This well-located home brings together eco-conscious practices and beach style luxury in a relaxed atmosphere. It has been designed with the intent of providing our guests with a true 5 star experience.

The house has been professionally decorated and designed with high end features and finishes, such as Pecky Cypress trim, Carrera quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, luxury linens and bedding by Parachute, pillow top mattresses, etc. The kitchen is open and bright and great for dining or entertaining with a gourmet island and full bar/wine area.

We’ve provided all the essential cookware and silverware. In addition, we have a new Kuerig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The kitchen opens up to a large and open Florida room where we have a comfortable dining table looking out to the backyard.

In the living room, we have a 50" Smart TV and high speed Fiber internet service, which should be suitable for all guests, including business travelers.

Both bedrooms are tastefully designed with natural materials and colors providing a relaxing and peaceful environment. Bedroom 1 has a plush king size bed and Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with two (2) queen size plush mattresses. Each bedroom has a closet with ample clothes hangers, luggage rack and dresser, along with full-size mirrors.

Along with the rest of the house, the bathroom has also been renovated, and has a soaking tub, Parachute linens throughout and linen closet. We provide soaps, shampoos, etc...

In the garage, you will find a washer / dryer (detergent included); a beach kit with chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach bag.

The large backyard outdoor space is fully enclosed and private with a paver patio area for outdoor seating and grilling.

We have a PlayStation 4 (only a couple games though), and an array of board games. The smart TV has various apps, such as Spotify and Netflix, which guests can log into with their account info.

The landscaping is tropical and full of palm trees throughout. The lawn is professionally maintained on a weekly basis.

The location of the house is ideally located in the highly desirable Lake Ida neighborhood on a quiet family friendly street; and only one mile from the beach, tennis center and downtown restaurants and nightlife. A bike path conveniently leads guests directly to the Pineapple Grove Arts District and the heart of downtown Delray Beach.

The lovely pool patio beckons you to enjoy morning coffee outdoors and dinner Al Fresco! Featuring silver travertine, lush landscaping, fruit trees, two comfortable lounge chairs with extra thick cushions for relaxing by the pool, an outdoor sofa and chair, two large patio umbrellas, and a cafe table (seats 4). There is also a BBQ conveniently hooked up to a permanent gas line (no changing propane tanks) for your outdoor grilling pleasure! Additionally, the pool can be heated during your stay for $200 per week (minimum of 1 week).

All of our properties are equipped with a smart lock making check in quick and easy. We’ll program your custom entry code prior to arrival.

We are CLEAN fanatics and we adhere to the CDC guidelines and deep clean the entire property between every guest. Also, to keep the property looking it's best, please note that bi-weekly cleaning service is required for guests staying longer than two weeks (please inquire).

DETAILS ABOUT DELRAY AND OUR LOCATION:

Delray Beach was rated the number one beach in Florida in Viewers Choice as well as the “Most Fun Small Town in America”, according to Rand McNally. Additionally, Atlantic Avenue was recently listed as one of America's top shopping streets by USA Today.

Having a car while you're in Delray is definitely nice, and there's onsite parking with a level 2 EV charger available for two cars, however, it is not a necessity. Our property is just 8 blocks to the Beach and Atlantic Avenue, and 4 blocks to Pineapple Grove. It is certainly walkable or bikeable but if you'd prefer to get a ride, consider trying out Delray Freebie for a "tip only" ride around town, operating daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. You can download the Freebie App or call 855-918-3733 for more information.

Bikes can also be rented for about $30 per week at Need a Bike Florida. The price includes helmets, locks and free delivery and pick up from our villa. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to rent bikes before your arrival since this company requires at least 24 hours notice.

Delray Beach is just 20 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport and 30 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport. Centrally located between Miami and Palm Beach you'll have easy access to both cities. In addition, Delray is just 20 minutes to Boca Raton, 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale and 20 minutes to West Palm Beach.

