The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key. You can look out the front window and see the Beach Access #7 sign.

If your looking for some lunch after a day at the beach walk out the front door of The Siesta Key Beach Cottage and head right up to the Village. There you will find any type of food you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.

Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end of the beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset. Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk or bike around the Key........leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!!

Cottage Remodeled in 2011-
The Siesta Key Beach Cottage was completely remodeled in 2011. Everything inside was replaced with new.....everything. The back pavered deck is enclosed by a wood fence. Inside has white washed painted cypress walls and ceiling. Hardwood floors were installed throughout. All new windows. All kitchen appliances we replaced. Granite counter . Bathroom had tile floor, enclosed glass shower with tile wall and floor, and sink. The walls and ceiling are cypress through out the whole cottage. Pottery Barn California King bed and mattress. Two flat screen TV's were installed. This Beach Cottage renovation still kept the nautical decor and design and conserved that beachy laid back feeling to it.
This is not a condo........it is a Beach Cottage!!!!!

Newly renovated Charming Beach Cottage with tongue and groove wood cathedral ceilings, tile bath, new appliances including, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer and microwave located on two beautifully landscaped acres on the Beach. Big glass sliding doors to enjoy view of gardens and Koi pond. The cottage is located on a beach front property, the tide only allows access to the sand when it is low. Keep in mind there is no view of the beach from the cottage, the gulf view is a short 1 minute walk on the property.
The gulf is great for swimming, surf casting, watching sunsets, porpoises or just relaxing. Rental of bikes, boats, kayaks are in town a short 1 mile ride or walk to Siesta Key Village. The famous siesta key white sand public beach is 1.5 miles from the cottage. We rent Saturday to Saturday.

We walked a few blocks to Siesta Key village to the restaurants, shops and to pick up a few groceries at the market. The beach was a short walk across the street to the public access and everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler, blanket etc..). We rode the bikes to Chain of Rocks for snorkeling one morning. The house had all the necessities as we cooked dinner in one evening. We had an amazing time and highly recommend the Dolphin Cottage! All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

The great surprise is that the road from the cottage to the beach lines up to a perfect beach access spot (Beach Access 11) which is nestled between two busier beach access areas, providing an oasis with much fewer tents and people and a lovely wide open view of amazing sand and gorgeous water. We appreciated the chairs and wagon for toting beach gear since we flew down! We greatly enjoyed using the kayaks provided throughout the canal and spotted manatee and interesting fish and birds while seeing the beautiful homes on the canal from the water. The cottage looks just like the pictures, the pool is so nice apres beach! Also, at night it was a delight to float under the stars. The kitchen is bright and overlooks the pool and has plenty for the chef to work with, we loved picking up fresh fish and searing up delicious meals to eat by the pool. The owner and team were very responsive and provided excellent communication. We felt nestled, supported, and had a wonderful time! We highly recommend this Siesta Key cottage!"

- "This cozy, perfectly located cottage was perfect for us. As we walked in, it gave us a feeling of warmth, cleanliness, and comfort. Tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage, bath, and beach towels, blankets (yes, the AC works well!), and pillows. The pull-out sofa bed was very comfortable. We had access to bikes, beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. They also had a coin washer & dryer. There was a BBQ available, with a large table, in a huge exquisite shell-covered ground area facing the canal, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very easy access with spacious parking. We were just a few steps from the bubbly village of Siesta Key, with all sorts of shops and restaurants, live music, and a grocery store. The walk-to beach was short and breathtaking! Sugar-white fine sand and clear turquoise warm waters and natural pools are ideal for me, who's afraid of waves, and super safe for kids. We absolutely loved it! We will definitely come back!"

Never have to worry about finding a parking space for the #1 Beach in the United States. The cottage has two parking spots for guests use and Siesta Key beach is steps away with a private beach entrance. The cottage was built from the ground up completed in 2016 and it has all you need for a relaxing stay!
Our association is on the free bus line which will take you all over the island. Siesta Key Village is a short ride away for a night out, dining or shopping.

The space
The cottage was built ground up in 2016 after a fire destroyed the existing cottage. It is a tastefully decorated, spacious 2 bedroom cottage with a large couch in the living room. The Master bedroom has a large king-size bed and a private bathroom The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils needed for your stay. The cottage sleeps four comfortably and can accommodate up to five. We do have a blowup air mattress for your use.
Relax with an "Old Florida" feel with all the modern amenities you need. The association grounds have mature Banyan trees and Florida Oaks which surround the cottage and the association. The shared pool was replaced in 2020 with a large deck area and a grassy yard that overlooks the Intracoastal. There is a Tiki Hut and grills for your use.

We do not have beach towels and please do not take the bath towels to the beach.

Guest access
Guest have access to Siesta Key Beach. Access to the beach is an easy 2/10 of mile walk down a private road. On site we have a communal pool, fishing dock, and boat dock. For a fee there is an on site laundry and hospitality room. Private parking spots.

