The only negatives were the rooms were a little dated- the bathroom lights were so dim it was difficult or get ready and we he shower was really narrow so my sister went to the spa to get ready. Also the staff could be a little rude- some of them were somewhat lacking the customer service attitude. I called to reschedule a massage a few hours in advance and they told me I couldn’t do that I had to pay full price to cancel it and I said I didn’t wanna cancel just move it and they said I could do that it is in their policy… so I looked at their policy and it said you could do that you just have to pay a $50 fee which I would have happily paid. We had a few experiences like this with staff. Besides the negatives the food at the restaurants was outstanding. The property was quiet and easy to Uber into downtown Miami for dinner. The beach was a little short but directly in front of the property and easy to access. We would stay here again. "

This listing is deceiving however; the rate listed was actually for a hotel room which includes a bed, bathroom, and window. The pictures show a one bedroom suite with kitchen, living room, and dining area.
