We run pest control on a regular basis through ORKIN however this is Florida and we can’t control some pests that might occasionally show up specially during raining season, we don’t accept complaints about this since we are doing what is needed to be done, if you are
sensitive about this please do not book our house, we know we are doing all and more to keep our house pest free however we can’t control nature and we do not want any issues with guest because of this.

- "The object is as described and looks like it. The location is good and quiet, despite the large main road (which you do not hear at all). Not so positive was the cleanliness of the object and the sofa bed, for which there was no proper bedding. However, the awkward location in the entrance area is evident in the pictures and can be accepted. It did not bother us, but the whole house is open and therefore very transparent."
