Gulfside Place boasts amazing resort grade amenities, including an Olympic pool, pickleball court, tennis courts, grilling areas, and a newly rebuilt clubhouse with a full fitness center. Rental includes a dedicated parking place and beach gear.
The Space:
This awesome residence boasts over 1,800 square feet of waterfront living space, situated across two bedrooms; a kitchen with new appliances and expansive quartz island; den with doors that can be closed for privacy; a dining room and dry bar with wine fridge; a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer, and spacious living room with brand-new seating.

We had a little trouble finding it, the GPS doesn’t take you to the correct location. It was storming and very dimly lit. We were very impressed with how clean everything was! There was a note about not leaving food out due to the ants would find it so we were very careful. About mid week we started seeing them in the bathroom but it wasn’t unbearable. The property was gorgeous and a short walk to the pool and beach. The last night was an adventure with our new upstairs neighbors though. They slammed doors, drug furniture across the floor and rode baby elephants around (it sounded like) until around 3:30am. We finally called the front desk and it was taken care of quickly. Four hours sleep made a long ride home but we’d definitely stay here again. Take trash bags and toilet paper!"

There is kayaking and paddle boarding, bike riding on all sorts of trails and lots of great restaurants. There are bike paths throughout the island which make forest exercise and family time! Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball and Shuffle Board available for all guests. Security on site in the evening.

The beach is only steps away, and there’s a beautiful view from the lanai. You’re also very close to most of the places you would want to go on Sanibel, and almost all places are bikeable (except Ding Darling, Crow, and Bowman’s Beach during summer. Summer is quite hot.). The beach is gorgeous with great shelling. The only caveat is that the beach gets quite busy, and people stake out their spots early in the morning (between 7 and 8). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you want close proximity to town and a beach view from where you’re staying."

What I liked most was everything you needed for the beach was there for your convenience. Having bikes made things easier because depending on the time of year you go traffic can be heavy, so riding a bike helps! It’s a little over a block away to the beach so we packed the car and drove down and unloaded, then drove back to the room and got the bike and took it to the beach for parking."

There are beach chairs and umbrellas also! There are public bicycles you can ride to the beach or out for a meal. Folks ride their bicycles everywhere there and actually have a lane! We had some trouble with flickering lights in one of the bedrooms, but communication was great with the owner and she got maintenance on it quickly. My only gripe is that there could be more seating in the living area and an extra chair in the bedroom would be good. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for having us! "

This unit features two bedrooms and one bath and is approximately 900 square feet. It features smart televisions, high speed internet, communal washer and dryer facilities shared with the adjoining four condos in this complex, and dedicated parking directly in front of the complex.

This unit is located on the East End of Sanibel, faithfully represented by its laid back nature and sublime beauty. The beach is a short 3 minute walk away at the end of the street. The unit is less than a 5 minute walk to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse, which is now open! It is also directly across the street from Wickie’s restaurant, an ice cream shoppe, and multiple retail shopping stores including Tuttles and Emocean beachwear. The Causeway is a short 5 minute drive away, giving guests easy on and off access to the island.

There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Without a doubt, one of the features guests will find most attractive is the walk-out, wrap around, balcony equipped with a staircase leading directly to the lawn adjoining the beachfront. Utilizing this walk out staircase, guests are positioned less than a minute to the white sandy beaches adjacent to Gulfside Place. In terms of the bedrooms, the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and fantastically appointed bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. This bedroom directly faces the beach and has a private entrance to the wrap around patio. The 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms are equipped with dual twin sized beds and a queen sized bed, respectively. Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just minutes from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.
Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool and amenities. Rosen Vacations does not administer or guarantee access/availability to the resort pool or pool passes. Guests are responsible for verifying availability and securing passes if they would like to access the resort pool.

The Flamingo Residence is a one bedroom, one bath, unit located in the newly renovated, Sandpiper Inn. Festooned with gorgeous palm trees and an ever present ocean breeze, The Sandpiper Inn has been coveted by travelers as the most colorful inn on Sanibel. Close to beaches, dining and shopping, this property boasts one of the best locations on all of Sanibel Island.

This unit is approximately 550 square feet and located within a Key West Styled motel known as the Sandpiper Inn. Characterized by bright hues of pink, blue, and orange, the building and property are extremely peaceful and serene, perfect for escaping the hustle bustle of city or suburban life. Inside of the unit is a full kitchen, allowing guests to dine in and skip the expense and crowds at local restaurants if desired. Living areas includes a brand new renovated kitchen, TV area with a premium sleeper sofa, and a full dining table. This unit also features a full bedroom, separate and detached from the living area with two double beds. Also included is a full bathroom with walk in shower.
This unit is known as a frequent guest favorite, because it is located on the second floor of the Sandpiper Inn, providing guests with an awe inspiring sea breeze on demand and an oversized balcony equipped with chimes, fans, chairs, and tables for enjoying evening drinks. It is also unique among island inns in that it is surrounded by only residential homes in an extremely quiet area of Sanibel, away from the hustle and bustle of more crowded touristic centers of the island. Furthermore, built in the 1950s but receiving a full structural and interior reconstruction in late 2023, guests can enjoy the vibrant history of these pre-causeway inns while not sacrificing at all in the comfort or amenities departments.
We are pet friendly for up to two dogs up to 50lbs each. There is a $50 per dog fee that will be collected from you upon booking or invoiced to you immediately following booking using a payment link.
