This first floor studio situated in a charming, peaceful condo complex overlooking beautiful Mobile Bay. It's the perfect location to enjoy all of Alabama's Gulf Coast - beaches, excellent golf courses, historical sites, bayfront parks, a fishing pier, and hiking/biking paths are just minutes away. The Eastern Shore Trail , a connector between North Daphne and South Fairhope enjoyed by walkers, runners and casual bikers alike, is a block away. Downtown Daphne and Spanish Fort provide excellent shopping and dining opportunities. Quick interstate access makes for easy travel to Mobile (15 minutes), Fairhope (15 minutes), Foley and Gulf Shores as well as Biloxi (about an hour) and Pensacola.

- "Eight friends visiting Mobile for a square dance convention. Four days and three nights and we are in our 60's to 70's. The home was perfect for hanging out in the morning or other times to play some games and watch a little TV. Very well stocked with necessary items, towels, coffee, all the kitchen utensils and etc. Our dining room light went out and the host immediately had it fixed that day. A third bathroom, would have been nice but we managed with the two just fine. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well, as long as those still awake kept their laughter down. Easily parked our 4 vehicles and it's a very nice area with lots of amenities nearby. Our only other guest suggestion was if a living room light dimmer could be installed. Would definitely use again."

- "This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together. Thanks for a wonderful Birthday!" - "The first night we arrived i immediately contacted the manager of the property to let them know that the house had a mildew small throughout. My whole family mentioned it as we walked in. Iwas told someone would be there the next day to see if they could get to the bottom of it. No one showed up the next day to see what the problem was. As we got up in the morning to get ready for a busy day( my daughter was in town for a modeling event) , we tried to use our blow dryer in both bathrooms neither one had a functioning outlet. We had to do hair and makeup in the living room, which the owner of the house can see because there is a live camera in the living room ( a little creepy). Three towels for four guests which wound up being 5 because of a last minute addition. So we went to Walmart and bought towels. Lightbulbs out outlets not working in the kitchen next to the sink... faucet in the master bath barely attached. When I emailed the property manager about it I was met with no solutions just hateful response. House has clearly been seriously and cosmetically updated because it's for sale but some of the things just missed the bar for us. It was one of the least comfortable stays I've had that I've booked on VRBO a lot of the creature comforts were missing in the camera in the living room was creepy. The manager said that if I travel as much as I say I do my account doesn't show it well that's because my husband and I both have an account. That was my response to actually just an informative email. It would be a really nice property with the right management in place. And some of the creature comforts included."

This house is conveniently located to I-10 just across the causeway from Mobile. It is easy to find, and close to local shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Fairhope is a short drive and offers even more shopping and dining choices.
