The shower was large and had excellent water pressure and was beautiful. The bed was firm and very comfortable as well. It was a quiet pleasant neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay as we visited many places during our stay for a week in Miami and the Everglades."

Spacious and bright two-story house ( 2,500 square-foot home ) with plenty of room for family and friends, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room.

The home is professionally designed, with an open floor plan that provides a comfortable flow between the family room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 4—the dining room table seats 6.

The roomy master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub, and windows overlooking the lake.
Also located upstairs is a second bathroom with a shower, and there are three charming bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other two bedrooms each have a Queen bed.

The backyard is equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ, etc providing another beautiful space for friends and family to enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, a book, a sunset, or a conversation. The above-ground swimming pool is no longer in service.

House Rules:

Keep doors closed to prevent bugs and save energy. Always lock the door when leaving.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or smoking allowed. This is a smoke-free, drug-free home. Smoking indoors will result in a $750 cleaning fee.
There is a mandatory housekeeping cleaning every 15 days with a fee of $350 if the stay is longer than 15 days. You can optionally ask for housekeeping every week for $200. This includes general interior cleaning and bedsheet laundry.
Notify the host if additional guests will be visiting. The number of people in the reservation must match the number of guests in the house.
Quiet Time is from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment.
Late check-outs (after 10 AM) will incur a fee. If you check out after 11 AM, you’ll be charged for the full day.

I would book this property again 10/10!!!!!!" - "The property was clean and was well supplied with toiletries, linens, towels, laundry supplies and kitchen utensils. The host was pretty responsive e.g. offered to come and fix a discovered broken cupboard and supply a wine opener (critical!!). He also didn't charge extra when notified that we were going to add 1 additional person for 3 of the 6 nights. However, 2 not insignificant problems: (1) the wifi was weak and at times intermittent. The host did not respond to a VM about this (Note: couldn't leave a note via VRBO with no wifi). (2) The worst - the host provided the wrong address - so I am knocking on a stranger's door on an unlit street at 8 p.m. at night after a day of travel!!!! As a Canadian, I was leary having seen a few American crime series!!! Due to the above, I would give a 3.5 but no half scores on VRBO. "

Our full kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for your culinary needs, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine (regular and Keurig), trays, cutting boards, air fryer, pots and pans (non-stick set of 20), toaster, blender, rice cooker, kettle, silverware, cookware, can opener, wine glasses, coffee mugs, plates, and cups.

Other things to note
- Weddings, martial arts, yoga classes, and sporadic events are held resulting in some movement in the garden, but nothing that could disturb the tranquility of the environment. However, if you feel that any noise is disturbing you, do not hesitate to let us know immediately and we will handle it as fast as possible. Remember that we are in a 2.5 acre garden that was built to convey the most tranquil and zen atmosphere to everyone who enters it. :-)
