Fee covers both boat put in & pull out times to be scheduled between guest & host before booking.

Pass time playing one of the board games or putting one of the puzzles together on the screened porch high-top table overlooking the lake, or stretch out on the mostly shaded 2nd level deck hammock (March - November) with a novel from our cabinet. The charming lake house is the perfect place for you and your friends to relax and take in all of the serene beauty of High Rock Lake. Enjoy your casual lake living by spending your time fishing, swimming, tubing, kayaking or boating while taking in the areas amazing wildlife. You can even bring your own boat, use our neighbor boat ramp while enjoying the use of our dock. At the end of the day, start the charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), enjoy dinner and drinks with a beautiful sunset. Although you are in an established lake neighborhood, when you turn into our place you leave the hustle and bustle of the busy world behind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors. Our private fenced in backyard is perfect for a small to medium sized dog.

The house consists of a master bedroom (King bed) with an attached full bathroom, a kitchen, dining area with a beautiful stone fireplace and a great room with a large sectional L-shaped couch on the bottom floor. On the second floor, there is one large bedroom (Queen and Twin) with a sliding glass door where you can walk out onto the upper deck. The sliding glass door has black out curtains to keep out the light and heat on warm days. There is also a spacious loft used as a bedroom (Queen and Twin). Another full bathroom and laundry room are also located upstairs. This spacious retreat would be great for one or two families with about 1600 sq. ft. of livable space.

The glass doors from the great room leads onto a covered patio where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying your breakfast. We have a Keurig and coffee pot. If you’d like, you can walk down closer to the water and enjoy the views from the gazebo, the stone patio or the dock. The stone patio is a popular place on those colder days because of the fire pit. Bring your own firewood for a fire and roast some hot dogs or make s'mores with the use of our skewers. On warmer days the canopy of trees provides shade on the patio that makes it great for picnicking. In the summer we grow lots mint next to our gate so feel free to bring ingredients to make mojitos or add some to your iced tea or favorite recipe.

Welcome to High Rock Lake! Crane Creek Haven is a waterfront 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home which has great features that make it a perfect getaway location. It is positioned on a 1 1/2 acre lot on a semi-private area of High Rock Lake with very little congestion, but with easy boat access to the entire 15,000 acre lake.

Crane Creek Haven has gorgeous views of the lake and visiting wildlife such as Canadian geese. The lake frontage of the lot is 150 foot, and features a floating dock which allows you to dock 2 boats. It also has a private boat launch area, as well as plenty of room to park your vehicles and boat trailer.

Beautiful rustic, yet sophisticated house built in 2008. It is on a large wooded lot on the main channel of the lake with a really big water view. The best sunset view is from the upper screened-in porch, with the trees silhouetted in between. Blue herons, cranes, and many other birds and wildlife. Hike to the dam on a trail through the woods; enjoy sitting on the dock or swimming and boating off the dock in the summer.

State of the art kitchen with a gas range, double convection ovens, magnificent granite counter tops, and a natural stone bar with soft lighting. Dining area connects the kitchen to the den, which has a huge stone fireplace, comfortable Bob Timberlake furnishings, and a 63' high definition plasma television with surround sound. Wet-bar in the den has a built-in ice maker, wine rack, and handy sink. Screened windows open in front and back to allow a wonderful cross breeze if desired.

Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with rustic rocking chairs and tables. The huge deck, connected to the kitchen and den, is equipped with a gas grill and a small table for outside meals. Steps lead you downstairs to a raised wooded walkway to the dock.

Every room has an a full view of the water. You feel like you are in a tree house, which is where it got the name Tarheel Tree house! The main master bedroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

Three bedrooms: 2 masters with queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds. The beds are made for comfort with pillow-top mattresses and homestyle quilts. Bedrooms are decorated for with artwork and charming furniture.

The detached garage has a playroom above it with pool and foosball tables, along with a queen-size futon. It is not air-conditioned or heated, so it is most comfortable when temperatures allow for the window and door to be open for a cross-breeze.

