Thermostat is automatically set to 72 degrees at night { 8 PM to 7 AM }and 76 degrees during the day { 7 AM to 8 PM }. This is due to previous guest setting very low temperatures all day without OCCUPYING the house and even leaving the doors open. Costing us more than the fee of the stay. Parking for one vehicle only on driveway. NO VISITORS AND ONLY AMOUNT OF GUESTS BOOKED AT RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF STAY. Cleaning fee is for bed linens, bathrooms towels and cleaning and brooming and moping. you need to take out trash, do dishes and pots and any other kitchen utensils/ware used.

The property is on a sewer so like a third world country, we had to throw used toilet paper into the trash can per a sign in front of the toilet. After communicating with the owner about these issues, they changed the listing. "
