Guest Access Access to the property is through a keyfob stored in a lockbox at the building's entrance, which will provide you with exclusive access to the main door. To enter the apartment, a personalized code will be provided.

Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you arrive after that time, assistance will only be provided by phone unless prior arrangements are made. The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs.

Enjoy many amenities including full bath and kitchen stocked with loads of extras. This rental has a queen bed in the bedroom and a full sized comfortable futon/couch, plus a twin bed in the living room. Up to four people would be comfortably accommodated.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, is quiet and tranquil, and receives beautiful afternoon to evening natural light. The large kitchen has all equipment such as dinnerware, cookware, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and hotpot. The pantry and fridge are stocked with basic items such as coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, crackers, and a few more helpful items. The bathroom has a marble shower and comes with plentiful towels and other toiletry items.

We have two resident outdoor cats named Sky and Charlie who live on property and are very friendly.

We also do our best to be environmentally conscientious and our efforts include composting, reusable bags, water conservation, recycling and providing filtered water (less single use plastic bottles). We love it when guests help us to be more eco friendly and create less of a negative footprint here in South Florida.

The apartment is private and just for you and your party, with full bath/kitchen. With this rental you can enjoy a shared garden and patio space on property. There are cafe tables and a swing for two, all covered by a large umbrella. We love it when guests take advantage of this area to take meals, relax and hang out.

Other things to note
We offer beach chairs, some floaties, beach towels and a beach umbrella for your use while you stay with us. Feel free to use them. We also have laundry on-site if you need it. The washer takes coins ($2.50 in quarters) and we do have washing detergent available for you.

We have a cute neighborhood park walking distance from us on the Miami River called Spring Garden Point Park. Cross the Seybold Canal on 11th St, headed West, and turn left on NW 9th Ct and keep following to the left for four blocks to the park at the end.