There is one twin-sized foam mattress that can be moved to any room in the house for sleeping.

Although it is secluded and off the beaten path it has everything you could possibly need to feel at home and there was really no reason to leave. This was a staycation for us since we only live 20 minutes away but we wanted to enjoy some time on the lake and that we did! We fished from dawn to dusk and spent lazy time floating in water. I am particular about my cooking supplies and always being my own stuff but didn’t need any of it because the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc. Tons of outdoor seating in the 2 screened in porches, deck, and dock. The owners of this home spared no expense and we felt at home from the moment I arrived. We will definitely rent this gem again!"

The chef's kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups and pretty serving dishes which I enjoyed using for breakfast and dinner. We loved floating around the dock on our floats and liked watching sunsets from there. The view from the two decks was stunning with wide angle views of the lake. This home sits on a beautiful lot on High Rock Lake. Nothing but awesome lake views all around the pointe.
The home consist of three bedrooms, and two full baths. Kingsize bed in upstairs master and queen size beds in both of the downstairs bedrooms. There are TV's in all bedrooms. Upstairs bath has a sunken tub and separate shower. The downstairs bathroom has a shower with bench seat.
The kitchen is well equipped including granite counters and all stainless appliances. Almost every room opens to a deck. The great room has beautiful views and is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the lake.

- "The house was well equipped and very clean. Bedrooms were nice and all rooms had TVs, which was nice when it was rainy. We had a house key issue when we first arrived, but the property manager came quickly to fix the situation. The location was great although it should be noted that it is on the Abbott's Creek portion of High Rock Lake. This is important especially for pontoon boaters as there are two bridges to pass under to get to the main part of the lake and one bridge sits too low for taller boats (basically anything more than 4 feet off of the water) to pass under. This well maintained 2 level home has plenty of living space and is completely furnished for a relaxing getaway. The oversized 3 level back deck is fully furnished with an outdoor sectional and dining table and leads to a floating dock with 50' of waterfront. The back yard is completely fenced in, so the pups can run around while you sit back and enjoy the lake.

The kitchen is bright with a modern stainless refrigerator, range, dishwasher and built in microwave. It is well stocked with all the every day cooking utensils you will need. Indoor dining table seats 4, with a removable leaf if more space is required. Front load washer and dryer is available for use.

The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a catwalk that leads to an upstairs balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is directly across from the main floor bathroom. Recently renovated loft upstairs has two built-in full size beds.

We also recieved a notice on the day before check in, to not walk through the neighborhood or have our dogs out front due to unfriendly dogs running loose in the neighborhood. Other than that an a little low water pressure this property was GREAT! The master with the attached bathroom was wonderful for taking a breather from my adult kids and the two full size loft beds made it easy to have a couple visitors that were only there for a night. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well!"

'Just returned from a wonderful time on Tuckertown Lake. Our annual fishing trip took us to Tuckertown where we found great success. Not only was Bryan's house a comfortable haven of relaxation but the lakes seclusion was terrific. Over 5 days we seldom saw anyone on the water outside of a few serious fisherman. We mostly fished largemouth bass but would occasionally work the panfish during the heat of the day. There was easily 70+ bass caught and 50+ panfish. The hammock was great in the evenings and Bryan left the gas grill ready to go which was a welcome means of cooking for the man trip. We all had a wonderful time and capped it off with a tasty Tuckertown fish fry. If you're looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and extremely secluded spot to spend some time on the water give this place a shot! You'll be glad you did.'

- "We truly enjoyed our stay. Bryan and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had every comfort. I only wish we took more pictures but we used this seclusion to disconnect from our devices, so rarely did we even have a phone for pics. Water temp was in the 80s so fishing was slow but we gave it our all. Everything was clean and just as described. Ive seen posts about the cleanliness of the property and i didnt understand that, my 1 yr old grandbaby crawled from one end to the other of the house and i never gave it a 2nd thought. All of our kids are engaged or soon to be but it was great seeing them sit down with out devices and play card games and reconnect. Thanks again we enjoyed the boat the lake and the seclusion."
