drive from two grocery stores, gas stations, local restaurants, golf and the Gulf of Mexico. Big Lagoon State Park and Alabama State Park are just minutes away and have wonderful hiking and biking trails. We are close enough to be convenient yet far enough away for the peaceful serenity you’re looking for. Ask about our extended stay and snowbird rates!

Enjoy one level open floor plan living in this spacious 3 bed 2 bath (1700 sq. feet) coastal cottage. Take your morning coffee on the front or back porch or fire up the grill for a homemade dinner. Then enjoy your evening relaxing in our hot tub, lounging in the hammock or chatting around the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, large fridge and freezer, and gas range.

Each bedroom has it's own TV; living room has a 75 inch smart TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

There's plenty of free parking on site in the driveway; you can easily park four moderate size cars. Guests will not have access to the garage.

We give guests privacy and offer self check in but are available when needed.

Quiet residential neighborhood with updated/new houses along the road to the waterfront houses one block down.

At night, we had to be careful driving back to the house because there aren’t any street lights, and the road is very dark (our tint is too). The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The laundry room was also stocked. Kim even had some board games in the living room! She literally left no stone unturned. The only thing I would’ve changed is having access to the garage. We saw a garage in the pictures, and that was a big factor of the booking. We drive a Tesla and the sun drains the battery while it’s sitting. Also, it was storming intermittently our entire stay, so getting the kids into the car meant getting wet for everybody. Overall, this house was lovely and comfortably housed our family. We would definitely recommend this owner and property!"

Our Coastal Cottage is the perfect place to spend your beach vacation; quiet spaces throughout the home with coastal-inspired tiling and decor throughout. The cottage is also a geographical center point to everything Perdido Key has to offer from the beach, restaurants, golfing, NAS (Naval Air Station) museum, and so much more! Secluded!

Guest access
The entire space is yours to access, apart from the owner's closet in the middle hallway. Feel free to use all appliances and care for them as they were your own.

Please ensure the home is promptly locked up/secure if you’re to leave it fully vacant/unattended.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Florida is a humid, wet natural environment with lots of nature....many bugs are important to our gardens and ecosystem - we use gentle bug/pest control....but we all do different things to keep praying mantis and other important pollinators in the garden however, rain forces them to seek shelter.
We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, mosquito, lizard or spider inside. We've not had this occur but just incase. Best advice is keep doors and windows closed, wear long sleeves especially at sunrise and sunset as mosquitoes love to bite at this time.
We have gentle bug spray in the basket in the laundry room and thanks for understanding and knowing bugs are an important part of growing food and having an ecosystem that works to stay balanced.
