- "Outstanding stay." - "The apartment was fantastic. Kitchen could have had a few more items ( sharp knives etc…). A second key fob would have been handy. Loved the fact it was a 10 minute walk to the Hard Rock Stadium. Would certainly return. " - "The location was great and close to Hard Rock stadium. Traffic was a nightmare during events and Miami Gardens PD would not let us into the complex for a while due to the traffic flow (not the hosts fault but very inconvenient). As for the residence the kitchen and baths were clean, the linens on one bed had stains and when contacted the property manager waited until the next day to call while we were at the stadium and couldn’t answer (too loud during the race) so we never got the linens replaced during our stay. There is no dining table, no TVs in the bedrooms, and no ceiling fans; however the air works well. The floors were not clean though; everyone’s socks were black on the bottom just from walking around the unit. Bring your own basics like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent if you plan to actually use the amenities. I’d still stay here again for the convenience to the stadium for another F1 race. "

**1-STAR REVIEW RESPONSE** Unfortunately, one of the guests staying at the main property had an unauthorized event, during which guests had excessive noise and accessed the unit`s patio. We have ensured this does not happen again by adding locks on both the front door. We also addressed all the maintenance issues reported. Come see for yourself and let us host you an amazing stay!
