Welcome to Sandy Bottom, where we want to make vacationing affordable and relaxing. This is a comfortable beach-themed home located in a quiet neighborhood in the wonderful city of Orange Beach, Alabama. This clean, cozy home is located about 5 miles from the beach, and just a few minute’s walk to Bear Point Marina and OSO restaurant (0.8 miles). Barometer Tiki & Raw Bar is located at Safe Harbor Sportsman Marina and are just about a mile and a half away.
This quiet home away from home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bath with plenty of room for your family to spread out, relax and entertain. The home has a beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware items to meet your needs while on your stay. The dining table seats five. The living room is neatly arranged for television viewing and family/friendly conversations. One couch will fold out for into a queen memory foam sleeper and other 2 are full sized sofa. There is also plenty of room in the living area to add an air mattress for additional guests.

Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. All beds are dressed with comfortable white linens. We have 2 full bathroom with tub/shower combination made of cast iron tub with cultured marble surround and cultured marble vanity tops. We have plush towel sets of 6 in the bathrooms for your comfort. The place is also equipped with a washer, dryer and dishwasher to make living easier while you enjoy your stay.

The outside of the house it is equipped with a very large covered area that includes a quiet seating area with patio lights, charcoal pit and a gas grill.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate 3 vehicles and still room to park your boat.

Provided are two beach chairs and beach towels for your use.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. If the house is ready prior to 3:00 p.m. we will contact you to get you in there early.

It also has plenty of seating, pull out couch, TV, cable, DVD and wireless internet for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to make a wonderful meal. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a ½ bath with french doors that open to a large balcony. The master also has a large dresser and closet for all your belongings. Welcome to Salty Summers! Clean, spacious and comfortable townhouse located in the Lost Key gated community in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL. You’re just a short walk from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can sleep 8 people. It is tastefully decorated & well-appointed with comfortable furniture. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large screened in porch. During you stay you will have access to a private, member-only beach club. We would love to host snowbirds December through February - please contact the host for snowbird rates.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages.

Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

The condo was nice as well and had plenty of room for our family of four." - "This Perdido Beach condo unit is in a very clean, quiet gated community and sits about 1/2 mile from the oceanfront. It is within walking distance of the beach if you are an adult in good physical condition, and there is a shuttle that runs constantly if you prefer to ride. It comes with incredible amenities including golf onsite, two pools, a wonderful fitness center, a PRIVATE beach and a beach club. The beach club provides up to four chairs and two umbrellas for the beach. The unit itself is extremely clean, comfortable and extremely well-done with washer, dryer, nice kitchen, a grill - everything to make your stay just like home. Supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries are provided for the first 24 hours, so be prepared to resupply those for the duration of your stay. Check-in and checkout was easy; we only experienced one glitch with communication that was quickly rectified by the owners. Definitely recommend this charming unit for a relaxing beach vacation.
