We have one lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our Villa features tiled floors throughout as well as Air Conditioning.
Our charming Villa has been renovated with a new kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated electrical, and pendant lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker; tea kettle; toaster; microwave; kitchen dishes, cooking dishes, mugs, cups, glasses, and basic pantry items.
Keep all the comforts of home with high speed broadband Internet access and flat screen TVs in every room. 50" HDTV with DVR and Streaming WiFi Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room. Additional House Rules:

2. Pet Fee: $200 per rental. May not exceed 50 lbs. Must be spayed or neutered. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.
3 Cancellation Policy: In an effort to satisfy the vacation needs of both actual and potential guests, we refund Deposits in full if cancelled 60 days or more prior to the check-in date.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING, of any kind, is allowed inside the Villa, violation will result in a $400 charge.
5. Under no circumstances should anything be hung from any light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Doing so will result in a $100 charge, in addition to replacement fixture costs, if necessary.
6. There is no glitter or confetti allowed in the Villa at anytime. There will be $75 charge if any is left at the property.

The Villa is in a great location, big home and very spacious, lots of accommodations, etc. Parking space with guest parking spots is a HUGE bonus. Lovely pool and close to e everything! Can’t beat the price! The queen mattress is very hard and the only clock in the home is the one on the stove, but those are my only two negatives! Which are fixable. I appreciated the owners communication. I’m sure we will be back!"

Enjoy a fantastic and relaxing experience at this Siesta Key Luxury Villa; located in a prime location. The Siesta Key Village restaurant, bar and shopping area, and Beach access #5, is a few minute walk from the Villa. No need for a car as a prime location to access key activities.

Villa is beautifully fully furnished, 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms (sleeps 4), washer, dryer, pool in backyard, 2 balconies overlooking Beach Dr and other the backyard pool. One level Villa (2nd floor), elevator, 2-car garage on ground level. Villa equipped with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, buggy, towels.
