- "You walk into a room filled with beautiful light and feel immediately happy. The elevator made it so easy to bring in your luggage. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts had water in the refrigerator and you had a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate waiting by the Keurig. They thought of everything to make you feel at home. The view and sunsets from the balcony were lovely. The location was just a stroll to cute shops, coffee, gelato, a relaxing drink and 2 very good restaurants. Perfect!"

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a king size bed with a full size dresser, a 50 inch flat screen tv, a DVD Player and a rocker with a foot stool. The master bedroom has a large Walkin closet and a newly remodeled private bathroom with a large Walkin shower with grab bars for security in getting in and out of the shower. We have also included a hair dryer, a first aid kit which is located under the sink and a small bottle of Aloe Vera Gel in the medicine cabinet to help with the sunburn (if you got sunburned from your days activities) till you can get to Walgreens just down the street to get a larger bottle – all for your convenience.

The Guest Bedroom offers a queen size bed, a very large swivel barrel chair (and very comfortable too!), a antique dresser, a ceiling fan, a flat screen tv and a DVD Player. There is also an iron and ironing board that is located in the closet.

Our home features a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, range and dishwasher. There are also additional small cooking appliances located on a shelf in the garage. We also have stainless steel pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, all the cutlery you will need, glasses – drinking glasses, juice glasses, cocktail glasses, coffee cups and much more, cutting boards, baking pans, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, toaster, crock pot and much more – everything you would need or want to cook a big meal for the family or make a snack. There is also a coffee maker that makes a full pot of coffee or will make only a cup if that’s what you prefer.

Mermaids Lighthouse features a full size washer and dryer located in the garage as well as 2 bicycles in the garage for you to ride. We have included helmets for your safety when riding along with bicycle locks so you can lock the bike up if you ride it to a restaurant or to the grocery store. We have also included beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your use whether you go to the beach or if you want to go fishing.

We have just updated our backyard area. We have installed a 6 ft privacy fence and new sod to make the lawn beautiful and plush. Additionally we have installed a fire pit area with multiple seating for your enjoyment. We have provided a cover for the fire pit and ask that when it is not in use that it be kept covered to help protect the fire pit itself from the sun and the weather.

To get you started with your stay, we have provided a toiletry starter kit that includes 1 bag of ground coffee for your first morning there, 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 extra roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags for the kitchen trash can (the smaller trash cans I use the grocery bags), 2 pods of dishwasher soap, liquid soap for handwashing dishes if you have just a few you want to do or you prefer to do them by hand, 2 pods of clothes washing detergent, 2 dryer sheets, 2 sheets for the Swiffer Dust Mop, 2 bottles of water, a small packet of sanitizer wipes and a snack for your enjoyment.

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we have installed a smart lock on the front door of our home. Once you book with us, we'll provide you with a unique door code that you can use to enter and exit the property throughout your stay. Along with the door code, we'll also send you detailed check-in and check-out instructions to ensure you have everything you need for a hassle-free arrival and departure. Additionally, we offer parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway for your convenience.

It’s always interesting to look at and read about others that have visited us – what they did while in Cape Coral, what they may have liked the best while here and where they may have come from. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge (shared) pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.

You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open-plan kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short or enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa that transforms itself quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.