Walking distance to the Point of Rocks and a nice stroll to Siesta Key Village. Ride share available in the area with Siesta Key shuttle

The open aired free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley goes right by the properties to take you all over the island! Full service real estate management company servicing the property 24/7. The Cottages were all fully renovated inside in December, 2024. Each cottage has 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (each with a heated bidet), and sleeps up to 7. They are in the perfect location: The beginning of the famous Siesta Key Beach in an area called Crescent Beach, which I believe is the most beautiful part of Siesta Key. Also, on your way you'll find that after driving over the draw bridge to Siesta Key, you get to turn left instead of right and that helps you avoid most of the traffic! Another quarter of a mile and you are there! The cottages have 10 free parking spots within a few feet of your front door! Everything is only one story: No stairs / Easy access. No physical keys are required. We give you the electronic door code prior to check-in. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools/pots/pans etc. you will need if you prefer to stay in and cook and you also have your own gas grill with an outside seating area. Also included is your own washer and dryer (washer pods and dryer sheets too) and a storage area filled with beach toys, chairs, bicycles. The pools are heated year-round at 87 degrees (including a wading area where you can relax and have a drink while being submerged in only a few inches of water) and have plenty of seating. Each pool area has a 4 person 104 degree hot tub along with an outdoor exercise gym! There is free beach yoga close by several days a week on Siesta Key. The Cottages are in walking distance from the South Village, which has plenty of delicious restaurants, bars and shops, including a new coffee shop (coffee there is amazing!). Also in walking distance is the new “Daiquiri Deck” (Several stories high so you can have a cocktail while watching the sunset from the upper deck) and “Miguel’s” family restaurant (one of the best around and family owned for over 40 years!) among many others. “Ophelia’s on the Bay” is down the street on Siesta Key towards Turtle Beach and thought my many (including myself) as one of the best restaurants on the planet! We know the people at both of these restaurants and would be happy to connect you and make sure they take first class care of your experience! We can also give you plenty of other recommendations for restaurants and other “stuff” to do on Siesta Key and around town. In addition, we include helpful information in your welcome packet which will get you started! The beach is very close and easy to get to from the Cottages: Only a four-minute walk on a quiet street. If you want to go to the north Village on Siesta Key and don’t feel like taking the bike, you could drive (only 2 miles away) or take the free Siesta Key Breeze Open Air Trolley: It drives right by The Cottages continuously!

This apartment is a 2nd story unit with vaulted ceilings in the living room and an open floor plan that sleeps 2 with a maximum of 4 people. The bed makeup in this rental is a king bed in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper. This rental is great for longer stays or guests who like to cook since you have a full kitchen and all the items to cook any meal. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment private for your use. Beach chairs and umbrellas are supplied to you at no charge.

The space
This building is a duplex. There is another one bedroom one bath apartment below you. Each apartment is private. There is a pool on property that is shared by the 2 apartments. The pool is heated.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Equipped with all the essentials for a beach vacation all you will need is sunscreen and bathing suits! You are just a few minute walk to the Village with night life and great restaurants. If you are looking for more space there is also a 3 bedroom 3 bath house that neighbors this Cottage that can be rented by itself. Or if you need both we can arrange this as well just inquire and we will see if we have both open!

The Cozy Cottage is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a king size bed and sofa sleep couch. There is a private patio off of the back with seating area. There is a fully stocked kitchen with plates, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, and more! There is free parking on site for one car. If more than one car please let us know so we can tell you where to park.

2 bedroom/1 Bath Cottage - Walk to Beach and Siesta Village. Indoor and outdoor places to relax. This recently remodeled home has a combination Kitchen/dining/living area with windows on every wall allowing in loads of the wonderful Florida natural light. The kitchen is all white with stainless appliances and is appointed with the basics as well as most of the gadgets . The master bedroom has french doors which leads to a private deck off the back. The guest room has a queen bed.

The space
You can walk or bike to the Village where there are 6 restaurants, 5 bars, many shops, and a grocery store. If you take Uber from the airport you can survive easily without a car-there are "free ride" golf carts all over the island that you just tip the driver and a FREE County trolley stop 5 blocks away. This home is only big enough for 4 adults maximum. I have a pack and play for a little one as well. You are .5 miles from the Gulf’s white sandy beach rated #1 in the world many years by Dr. beach. You are 5 blocks from the Village night life and restaurants. Siesta Key is very casual so you can go to the best restaurants with shorts and a golf shirt. The owner has a home and there is another unit on the property-all Shane the laundry room

Guest access
There are beach chairs and towels with a wagon for toting the beach stuff and a cooler. You can call Robin Hood rentals for a golf carts or bikes delivered to the house to use while you are here. It is a bike friendly island and great way to see all the nooks and crannies.

This is a shared property. You have the house to yourself however there is another unit on the property. It is a duplex and share walkways and laundry room. There are shared walls
