House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the front of the house has plenty of parking and lights and nobody messed with anything the entire time we were there.