In addition to it's convenient central location, Delray Beach is a lovely "Village by the Sea" offering a large variety of shopping, and top notch restaurants with extensive menus. The public beach boasts beautiful soft white sand, and is nicer than many private beaches. For an truly enjoyable day of relaxation at the beach, Delray offers deluxe beach cabanas for rent daily or by the hour.

Very well maintained, had all the conveniences needed, coffee maker, makeup mirror, large closet space, beach chairs and umbrella, TV (didn’t use). We were able to walk to the beach so we did not have to pay to park which was a bonus! Location was excellent, very quiet property, used the pool a few times which was smaller than expected but nice option to have. Great location, close to everything! This unit is very nicely decorated, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Owners were very informative and we even were able to get in to the unit early so we could unpack and enjoy the day!! We would highly recommend this to anyone!"

- "This cottage is in the heart of Delray--right near the ocean, sound, restaurants, and shops!! My husband and I loved being able to be outside and walk to our favorite spots. Bonnie and Chuck are the perfect hosts! They are communicative, helpful, and kind. It was pouring on move-in day, and they let us check in early to avoid the heaviest rain. We brought bikes and a tree (!), and they helped us find places to store them. Whenever we needed something, they were there. The cottage was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was big, had full-sized appliances, and had everything we needed. The shower was fantastic (tankless water heater), the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and it was great to have a full-sized washer and dryer. My husband and I stayed for 6 months while our condo was being renovated. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We definately recommend this property)."

(Several days later) we can’t say enough about our stay. Lisa and Troy’s home has everything and did I mention clean? We stayed for 6 nights. My husband, I and our 15 year old daughter (spring break). The pics in the description are exactly what’ll you’ll find when you arrive. They even had chips and salsa waiting for us. Plenty of towels and extra sheets/ blankets. If you’re interested in cooking and stocking up on snacks/ drinks- There is a Whole Foods and Traders Joe’s a few miles away. We also walked to Dunkin Donuts every morning (5 minute walk). There is a washer/dryer in the garage which I did use- and went home with all our laundry done! (Which is probably why I’m still relaxed!) It was great to be walking distance from the action- yet far enough to relax. I was worried about it being on a corner -but it was quiet. The beach is about a mile so we drove. Though there is public parking near the beach, we preferred metered street parking on Atlantic Ave (just be sure to get there by 9). Plenty of places to eat and shop! Recommendations for restaurants: Dada / El Camino / Boheme Bistro (for breakfast) and Sloan’s for Ice-Cream! Can’t wait to go back!!"

The villa has Italian terrazzo floors throughout and boasts a private resort style pool and deluxe white and aqua loungers. The meticulously maintained, professionally landscaped, tropical garden is completely enclosed by an 8-foot solid white privacy fence creating a feeling of total luxury.
In the front of the villa, Adirondack chairs greet you on the front porch, perfect for morning coffee and reading The New York Times or the Palm Beach Post or watching the moon rise over the trees. Custom lighting showcases the clean white lines of the home, which was renovated in 2012 by a real estate professional who lived in it himself. All of the windows are hurricane rated, impact glass for total soundproofing as well as safety. The only exception to the cushion of quiet is the pitter-patter of raindrops on the cathedral ceiling, making any rainstorm a treat to be savored from the king size bed in the master bedroom or the comfy white, slipcovered sofa in the living room, snuggled in with a good book.

It is 10 mins. From downtown Delray and beaches.it has a private bathroom with 2 sinks shower tub. Lots of drawer space and big closet. Sometimes if needed it can be 2 bedrooms. All newly refurbished. New appliances all 3 yrs. old.. not a gated community. There is a retention pond in the back and it has two screened in patios and one not. It's a beautiful safe area and 45 mins. From Ft. Lauderdale One hour from Miami. There is a den with a computer and TV and kitchen privileges.

There is a Queen bed in the guest room and a King in the main bedroom. Both are master bedrooms.
