- "Lovely house in great location, ideal base to explore the surrounding areas" - "We did enjoy the stay at the property. There were a couple of items when we checked in but they promptly resolved the issues first thing in the morning. There is one couch that has a broken arm but is not a really big deal. This property is also not 5 minutes from Disney so they really should revise the listing that it is about 15 to 20 minutes from the parks. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and the community is very clean and nice. The water park was fun with the lazy river."

- "They are very professional and the property itself and the location are excellent" - "The townhouse was great & all. My family had a great time. Very clean except I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the use of the grill is 150 which is outrageous…. I’ve never heard of that nor have I ever came across in any of my travels. Other than that it’s a good location & very quiet community. Also the QR codes they request for ALL guests to enter community are unnecessary & aren’t required at gate. "

Enjoy all the amenities including, private dock access to Lake Louisa, Olympic size heated pool, tennis and pickleball, basketball court and playground. If you like nature but still want to be close to everything then this is your place. It is a short 25 minute drive to Disney.
The space:
This spacious 1,100 sq ft luxury 2/2 chalet is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with custom quartz counter tops, glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. This home comes with an ice cold central AC, and full size laundry room. There is a charcoal grill in the back for BBQ and front porch outside the loft.
Primary bedroom features a gel memory foam queen bed, 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming). The primary luxury bathroom features a tiled and marble shower with a brand new vanity that is located on the first floor.
Bedroom 2 is located in the Loft on the second floor. You can access the loft from the spiral staircase inside the house or stairway outside the front porch. Features two full size gel memory foam beds and 43" in. SmartTV (streaming only).
The guest bathroom is located on the first floor near the dining area that features a fully tiled and marble walk in shower.
Dedicated work space with printer and Blazing high speed WiFi to make your work day as seemless as possible.
Living Room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Features 53" in. SmartTV (cable and streaming) , board games, and PS4.
Guest access:
Approximately 24 hours before arrival you will receive a welcome message. It will include your check-in instructions, house rules, and code to enter the chalet. Parking spot is #153. If you need additional car parking you can park in any unnumbered spots throughtout the community. If you have a boat or RV, secure parking can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide host details one week prior to arrival. We will send you a link to our virtual guestbook.

Pool: The key is located in the drawer next to kitchen sink. Please put the key back in the drawer at checkout. If you lose the key there is a $75 charge for a new one.

- "The place is big. Plenty of space for a big group. The beds were very comfortable and when you are doing Disney World that is really the most important thing. I would stay here again just for that reason. That being said, the place could use some TLC. The bunkbeds were disassembled due to damage, the pots were warped, the dishwasher was broken, the washing machine beeped all day and night and there were no hooks in any of the bathrooms!!! That is a huge pet peeve for me personally. Just one rod for two towels in each bathroom. The furniture in the living room in in rough shape and in need of updating. My last complaint is that you are provided the bare minimum for your stay. I recommend you come prepared and don’t expect much. There are no games, we didn’t find a salad bowl, and if you want to use the bbq you have to pay. We were also not impressed with the water park, but to be fair it was cold while we were there and we all just wanted to be in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was disgusting. Not well maintained or cleaned. My youngest ended up with a rash after going in. I would recommend just sticking to the pool at the unit. It’s clean and pleasantly warm. Wish I could be more positive, but this is an honest review. Talking to the management company was very easy and they were really nice. They were able to accommodate us and get us in two days early when our previous rental turned into a nightmare. And we were able to get a late check out on our last day."
