- "We booked this for a family trip while our son was playing baseball in Vero Beach. We wanted something that was steps from the beach but also had outdoor space where we could relax, away from the beach. Torri’s rental was the perfect spot. From the time of booking, Torri was very communicative and check in was a breeze. We arrived from Orlando at 1:30 AM and got into the unit with ease. The space was very clean and slept the 5 of us very comfortably. Her outdoor space was beautiful. It has a great pool and hot tub, ample seating around the area, as well as a grill for cooking out. The yard is clean, well landscaped and maintained. This was perfect when we wanted to get away from the beach, which was only a block from the property. The unit was stocked with everything we needed from towels, to kitchen supplies and a washer and dryer to keep up with laundry. Hutchinson Island was beautiful. We found a lot of quiet beach spots and good restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend. The space is as advertised and Torri is an exceptional host. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure there were no issues and was very responsive when we had any questions. If we head back to Ft. Pierce Beach, I will definitely look up Torri."

Accessing our home is on the second floor, this allows for spectacular views of the sunrise and a sneak peak of the ocean! Modern kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Open living room kitchen area with two large sliders, giving the space an open air tropical feel.... Let the ocean breeze flow through! Master bedroom with a king bed, tv, large closets and private bathroom. Sunny second bedroom, with tv and lots of closet space. Large porch for outdoor living. We are close to Archies, when live music is available you have front row balcony seating! We have an outdoor shower for both units, great to get the sand off from your day at the beach.
Guest access
We are just off the main rd, the driveway has space for 2 vehicles stacked. You do share parking with our downstairs one bedroom rental. You will need to use caution when pulling out of the driveway. I like to back in making it easier to pull out. We have a second unit which is located on the first floor at the back of the house. They have access to the back yard, this is their dedicated area along with the patio on the first floor.
Other things to note
This property is an entire home that has a rental on the first floor that can accommodate 2 people. If you are traveling with others and need more then just the two bedroom check out the first floor for availability. This house features a beautiful garden with ample outdoor seating and gorgeous lights as the focal point, breathtaking at dusk. Admire yard from every room! Inside features a grand living room that opens to screened patio for more jungle serenity. Located 5 minute drive to beach, downtown, and 10 min to ocean

The space
The serene fireplace room is for comfort and relaxation and where I use my desk.

The main living room is for TV watching. (Updated photos to come). Since I live here and it’s a shared space, two living areas are a great convenience and both have big comfortable couches and the ability to share preferences or have separate space.

Animals prohibited from being on furniture and must be house trained.

Guests must have purpose and may work from the house if our jobs don't conflict. Vacationing not ideal since I live here and meant to reflect daily home life. It’s not a tense atmosphere but not meant for vacation living. I’m rarely home but also work from home so there’s a good private balance.

Expanding the second bath to include another shower and adding a bedroom. Not sure it will be in time of your booking so be prepared to be flexible with sharing and overly tidy. I’m admittedly a clean freak and although realize other peoples standards are not the same, must abide and learn the standard I expect of the home kept. If that’s not possible I can add house keeping for an extra charge and I do not mind. I prefer it actually.

The space
Our Comfy home is 5 min away from I-95/ Florida Turnpike, also 12/15 min away from Fort Pierce Beaches, 9 min from Down town Fort Pierce, also 12 min from the Indian river.

Other things to note
1- Removed shoes before entering the house 2- Kitchen is open to use if guest need. 3- My guest can use the refrigerator to put fruits if not long space on the freezer in the room ... 4- Front door need to be close 24/7 . ( There are 1 Husky 4 yrs , also 2 Cats at the residence They very friendly). Please keep this in mind before booking). 5- Smoking only permitted in the backyard outside.
