In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic cocktail under their tiki hat directly behind the terrace on the boat dock.

- "We stayed 1 week with another couple. The house was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We did add a cooler for future guests to use. The power was off at the dock for repairs, so Remy graciously added solar lights our 1st day there. Our only complaint is that we're were not given advanced notice that the dock would have many of tje boards repaired and then stained. This made it very uncomfortable and loud lounging by the pool and rendered the dock unusable for 4 hours due to the work crew there for 3 and an hour to dry. We were not able to leave on the boat early enough to make it out to Cabbage Key. With proper notice we simply would have planned accordingly. When one only has 6 full days of vacation, this was quite upsetting."

- "Where do I start? My husband and I booked this villa for a weeks vacation. We have never been to the area. The villa exceeded our expectations. The inside is beautiful and immaculately clean- I am a bit of a clean freak so I can be leary of renting places, but let me tell you it is spotless clean! Cute beach decor everywhere, comfy couches and beds. The owners thought of everything that a person might need. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook, and there is also a grill. We didnt cook though because there are a ton of restaurants and food places nearby to try. There is a dock in the back overlooking the river and a cute tiki hut to relax under. There is a nice pool to swim in. There are kayaks and bikes provided, along with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and more. The location is excellent. You are literally near a ton of restaurants,shops, grocery stores, bars. Just a short drive from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island,which are both amazing beaches to visit, among many other nearby attractions. The owner is very friendly and easy to contact, and provides great recommendations for the area. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay, so if you are considering it, you wont regret it. We hope to go back next year."

This beautifully southern-exposure renovated Villa has a breathtaking view over one of the largest intersections of Cape Coral. Gulf access via Lido canal (ten minutes by boat). You'll be greeted with a fantastic basin view from all four bedrooms and enchanting sea life including DOLPHINS. Just take a ride in your own electrical Sunslider, paddle board or take one of the three kayaks and explore the canal area. Or just enjoy everything out of your own electrical heated spa and pool.

The waterfront house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. WIFI, AC and fans in every room. All rooms have an amazing water view and are provided with Smart-TV’s. Three queen-size beds and the master bedroom offers a king-size bed

The custom kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind, comfortably seating for 8 around the high-top with view of the basin and plenty of space. The kitchen provides plenty of modern utilities. Air-fryer, rice-cooker, stand mixer, coffee machine, water-boiler, toaster, fridge with crushed ice and ice machine, etc..

The family room offers warm feeling through the seating area and faux rock electric fireplace as well as built-in window seats. A large Smart-TV with Xfinity and a sound system.

The caged Lanai offers plenty of space and an entertaining area with lounge seating and a 50’ Smart TV with a sound bar. A dining table and a smaller sunrise coffee table. Enjoy a barbecue with your family outside while using the gas barbecue. (Gas turkey cooker stored in the garage).

The pool and spa offers privacy to your neighbors. It’s a saltwater electrical heated pool with crystal clear water. A fence to protect smaller children is available in the cabinet besides the pool. The house offers four sun beds, an umbrella pool and beach toys. Four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are ready for your trip to the next beach.

The garden is beautifully set up with palm and fruit trees like mango or banana. Our dock offers typical floridan chairs to enjoy the view and wildlife. Catch your own fish while relaxing from the dock. Two fishing poles provided. Rent a boat and dock it on our sea wall.

Our Villa Tropikott is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. In the evening our lanai is beautiful lighted for getting cozy and entertaining moments. Our garage is for use too.

Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, personal, or other related reasons with an exception of a govern-ment-issued agency mandatory evacuation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law. Travel Insurance is recommended. Because of knowledge of COVID19, it is NO reason to cancel the contract without paying. And if infected during the stay in our house we are NOT reliable for this (e.g. because of not enough sanitized or cleaned or so). Minimum stay is one week to 2 weeks. please ask....
