The condo sleeps four and offers one bedroom with a king size bed with a private attached bathroom. It also has a queen size murphy bed and an additional full bathroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the resort offers an onsite pool, fitness center, tennis courts & restaurant.

The space
This condo is located inside the beautiful Boca Grande Club Resort. There is a resort fee of $75 per day per couple or $75 per day per individual. This resort fee includes swimming pools, basketball court, fitness center, free wi-fi, bicycle and golf cart rentals, kiddie pool, playground, quaint village, library, tiki bar, tennis courts, pro shop, and jacuzzi spa.

Guest access
I will send you a Guest Registration Form(s) after you have booked with us. Once you have completed the form(s) and send it back to me via my email, I will send it to the Boca Grande Resort. In order to access the Boca Grande Club complex, please supply your credit card information to the Boca Grande Club Rental Department prior to your arrival as we cannot confirm your reservation in their system without this information. I will provide you with this number after I receive you Guest Registration Form(s). The resort fee is $75 per day per couple or $75 per day per individual. Children 21 years or younger will be under their parents' fees. These fees will allow you access onto the resort throughout your stay and to all amenities the resort offers. Thank you!
