It is larger than I anticipated and it is attractively decorated in a thoughtful way with much attention to detail. I was impressed with all the extra's I didn't realize would be there from kitchen supplies,TV's in living room and bedroom, outside private area with grill and table umbrella with seating for four, comfortable sofa, folding chairs in closet for extra guests, towels and extra sheets, and blankets. The shower was large and had excellent water pressure and was beautiful. The bed was firm and very comfortable as well. It was a quiet pleasant neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay as we visited many places during our stay for a week in Miami and the Everglades."
