- "Overall, the place was great and we had a good time but two fairly big problems that took away from our trip quite a bit. First, we had a TERRIBLE bug problem in our unit. They came up to spray twice but it never worked. I tried to talk to manager to let them know they should address it before the next guests arrived. Don't know if they got my message but hopefully they did for the sake of the next guests. Second, the people above us were horrible with noise - morning, day and night. They dragged furniture across the tile floor all day long. I'd guess they either had kids and didn't parent them too well or there was construction going on above us (I hope that wasn't the case since I didn't address it. But, the unit was spacious and the grounds/pools were great!"

Deposit Hold is Determined by Resort, Length Of Stay AND IF there are any damages. Nothing will be charged to your card if there are No Damages. Deposit Amount Varies Per Reservation, Per Resort and Per Length of Stay. Deposit Ranges from $250-$1000 per stay. Resort Management reserves the right to update the security deposit amount without notice.
