Do not recommending walking around after dark. Take Uber to downtown Delray. And be careful with pulling in and out of driveway. The bushes around the property are great for privacy but make it very hard to see cars or people when leaving the driveway. "

Ceiling fans and central air conditioning ensure perfect indoor temperature. Two flat screen tvs (living room TV is 52" Sony Bravia with sound bar and subwoofer). Full cable tv, fantastic wifi, Apple TV, and ALEXA tower provides any music you desire. Stylish retro sofa converts to a flat mattress bed.

This unique property is located in a quiet, upscale, neighborhood. Located within a 15 minute walk to downtown Delray Beach's fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, salons. The gorgeous beach of Delray is just a 15 minute bike ride or 2 minutes by car.

- "This modern property was everything and more that I needed for my weeklong stay. I enjoyed the fact the house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Daniel, the host, has done a wonderful job of equipping the cottage with quiet up to date appliances, smart TV, an outdoor shower and the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. I want to mention also this place was VERY clean & well kept. Beautiful landscaping and plants to enjoy in either courtyard. Daniel communicated clearly and promptly and even stayed up late to greet me upon my arrival. I have no regrets at all about choosing this rental and would stay there again should I need to return to Delray Beach."

Guest Cottage shares the pool, seating with firepit, outdoor dining tables & outdoor kitchen & tiki bar with the main house. Guest House has a cozy kitchen area and indoor dining table for two, studio bed/living space with King Bed, closet & private bath. When Main House is not occupied the outdoor living is completely private. Great Neighborhood close to everything.

BATHROOM is gorgeous and includes a bathtub/shower with instant water-heater that produces and endless supply of hot water for a relaxing bubble bath or hot showers with a magnetic shower head / sprayer-wand. Included are plenty of clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, first aid kit and basic supplies. On the ceiling is a high-tech bluetooth speaker-light-fan so you can play music and set any color mood lighting you desire.

LIVING ROOM has large sectional "Natuzzi" butter-soft Italian leather sectional sofa, 55" smart TV, chess set and board games.

DINING area features a breakfast nook with storage under seats and two luxurious, soft bucket seats to comfortably seat 5.

KITCHEN fully stocked is a chef's dream with plenty of counter space (white Quartz and Teak wood), a large, deep sink with rim that allows accessories such as a cutting board and racks for dishes. There is a touchless faucet with sprayer wand, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, spices, whisper quiet Bosch dishwasher, large KitchenAid refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, stove/oven range, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig machine, coffee pods, sugar, creamer and a few snacks to get you started upon arrival.

The "Turtle Cove" cottage also offers lightning-fast, fiber-optic internet with WiFi speeds up to 600 mbps! Desk for remote work and video conferencing.

A powerful central HVAC system provides frosty cold air-conditioning (or heat if need be) and has TWO HEPA FILTERS for a clean air environment. Absolutely NO SMOKING, or vaping or cigars allowed.

WYND air quality monitor that alerts and documents any smoke in the air and you will lose your deposit if you break the non-smoking rule.

Everything you need for laundry is included in this home including a high-quality LG washing machine and dryer to get your clothes properly clean, an iron and ironing board, detergent, fabric softener, bleach, Bounce dryer sheets and more.

We allow up to 2 (well-behaved) dogs. Sorry, no cats. The whole property is fully-fenced to allow them to safely roam, front or back. There is a doggie water fountain in yard and a poop bag cleanup station so please pick up after your pet. And of course, please be careful in house and clean up and accidents. In chest, there are doggie covers for couch.

OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot & cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach. You may use our beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, 5 sets of snorkeling equipment, children's sand shovels and beach toys.

BARBEQUE GRILL - propane - on the back patio under a sun shade sail screen with 3 patio tables for outdoor dining.

Deep in the back yard is a Zen fountain and bench to sit and relax. Party lights automatically light up the yard at night. Front porch and back deck lights turn on automatically at dusk to dawn.

Upon arrival you will be provided with a CLICKER to automatically open & close the driveway gate. Please remember to return clicker to the home before departure or you will be charged for missing gate clicker.

We remodeled the "Turtle Cove Cottage" to provide everything our family needs for a wonderful Florida vacation, and thus your family can enjoy it too while we offer it for short-term rental.
