- "This property is very nice and in a safe location.However there is not really much to do extremely close by as far as boardwalk types of things or amusement/ theme parks. It is positioned within walking distance to the ocean and has the river in the back. A Walmart is just over the bridge and a gas station just to the side of this location makes travel by foot convenient. This property also has valet parking for a fee and friendly staff always available to give a helping hand. The condo we had was very nice. Modern with an amazing view of the ocean. I really liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room was very spacious as it was all open from the kitchen, dining room and living room. I will definitely stay in this property again. "

- "This review has 2 parts - first, the actual room was absolutely gorgeous and the view is exactly as is shown from the expansive balcony. There are no complaints here, we really enjoyed spending time in this room. Second, the actual property at Hyde Resort had much to be desired. The elevators were a nightmare, sometimes we had to wait 20+ minutes to go down 29 floors. The ID bracelets were quite invasive and were required to be worn at all times on the property under threat of a fine. The towel cards were required for the pool and beach, which provided 2 chairs and an umbrella. Again, there was the threat of a fine if this was lost or if towels were not returned. Shirts, shoes, tops were required in the lobby, again the threat of a fine if this was not adhered to. There were days I really had to think about if I wanted to wait for the elevator to go to the beach or pool, walking down 29 flights was not even an option. In closing, the room received a 9.5 and the actual property received a generous 6."

- "Steps away from the beach and from the boardwalk!" - "Two couples day before a cruise. One came in morning, the other after midnight. We were going to leave luggage at the desk until checkin time but our room was available so they kindly let us in early and we were able to do some things like the pool, the beach, dinner and boardwalk. The concierge was most helpful, especially when he told me about a $1 area tram that I could catch to go do some shopping. Easily let my sister and husband in when they arrived at 1am. Great accommodation for 2 couples with two separate areas with beds and bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again."

- "This was a very nice vacation stay at this beautiful condo in Hallandale Beach, FL. The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. As with most vacation units, wear and tear on furniture and fixtures is visible. However, the unit was clean and had a good supply of dishes, towels, etc. The access to the unit is private and once inside the views of the Intracoastel Waterway and ocean are amazing. The area has a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and other places to frequent. The host Marina is outstanding. I had to contact her for an issue and she was quick to respond and resolve. I would definitely stay at this condo again."

I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else. I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00.
I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries.
I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

- "Very spacious and great location " - "The condo was spacious and beautiful. Axel was very kind and helpful in assisting with check-in. Although check in was delayed and we wasted most of our first day in Hollywood. We arrived at the airport at noon and knowing we couldn't check in until 4, we ate locally and we’re hoping to use the pool and at least park to wait to check in. We were unable to do either and we waited for over an hour to check-in after 4pm. The description says there are supplies in room. There are no cutting knives, limited dishes and silverware, no baking pans so you cannot use the oven, no glassware except coffee cups (but no coffee maker) and shot glasses/beer glasses. We went grocery shopping and could not cook most of what we bought. There are no dish towels, washcloths or hot pads. There were beach chairs, broken boogie boards and some sand toys though. The bathroom door is broken and drags so it doesn’t close. There is one fire stick with the one couch area tv and without that there is no tv. The safe battery was dead and no one came to replace it. The day we were leaving maintenance had to keep asking us to turn the water on and off to help with a leak that was not in our unit which took away from our time. The rooftop is beautiful, but service was terrible except on our last day we had a great server. They do add 20% gratuity onto your bill which I didn’t discover until our last day either and had been tipping in addition to this. This was nice, but not impressed for what I paid."

If we were to cook there were options byt it was vacay and there were so many yummy spots close by." - "Second time staying here. This time the pool was not available but we didn’t know until we arrived. The other item we didn’t like was the fire alarm going several times during the evening. Had to clear the building one night at around midnight, this was a real emergency so we understood. However multiple other nuisance alarms. Location is great, weather was perfect, service is good. - "In the pictures one of the bedrooms was suppose to have 2 beds in it, that was not true. two of our guests had to share a bed. Not good! Then, when we arrived, 2 of the toilets were not working. Maintence fixed them that night, but we had to stay in that night to meet maintence, vs going out on the town. Not good! Then the freezer NEVER worked. The door would not close so we were always cleaning up the leaking water from it and we could not keep Ice or anything else frozen during our stay. Called the owner everyday of our stay and no response still. Should we get a partial refund for these issues? Shawn"
