Great Value for a great vacation. Cute cottage is located on gulf side of island and is a 60 second walk from the beach on a designated walking path alongside the west side of our house. Eateries and entertainment are a few minutes walk the other direction. The beach is generally not crowded at this location and excellent for shelling and watching spectacular sun rises & sunsets. Private outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. Large deck area available for your outdoor enjoyment.

Cook in our fully equipped kitchen or catch the island trolley to Peg Leg Pete's for your favorite seafood specialty. Nearby National Seashore & Ft. Pickens are wonderful places for undeveloped, natural island vistas. Walk to nearby beach shops for souvenirs and listen to free concerts on Tuesday evenings at the Gulfside Pavilion May-September. In nearby Pensacola is a historic district with excellent shopping. Come relax, watch your worries fade in the sunset and live easy for a time.

- "Clean property at an amazing location you can’t best." - "The property was easy to find and was very close to the local shops and boardwalk. The property was very clean and well maintained. The decor was very fun and inviting. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. I couldn't find a toaster. Maybe there was one and I just overlooked it... The bedrooms were nicely decorated and had soft sheets. I slept in the bedroom with the two beds. The bed closest to the bedroom door is where I slept. It was not very comfortable. It was "ok", I survived... My niece slept in the second bed closest to the closet. She said that she slept just fine and was comfortable. My sister slept in the master bedroom, she said that the bed was "ok" and that it was a bit lumpy. It had a pillow top cover on the mattress. We had a lot of rain and so were forced to be inside. We watched a movie, but it was difficult to get "comfy" on the couches. The walk to the beach only took about 3 minutes. My niece found several beautiful shells at the beach. We definitely would stay again! Overall it was a great stay!!"

Renovated cottage is within a block of the beach. Travertine floors and elevated ceiling give this a more spacious and airy feeling than the traditional beach cottage. It is an easy walk to our beautiful, uncrowded beach. The house is located in quiet residential area but within a easy walk to shops and restaurants. It can sleep 5 with a Queen-sized bed in one bedroom while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized below and twin above next to a full bathroom. Perfect for a single-family beach vacation!

Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a covered patio and off-street parking for four vehicles. A fully enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water is provided for easy clean up after a day at the beach. There are no stairs. The cottage is wheelchair accessible.

You will save money and receive friendly, personal service by renting directly from the owner. Your hosts have owned and rented vacation property in Pensacola Beach for over 25 years and would be pleased to share this paradise with you. We are available by phone 24/7. Texts are accepted. Emails are also monitored frequently.

There is no check-in required. Access is by an electronic, push-button lock. The four digit lock code will be sent by text message prior to the guests arrival. The cottage is professionally cleaned and towels and linens provided by a company that has worked with the hosts for several years.

The space
Enjoy private access to the 2nd story of the property. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home. You'll have access to your own private floor via the staircase along with full access to the beautiful backyard oasis. You also will have access to a full private kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The house comes with access to 2 Free beach cruisers to explore the beach. More available for rental if needed.
If you would like to book a golf cart rental we can help you with that and you will also receive a discount . Beach towels , wagon , folding chairs and beach toys are also there for you to use

Guest access
You will have access to the upstairs portion of the house, driveway for parking, and the backyard. You can access this through a private staircase on the right side of the house.

Other things to note
There is a private owners apartment downstairs with a separate access.
We will never stay in the apartment if our home is booked. But you may see us grabbing surf boards from time to time :)
