- "The duplex was recently redone, inside and out. All new appliances, flooring, cabinets, windows, deck, stairway, etc... When we discovered there was a need for a few specific kitchen utensils, Elena brought them to us the next day. She also had someone there the next day when we requested the new shower valve be adjusted to allow for a hotter setting. Your specific needs may vary, so don't be bashful to ask the owner about it. FYI - We learned from previous VRBO experiences to bring our own lime juicer, zester and garlic press with us. I don't expect the houses at this price point to have them. Regarding the location, it's a very convenient spot. Easily walkable to the small local parks to sit on the small beach and see the sunset. Also only a 10-minute (or less) walk to the new Sunseeker Resort. For us, we walked or rode bicycles to the grocery and drug stores. A good number of the homes in the neighborhood aren't very desirable, as they are run down structures or dilapidated mobile homes. However, it wasn't a deterrent for us, and there isn't anything threatening about the friendly neighbors and people we met at the parks. I haven't suggested this to the owner yet, so I'll do so in this review. People who come to Florida do so to enjoy being outside during the cold northern state winter months. Having four comfortable chairs and a small table will allow us to relax on the outside deck instead of sitting inside or needing to go somewhere else to sit outdoors."

2 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOOMS! Sleeps 4. Located on the Second Floor. Only approx 10-12 steps to climb up with a resting area after each set of stairs (5-6 steps). Great room layout with large movie theater styled living room and dining area with sliders to a private lanai - perfect for entertaining guests. Fully equipped kitchen. (Pots, Pans, Utensils, Cups, Plates, etc.) Also has Washer and Dryer. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed with a private lanai as well as a master bath with huge walk-in shower AND a shower/tub combo in the other bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Beautiful water views through the sliders from the deck, or sit on private lanai and watch the boats drift by.
Linens & Towels are included. Please bring your own Beach Towels.
A wonderful game room with a large walk out desk. Included in the game room: Pool table, Chess/Checkers table, Poker Table, Air Hockey, etc...
