Nice clean and quite Park. Not your loud vacation destination getaway. We are ideal for the for working folks that want a different experience for their dollar. We are about 25 minutes from the nice white sandy beaches. Close enough to get there, but far enough so you won't pay the tourist price tag.

The pool is available to guests, but at your own risk and this space may be shared with our family in the warmer months. Street parking is available, please limit 2 vehicles.

Guest access
Parking access is on the right side of our private driveway at the reflectors. It is the large, brick home with palms trees. Guests will have access to the entire private studio space and upstairs balcony. Access to the studio is through the gate on the right side of the house. Once you go through the gate, look for the stairs on your left. These will take you up to the studio. Please enter in Unit A. Entrance is keyless and a code will be provided upon check-in. The pool is able to be accessed at your own risk.

Extra linens, blankets, and pillows for the pull out couch are located in the closet as you enter.

If you decide to order delivery service for food/groceries/etc., please be prepared to be out front to accept your delivery as they will bring it to our front door if you're not there.

Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations.

The Evangeline is located in host's side yard. Guests will have plenty of privacy with the Evangeline being fully fenced in.

Space has a queen size loft bed that is easily accessible by built in ladder. Kitchenette includes mini fridge with a small freezer as well as a two burner stove top and necessary cooking supplies such as pots/pans/utensils.

4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,

6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.
12 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
13 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.

11 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: Amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking: $300. Step inside the Bluebird House to find a welcoming and thoughtfully arranged interior. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a luxurious king bed, ensuring restful sleep for all. For those mixing business with pleasure, the office space off the kitchen is complete with two desks, a couch, and a mounted TV,  This space offers a quiet retreat to catch up on work. The living area features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and extra seating accommodating more guests without compromising comfort.

Our kitchen is ready for your stay. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, and a complete set of utensils and cookware – everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

We are Pet-Friendly and understand that pets are part of the family, so we offer dedicated dog kennels in the two-car garage, alongside a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a fenced-in dog run.

Guest access
We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, 2 vehicles on the driveway and street parking is first come, first served. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.

Other things to note
Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect.
